Made this last week. Very good recipe, low on sauce. Also, I added a chicken buillion to the sauce for more flavor. Added carrots and onion. Very simple and straight forward. Took 10 minutes to make.

Also important is that the recipe was really easy to follow and the ingredients are all things I typically have on hand. I added about half a teaspoon of gochujang to the sauce for a little extra kick and it was delish! Can't wait to try more of your recipes!
One of my favorite dishes, especially if there is honey in the sauce, though it tends to be too sweet. I would try to pre-soak the eggplant in salted water to remove any bitterness. And when it comes to hot pepper, I believe in removing the seeds as they have no flavor, only heat, but the skins give you both.

I made this today. It is a first time that I successfully prepared eggplant! Every other time I tried to prepare eggplant it was a mess lol. This was pretty delicious. I used leeks instead of green onion. Tasty.

Soak eggplants in some salty water for hours, keep them dry, and then fry them, it may be absorbing less oil.
