I love seeing what you eat in a week. I'm in recovery from an eating disorder and earning to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day is hard so to get some ideas a long the way is super helpful

I am so proud of you. I recently realized that I wanted more babies. I felt fortunate to have three since my husband is much older. I told my daughter to have as many babies as she wants! God’s richest blessings on your family. I’m enjoying these videos with the soothing music too.

Lisa, for the potato salad you can do your potatoes and eggs together in the Instant Pot. Use 1.5 c of water, your cut potatoes, eggs on top of potatoes, the 5 min high pressure, 5 min natural release, then quick release. Cool eggs in ice water bath. I love doing this, so fast and I don't have to stand around watching pots, or heating up my kitchen.
I do this all the time. So fast and yummy!
You are giving your daughters such a gift in raising them to make and love the home.

Slicing the pepper in halves instead of cutting opening in top and stuff is a game changer! Good eating all week!

I love all your what we eat videos. I get so excited when a new one pops up on my phone. My starter has gone bananas on my counter lately, it’s been quite warm in British Columbia 🇨🇦.. I have 4 loaves of sourdough sandwich loaves in the fridge. I’m baking and watching your new video ❤️ I just bought cast iron loaf pans I’m obsessed with. roast chicken for supper around here too.. my herbs are in abundance!

i love your meals ... you cant beat proper cooking ...ive learned sooo much from my mum ...all sorts from scratch ..n im so glad n thankful..and i see a lot of my friends eating junk ..then they wonder why they feel rotten ...eat crap feel like crap but each to there own n all that jazz ...im saying nowt they haven't heard hee hee but a proper tea gives you a belly hug n we all need them ...🧡💜

All of what you cooked looks fantastic! It so nice to be able to pull herbs and vegetables from the garden. Have you ever made a frittata? It is like a baked omelette and uses a lot of eggs. In my family we make it with hot Italian sausage bacon ricotta mozzarella basket cheese and little grated cheese..delicious! 😊

The meals were all wonderful recipes. I think the two that appealed to me most were the fresh pasta and homemade pizza in terms of how they looked. You gave me good ideas.
I use to bake the potatoes in the same dish as the chicken, so they can soak up some of the infused oils and fats. Lovely video! ♥

Lisa, once I saw Martha Stewart add the rosemary and bay leaves UNDER THE SKIN of a Turkey and it was so pretty once cooked. Don’t know if that works work with chicken, as I’m a designer not a cook for sure. I think that’s why I love your cooking videos so much. You have taught me a lot. My mother loves cooking like you. However, I do enjoy baking but other than that I’m not very patient with cooking. I admire you so much ! Lisa, from Dallas

I just learned how to cook my potatoes for potato salad in the instant pot! It keeps in the flavor of the potatoes and is more consistent in texture. You should look it up. I forgot how long.
