Great Kit for a direct swap over from a stock Axial SCX24. Small modifications should be expected for custom builds.
Huge thanks for the shout out! Awesome build. Glad you pointed out that you need to wash the body. Many new people don’t know that.
Any time!
Awesome looks great 👍
Thanks for the video! I started building mine last night and those screw heads were pretty soft! I also had to leave the front plate out to fit my brushless motor. Your info on the battery fit helps me decide on electronics placement
Awesome! Glad I could help and happy building!
Great build looks brilliant
Looks even better in person, cool build
Thank you
Paint the little dudes,it will make all the difference
I do need to do that!
I'm still waiting on mine. Ordered the green/blue model, so I don't botch up the painting!
Gotta say, the paint can in the hot water trick caught my eye! I've been using Rustoleum (Tremclad here in Canada) for 20+ years for painting/clear coating my metal sculptures and have gone through 1000's of cans. Never seen that trick. I'll definitely give that a try.
Do you get better atomization and flow?
Thanks!
Bert
Much better flow and better pressure from a warm can. Let me know if it helped
Does this come with the body mounts to attach the cage to the frame
Yes. It’s the body, cage and frame (chassis) all in one kit
What wheels and tires did you use there? I like them for an idea that I have
In the video they are stock TRX4m wheels and tires from the defender model
Beat the creek as in the event in Kentucky?
Yes. And axialfest
Which batteries are you running
FMS batteries from the FCX24
Great job! What link length did you use?
They are for the Bronco.
