PLUS, the affair had been going on for months and months without Chad turning off his location data. The children being taken to Idaho so they could be "disappeared" without any friends or neighbors noticing their absence was what triggered Chad turning off his location data.

Even if John Prior keeps pointing as having affair to turn location services or having many burner phones. The prosecution did ask previously as having many burner phones is also is used with hiding crimes not just affairs!! I’m surprised the Chad’s Google account was only tied to an Android smartphone. Wasn’t the burner phones iPhones??

I definitely agree. I'm not too worried about the Tammi case, as it's just the extra bit, in a sense, sadly. I think it's the testimony & evidence about his and Lori's relationship/time lines that will hang him along with the kids buried in his back yard. He's done. At least that's my opinion. I think the jury will come back with a verdict in just under 2 days. I just hope it's not going to be a hung jury. Theres no way they will say, 'Not Guilty'! What do you think?

There are several reasons he probably won't get the DP. I realize that upsets a lot of people, but look at the statistics - especially in his jurisdiction. (White, no prior felonies, religious, with a family. Outrageous, maybe, but it's how it plays out.)
Fwiw, I'm in the minority since I'm an opponent of capital punishment, but in Chad's case, the main reason is that there isn't enough direct evidence linking him to the murders, but there is enough to convict.
Yes, it sounds weird, but it's how the DP works in most cases - even the 'mad dog'/pro DP states that use it frequently.

One question Lindsey Blake asked about was sleep apnea. Emma had mentioned the fact that she, and her maternal grandfather both had sleep apnea, and Tammy was the link. She wondered if Tammy had sleep apnea and offered that as a possible cause of Tammy’s death. The medical examiner stated a couple of factors that put people at higher risk of dying from sleep apnea… the only one I can remember was obesity, and Lindsey Blake asked if Tammy was obese. Of course he said she was not✌️.

Definitely. That's how he works. He confuses people, then when they show a little confusion at something he said or the way he said it, bam, he uses it against them. I have never seen such a low life piece of $&>+ in my life. How is he allowed to be a lawyer ?

I don’t like Prior, but do understand he has a job to do and that Chud is entitled to have a defense. Seeing that Prior has done all of this alone he has done a good job ( despite my dislike). However, I think the states evidence is overwhelmingly going to outweigh it and he is guilty. I really would rather him have to rot in prison for the rest of his life but will be ok with the death penalty for him.

I understand and agree with Judge Boyce's rulings to not allow the rebuttal witnesses, both today and last week. If i recall correctly, in Lori's trial Audrey brought up a threat made by Lori that she hadn't disclosed before and it questioned her credibility. Not that these witnesses would do the same, but they could be responding directly to what theyve seen in trial, and it is optimal they testify untainted.

Do we know how long Tammy worked in the school system? She may have been planning to retire in the next couple of years and that is why it seemed important to the prosecution for the jury to hear that witness. I work in the school system, but not for the school system and I've seen many teachers get their 30 or 32 years in and since they graduated college at 22 or so, be able to retire at 52 or 53.

Poor John Prior. 😂 He's doing everything a good defense attorney should do. So are Jackson/Yanetti in the Read trial, but they're getting far less criticism. I get it, but a lot of it is because of what their clients are alleged to've done.

I would feel sick at heart if they exonerate him. He's clearly as guilty as can be. His kids who testified for him have both had their credibility questioned. The defense's medical examiner has been destroyed by rebuttal from the state's examiner. His jail conversations show he was clearly a part of the conspiracy with knowledge of the kids' burial behind his house. This guy deserves a guilty verdict on everything, including his wife, which has the weakest links in evidence, but it's enough to convince me. Guilty.

It is not shocking, and even if all the rest is true, it is incredibly disrespectful to accuse the witness and state of improper actions when being forthright. It is disgusting. Even if the witness should be disqualified for other cause, it is disparaging and defamatory to put that out there and have the witness excluded on other grounds.

Even if Chad doesn’t get the death penalty I can’t see how he can avoid a guilty verdict. If he does get the death penalty he will still spend a lot of time behind bars prior to exhausting his appeals … what a roller coaster of torment to achieve what? Swapping death row for general population? Either way, I’m sure his goose is well and truly cooked.
As for John Prior getting the house, that should mean that the singularly disingenuous Emma will either be out on her ear or paying rent … not much of a penalty for her betrayal of Tammy, but at least it would be something.
I, too, am eagerly awaiting the outcome with finger fast crossed 🤞 for guilty.

I must say that for a first death row case and going it alone, Prior is doing an ok job. That said, I'm not a fan. I don't think Chad actually committed the murders of all 3, but he was 100% involved in influence, planning, prep, and body disposal. He is just as guilty as Lori and Alex.

I think Chad took out Tylee, I think he also dealt with Jj, & got Alex to help bury them. I could certainly be wrong, but I don't see Alex killing the children outright, up close & personal! Their death's & disposal showed a great deal of contempt to me! Which I don't see in Alex, the follower! I definitely see Chad happily taking out Tylee who likely stuck up for Jj when Chad wasn't good around him, & called Chad out for the fake joke he was! He didn't want more children, certainly not an autistic one! One who would have been exhibiting certain behaviors with his beloved Dad/Charles killed in their home! And was being fed a diet of fast food, which definitely effects behavior as it contains literal poisons for the brain! Further this " new Dad" comes in scene & desires to be worshiped by all as the head, leader & prophet. Children can be like dogs & sense ill intent in people, etc! And they probably weren't having it with their Mom's & the new guys delusions, & likely vocal about! I think he had Alex come suffocate Tammy while he held her down with his body! And tells himself he didn't kill her, Alex did! Again, I could be wrong, just my gut!
