- This is Episode 4 of Season 2 of a build series that I am doing. I am building a car from the ground up, building the engine, turbocharging and working with electrical System. This car will have a power goal of 750WHP by the end of the series. I am doing a FULL documentation of this build process "BOLT-BY-BOLT" for people to not only enjoy the content, but also in the hopes that I can help some people understand that are trying to do the same thing. cool build! i'm thinking about turbo-ing my e46 330i too.... what kind injector are you going to use later? and also are you gonna use stock MS43 or upgrade to standalone ecu to support the turbo?

So I'm going for a big power range of 750WHP. So I'm actually using Chevy truck injectors that are de-capped and filed down to reach about 820cc each. That should be fine for this build.
All e46 (xi) are ms43 DME. So I don't have to do anything there. If it were anything else like an MS42 or MS45 or MS45.1 I'd have to do a swap to at least MS43.
The MS43 is capable to tune up to this power level when you expand the fuel map tables.
I wanted to do a Standalone engine harness with a good engine management, but that will put me out about 4k and I wanted this build done this year. So I decided I will do that later if need be.
But basically what I'm doing is as follows:
-Forged and dished pistons on compression ration drop to 8.4:1
-Forged rods
-Valves & Lifters
-Oil nut wire (mod)
-M12 Head studs drilled and tapped
‐Bigger turbo
-Ford MAF
-Chevy Injectors
-Electronic boost controller with built in wide band AFR
-ans likely a new manifold from CX racing so I can make this setup a lot cleaner than my janky welding.
Other than that I have a full list of all the chassis stuff I need to get in replacement of my broken stuff.
I have the entire season 2 already filmed and I'm 3 episodes into filming season 3. I'm just really behind on editing because I work full time and have a family.
But honestly, please stay tuned because I'd love for you to see the end result. It's going to be awesome. And you know how RUclips is, no one really cares about you until you have a nasty car to show off. So once it's done, and my channel picks up, I'd really like to credit the people that were here from the beginning. 💯
Oh I also forgot to mention that I'm doing ported methanol injection. That's the big difference between 650whp and 750WHP on pump fuel.
@@AllThingsQuick I hope everything went well for you man as I really interested with your build, that's why I subscribed. I do have MS43 on my M54B30 but still can't figure out the tuning yet.
are you going to upgrade the fuel pump?
as for the MAF, have you think about Audi RS4 MAP sensor? why would you choose Ford MAF and Chevy Injectors?
@Dio Ramadhani okay so the MS43 needs an EWS delete to get into it for tuning. But once that's done then you can use an INPA cable and hook it to your laptop and start tuning.
I dont know what is.out there for EWS delete videos. But essentially you ground out the DME board and it puts it into boot mode and from there you can reconfigure it.
Secondly, the Ford MAF, Chevy injectors are all because of the flow rate.
So the injectors, we can get them to about 820cc each, but for this build I'm actually going to go up to about 1200cc each.
This turbo kit is almost useless to me now because I decided I'm doing a full engine rebuild and now I going straight to 750WHP
Can those headers fit RHD bmw?
The engine is literally exactly the same. In the exact same position. Nothing about it is different whatsoever.

Crazy, in my other car i spent 1500 on the turbo alone lmao. This whole kit is $800. how lol.
This whole build series was to see how cheap I could possible be to boost a car.

How much hp canni get from 318d e46 2003 it has no fron cat no back muffler only mid sikincer left now im thinking of replacing interculer is it whort it to put on ebay kit for 400€ or more are they any gut amd whic injectors to put on
