I have been doing her workout plan. I also started drinking 100 oz water a day and got myself on an omad diet. In just 5 weeks, I’ve managed to lose 25 pounds! I went from 200 lbs to 175 lbs. I still have 20 more pounds to go to hit my target weight but I have no doubt I’ll get there. I already feel much lighter and energetic. So thankful for Pamela and Chloe! Thank you! For everyone out there, don’t give up! Just dedicate few months to get to your ideal weight (for most people, it takes 8 weeks to see result) and then maintenance shouldn’t be that difficult with a lifestyle change:) Also, I had a small win just now! I did this entire workout without slacking off and a break! Woohoo so pumped!
What an amazing way to kickstart 2022! I am in love with the choreography (Pam is constantly improving in that regard) and I also have to admit that I am secretly happy that there aren't too many squats in this one😂

This is sooo good, that I even got a bit emotional here 🥺🥺 The last track by Madonna brought me some sweet memories 🥰 I was about 12 years old that time, and really loved Madonna, so on my birthday my best friend gave me a disc with her new album "Confessions on a Dance Floor", and this song was the first one! 🙈😍 So now, during this workout, at first I was sooo soo happy and excited, dancing together with Pamela and learning the moves, how then in the middle of the song suddenly burst into tears 🥺😢🙈 I even didn't get how it happened 🙃 Not because of sadness, just emotions 🙈 It was a wonderful time back then 💜
