another DANCE WORKOUT to oldies music (PS: my parents were again secretly grooving when I chose "their kind of" music). I wanted to call this the "90s Workout" until I noticed that "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge is not from the 90s lol.
Fun to see how I'm not even shy anymore doing (silly) dances in front of the camera. I improved in comparison to my first dance workout haha!
I do think this one has a litttleeee more advanced dance moves, in comparison to my older Dance Cardio Workout. But you'll get the hang out of it after doing it once - I'm sure!! :)

Just did 2 fifteen minutes dance workout from this channel: they are so fun, I never get tired of them! Actually I do but only physically lol
I agree! I just started today with working, cause I was lazy pig (sorry for these words but It's true). My friend motivated me to start with Pamela workouts. So I did maybe 3 dancing videos, that short cardio (it has 2 minutes but I did it 2 times). And I wanted more! It made me smile for whole day!

I'm learning to dance with these dance workouts. there's sooo much difference cos before i was a stiff person who'd just bob my head with the music or jump up and down alone in my room. Now i sway my hips to my fav songs and dance along and feeling much more of the feel-good dance vibes with your dance workouts.😍

Doing your workouts everyday. Ditched my gym membership and I honestly have more fun doing your workouts. Since covid I've been able to get a really good workout with your videos and now my daughters are doing your workouts too. We have a blast when we try and do them together. And then we end or workout with your 15 minute daily stretch...heaven

It's been so amazing to do the oldies dance workout again today! I remember I did it a lot almost one year ago, when I started training with you! I don't remember the last time it was included in the 45 sweaty plan, maybe months ago! Wow, such a wonderful feeling, like coming back home! And I am super excited about tomorrow, again the happy dance workout in the 45 minutes plans after an endless time! Missed them ❤️
