Just got diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic disorder and my doc recommended me to start exercising cause it might help my body correlate panic symptoms with exercise - but its been so hard keeping myself upright for long enough to do anything. I panted my way through this entire workout, but that last song was the first time I've smiled genuinely in so long! Love you Pamela!!
I was getting tired and half-assed the high knees but I didn't realize that was the end so I literally went back 30 seconds and went as HARD as I possibly could!!!!!
We've basically done the following in 15 mins:- 84 full squats 16 half squats 72sec squat hold 110 sec high knees 😱😳🤯 Thank you Pamela for making it look so easy!

I absolutely love this dance workout! Before COVID, my weight was 55 kg, and I’ve been doing this workout consistently since then. During the quarantine, I did it daily without following any strict diet, yet I was able to maintain my weight even while staying at home for two months. Since then, I’ve been doing it about four times a week. I took a break about three months ago, but I’ve been back at it since January, especially now that I’m working from home. The best part is, I’ve still managed to maintain my weight with minimal effort. I currently weigh 53 kg. Thanks, Pamela - this has been my go-to workout for years!
*Workout* *progress* (I'm 15 y.o): I did her workouts for a month (2 rest days a week) and I lost 4 kg , my height increased a lil bit (by stretching), my stamina increased and I'm able to do a lot of excercises that I wasn't able to do in the beginning (jake knife). Also I feel like my body is also a lil toned (arms, abs)💪🏻 So DONOT give up. Keep on working!!
I’m really happy about your progress! But I must say that the reason your height increased is because you are still 15 years old so it’s just your natural growth! You can expect that your height to increase until you reach 16 :)
@@dipsikhade8209 honestly no. My height stopped growing at the age of 14. I was 5'1 and my height was not growing. It started to grow when I started stretching and working out. Now I'm 5'2 and hopefully it will grow a lil bit more. And I searched it that a girl's height stops growing 2 yrs after she starts mestruation.
Though this workout is simple and fun, it is still challenging for me. I am a disabled veteran and I started out doing this workout with modifications due to my injuries. I am still working it. Some of it I may not be able to do, and it’s ok. I do what I can and keep it moving. I have fun working out with Pamela. I appreciate you. Im Grunde habe ich nur bei Standardtanz eine gute Ausdauer, sonst halte ich keine 3-5 Minuten lange durch. Durch dein Video schaffe ich es ohne Probleme und komme sehr gut ins schwitzen. Es macht viel Spaß und hilft mir täglich beim Aufbau meiner Ausdauer. Mein Diabtes bedankt sich bei dir ❤ Vor allem lerne ich aber auch mit der Zeit besseres Körpergefühl mit dem Rhythmus zusammen. Es ist noch mal etwas völlig anderes als Standardtanz. Es ist Klasse was du machst!!! So bewundernswert!!! Ich liebe es ❤❤❤

@@dharinimurugiah1995 hi! I've been doing dancing workouts for not even a week, and my arms and legs are more toned and i'm not as breathless doing them. But depends on the results you want. These videos won't do much, just get you in shape. For me they're great for a start, because i don't do sport at all. Once i am consistent and i feel like my body can take more, i'll add more "serious" exercises. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in calorie deficit, means you need to have a smaller calorie intake than what you consume, so just these videos alone can work, but it depends on what you eat

To answer your question I do this dance workout before I do my other workout routines such as abs or legs workout depending on what day it is. And yes it did help but I think it would be better if you're going to make a plan on what workout you're gonna do to really see the results and NOT just sticking to this dance workout because I think it wouldn't make that much change.

At the beginning it is difficult to motivate yourself, and I also tell you in the end you do less sport than at the beginning. It is important to adhere to a routine. I recommend that you do sports 2-3 times a week.

Just got diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic disorder and my doc recommended me to start exercising cause it might help my body correlate panic symptoms with exercise - but its been so hard keeping myself upright for long enough to do anything. I panted my way through this entire workout, but that last song was the first time I've smiled genuinely in so long! Love you Pamela!!

I absolutely love this dance workout! Before COVID, my weight was 55 kg, and I’ve been doing this workout consistently since then. During the quarantine, I did it daily without following any strict diet, yet I was able to maintain my weight even while staying at home for two months. Since then, I’ve been doing it about four times a week. I took a break about three months ago, but I’ve been back at it since January, especially now that I’m working from home. The best part is, I’ve still managed to maintain my weight with minimal effort. I currently weigh 53 kg. Thanks, Pamela - this has been my go-to workout for years!

*Workout* *progress* (I'm 15 y.o): I did her workouts for a month (2 rest days a week) and I lost 4 kg , my height increased a lil bit (by stretching), my stamina increased and I'm able to do a lot of excercises that I wasn't able to do in the beginning (jake knife). Also I feel like my body is also a lil toned (arms, abs)💪🏻
So DONOT give up. Keep on working!!

I’m really happy about your progress! But I must say that the reason your height increased is because you are still 15 years old so it’s just your natural growth! You can expect that your height to increase until you reach 16 :)
@@dipsikhade8209 honestly no. My height stopped growing at the age of 14. I was 5'1 and my height was not growing. It started to grow when I started stretching and working out. Now I'm 5'2 and hopefully it will grow a lil bit more. And I searched it that a girl's height stops growing 2 yrs after she starts mestruation.

Though this workout is simple and fun, it is still challenging for me. I am a disabled veteran and I started out doing this workout with modifications due to my injuries. I am still working it. Some of it I may not be able to do, and it’s ok. I do what I can and keep it moving. I have fun working out with Pamela. I appreciate you. Mein erster Kommentar überhaupt auf RUclips… Ich habe sehr große Schwierigkeiten mit Ausdauersport. Im Grunde habe ich nur bei Standardtanz eine gute Ausdauer, sonst halte ich keine 3-5 Minuten lange durch. Durch dein Video schaffe ich es ohne Probleme und komme sehr gut ins schwitzen. Es macht viel Spaß und hilft mir täglich beim Aufbau meiner Ausdauer. Mein Diabtes bedankt sich bei dir ❤ Vor allem lerne ich aber auch mit der Zeit besseres Körpergefühl mit dem Rhythmus zusammen. Es ist noch mal etwas völlig anderes als Standardtanz. Es ist Klasse was du machst!!! So bewundernswert!!! Ich liebe es ❤❤❤

@@dharinimurugiah1995 hi! I've been doing dancing workouts for not even a week, and my arms and legs are more toned and i'm not as breathless doing them. But depends on the results you want. These videos won't do much, just get you in shape. For me they're great for a start, because i don't do sport at all. Once i am consistent and i feel like my body can take more, i'll add more "serious" exercises. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in calorie deficit, means you need to have a smaller calorie intake than what you consume, so just these videos alone can work, but it depends on what you eat

To answer your question I do this dance workout before I do my other workout routines such as abs or legs workout depending on what day it is. And yes it did help but I think it would be better if you're going to make a plan on what workout you're gonna do to really see the results and NOT just sticking to this dance workout because I think it wouldn't make that much change.
I‘m so proud of myself, I‘m doing this workout for 2 weeks every second day and the other day the 15 minute booty workout. I lost 4 kilograms.

@@Hearts4_Amyy Take care of your diet. But don't forbid you anything. If you feel like to eat sweets, eat something, but you must not exaggerate it. At the beginning it is difficult to motivate yourself, and I also tell you in the end you do less sport than at the beginning. It is important to adhere to a routine. I recommend that you do sports 2-3 times a week.
