20 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT - Beginner Version // No Equipment I Pamela Reif

- Finally: a workout suitable for BEGINNERS. // Werbung
What makes this "beginner friendly"?
1. I used BASIC movements, that are not too complicated or hard to perform
2. the workout sequences REPEAT, giving you a chance to get used to the movements & get a better feeling for them
3. a couple of BREAKS. Haha I know you wanted them! The workout sequences are only between 2 or 4 minutes long. Then it's time to catch a breath!
4. includes warm up exercises
5. includes a cool down sequence in the end
But let's make this clear: I was still feeling a serious burn in my muscles and I was still sweating ♥︎
This video is super effective and especially the SLOWNESS gives you so much room to perform everything concentrated, thinking of the exact muscles you want to train. The burn was seriously insane for me!
No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :)
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles more: check out my Sixpack Video, 20min Booty Workout, Sexy Arm Trainings or the Calorie Burn Session! Those ones are quicker & harder. But try your best!

Right!! I was like my dam legs are gonna fall off before I’m halfway thru
I’m up to day 3 and I’m not going to lie it’s hard as someone who has never really worked out and who always sits around all day doing nothing. I’m only 15 and I’m trying to work on myself. I’m only 11 min in and I’m dying. Just remember if you need a break take one don’t push your body to hard. make sure to DRINK WATER during the rest. We can all get through this together if we try hard enough!!!
don't do it everyday lol this is a full body 2-3 times a week especially you r a beginner.

Hahaha sooo true🤣
What I have come to realize is that, if you are a beginner, it is very important that you don't forget to warm up, best to use a video for that too if you don't know how to, and that you should not overdo it.
When I first started out, I just pushed through my muscles pains I had the second and third day, but it just kept getting worse each day. If you musclea actually ache and don't just feel tense, take a day off or do some easier exercise. Maybe do some yoga instead, but don't push it, that would just hurt your body
Those squats tho 😂,i can barely walk down the stairs after taking a break from the squat sessions
i think a warm up is important for anyone who does intense workouts, not just beginners. :))
@@whteverr Yes! I just think that many beginners don't know that you should do a warm up
It's my first day working out since a year of over eating and getting no excersice. Remember to go at your own pace, I could barely make it to 10 mins.
I started my fitness journey with this workout and i lost a lot of weight since and moved to harder and longer workouts. However, 2 years later i still come back to this (as a warm up before weight lifting) and it's still as efficient and incredible as ever. This is a workout that everybody can benefit from no matter what their level is for the sheer efficiency and positive vibes!!
You do this as warm up!!!!!!!!!!!! I could just do 5 mins of this video. Guess I am really far behind.

hey guys
My name is akshara , I am 18 years old . I started working out today . .I have not done any sort of physicsl exercises since 2020 . So I have decided to come here every day to update about it and share my journey here . If you read it , please remind me . It would really help me .
DAY 1 - I could only complete till 6:45 with numerous breaks and it was really hard . I feel like throwing up right now .
DAY 2 - It was pretty much the same . completed till 7:43 with some breaks . And yes , I do feel like throwing up today as well . Also my legs were hurting real bad all day today .
DAY 3 - legs are still hurting . completed till 9:43 with breaks . I don't feel like throwing up but it is pretty bad .
DAY 4 - my legs did not hurt today . completed till 10:45 with breaks . I feel a bit dizzy right now .
DAY 5 - completed till 16:45 today :) . I don't really feel bad . But the whole process was tough .
DAY 6 - completed till 17:45 today . Also added 5 minutes of streching by pam . It was very doable . Did not take many breaks either :)
DAY 7 - Could not workout yesterday due to period cramps . completed the whole workout + 5 minute additional streching today :) I feel really good . had to take some breaks tho
DAY 8 - completed the whole workout + 5 min strech with som breaks
DAY 9 - completed the wholw workout + 5 min strech . I am definitely getting a lot better now . I don't take a lot of breaks either .
DAY 10 - completed the whole workout + 5 min strech . TAook a lot lesser breaks today .
DAY 11 - completed the whole workout + 5 min strech . It has been 10 days , but I still feel like dying while doing soem of the exercises , definitely a lot better than before tho.
Where’s the rest update. I am gonna start today. I need some motivation.
@@zehraabidi1052here's the update - i did it for about 20 days . I don't feel a lot of change in the way i look but now working out is a lot easier . Also, i feel stronger and more active in general . Currently i am doing the 2 week shred by choe ting . It is a lot more difficult than this one.
I am 152cm, sedentary lifestyle
[Week 1]
Day 1 (45kg): Stopped 4 times (around 5:15, 8:15, 13:45, 17:45), excluding rest times
Day 2 - Day 4: Rest -- pushed myself too hard and got rhabdo... hurt to walk and my urine was deep orange. Strongly advise everyone to take breaks when needed, and hydrate.
Day 5-: Stopped (around 8:15, 13:45), excluding rest times. This time I did it at my own pace instead of following her speed, rested longer during rest times
Day 6 - Day 8: Rest. Very mild body aches unlike previously. I also started on a cleaner diet, replacing potato chips and instant convenience food with healthier options
[Week 2]
Day 9 (44kg): Took longer breaks during rest times. Stopped at only 13:45. Body is leaner; stomach flatter and jeans seems to be looser.
Day 10 - 20: On vacation while still on a clean diet. Took a long break. Huge stomach pouch is back, my usual jeans seemed tighter.
[Week 3]
Day 21 (43.8kg) : Took longer breaks during rest times. Stopped at 9.45. Surprisingly my fitness level did not drop, but I did do the exercises at a much slower speed from 9:45 onwards
Day 23: Took longer breaks during rest times. No stops this time :-)
[Week 4]
- Longer breaks, no rest times.

Aww TYSM I got 12:55 minutes in to this video!!
Beginner friendly. Hmmm, must be easy.
10 minutes later...
HOW IS THIS BEGINNER FRIENDLY?!?!?!? My core, thighs and arms are shaking so badly.
But the sense of accomplishment when I pushed myself throughout the 20mins. Priceless!
I tried to do this exercise about 2 years ago (during lockdown) and gave up a third of the way! Saw that I watched till the 7-minute mark, and I remember how grueling the whole experience was. I got back to this video today to try this exercise again and I amazed myself by getting through the whole video in one- go (almost, as I paused and rewound the video for less than half a minute to catch my breath during the core workouts).
There is no magic. I was building stamina by jogging 2km 3 times a week (cardio) since June as well as building strength through yoga on an almost daily basis for a few weeks now. Yoga is an easy way for beginners as the pace is slow. It teaches you to be kind to your body and to appreciate your body for everything it can do.
For anyone looking to get started and finding this exercise tough, although it says that it's for beginners (basically for anyone who has never exercised a day, just like me), I would recommend yoga. I have been exactly in your shoes and hated working out, as I literally felt like I was dying. Don't give up and try your best! Start easy to give yourself some motivation, so that you wouldn't end up hating the whole experience. It's all about building the habit. One day you would get to the peak, without even realising how steep the mountain has been. One day it would all click. Find what works for you and your body. I wish you all the best! ❤
To all those who were able to complete dis and did not give up, "I'm proud of you"

I both love this and hate this at the same time. I almost gave up half way through but decided to go through with the whole thing! It actually does get easier after 10 mins, imo. I DID take a few small breaks other than the 30 second breaks though. I'm definitely going to do this workout again in the future!! I haven't sweated this much in a while!
Praise God, at 65yrs old / young, I may just give it a try. I'll let you know how it works out! No pun intended 😁

New to RUclips! Check out my lower ab workout! I would greatly appreciate it!
@@user-tz6mi4mo7l how much did you lose, and how many days were you doing this workout?
Exactly, I took rest in 4mins, my heart beats fast and can't breathe normally 😅
I did this workout as my first ever back in 2020 in quarantine and i remember clearly how out of breath i already was after 5 minutes and that i had to take several extra breaks to be able to complete this. It took me weeks to get rid of the extra breaks and i continued with pams workouts throughout the next months, then years. Although it was never consistently there, as i sometimes did daily trainings but other times nothing at all for weeks or months i always came back to it. Now im doing this as the first workout after a really long break again, and although it was exhausting i did not need an extra break or felt lneeding it at all. And i didnt came anywhere close to the exhaustion i felt from it 4 years ago. What i wanna say is that it is great to see that progress is never lost and its always worth doing it, even if its not constantly. It will always have an influence on your body even if its just once a month youll always earn something from it. im really grateful for pamelas workout to have helped me through the years and that i never completed quit.
Maybe this helps someone to stay strong

starting today 💪
day 1: struggled at moments but completed it and felt fine✅
day 2: kinda felt harder today (especially the planks!) i also didnt go on a walk today so that may have affected a bit?? proud of myself for committing and getting through it tho !!
day 3: my legs felt really sore all day so I did a warmup before starting this workout. It completely did the trick and my legs no longer feel sore and this workout went like a breeze! It's been getting easier each day which is really motivating :)))
day 4: i honestly didnt feel like working out today but i feel proud of myself for pushing through and doing the workout anyways. I started the workout at 11:20 in the night so I didnt quite have time to workout (considering there's school tomorrow). The workout actually went by really fast! I checked the video to see if I was halfway through and I was already 17 minutes in. It also felt much easier. The squats and planks weren't particularly fun as usual and my legs have been sore all day :((( Overall proud of myself for the progress and committing.
day 5: honestly really proud for getting this far. felt even less motivated today than yesterday but yay i did it! i really need to start doing that warmup before this workout again lol. surprised how much faster and easier these workouts have been feeling

day 6: the workout felt a little bit more difficult after 2 skipped days but im proud of myself for returning! the planks oddly were a bit easier? maybe because i got more rest? or because im doing this earlier in the day (1pm)? regardless the plan is to keep it up since im doin great!
--- skipped 1 day ----
day 7: the workout has become so so much easier. maybe it was because i went on a walk today? maybe because ive done this workout several times now? maybe both? i skipped all rests except for 2 during today's workout! the planks, squats, and jump twists felt so so much easier. very proud of myself for the progress
--- skipped for 3-4 weeks so restarting counter ---
2/24 : so glad i started again! it was kinda difficult and i was definitely sweating so im proud of myself for coming back and completing this workout once more
This workout just called me fat in *100* different languages
Can’t be that bad 😜

Me😂
Me rn getting a sneak peek just to make sure I'm not gonna faint half way (pretty sure I will)
Thank you for being at day three, every day I do it twice and I feel so comfortable
Thanks so much for this , I have always been challenged with finding a workout that pushes me to work my hardest without absolutely killing me. I have only been doing this for a few days but my self confidence has gone up and also my strength.
To the person who hates squats, THERE ARE A LOT OF SQUATS
LMAOO RIGHT!!
I came to the point where squats are resting exercises
Oh no
MEEEE

Started crying at 6:01, lasted until 14:51 and rushed to the comments to stop myself from feeling weak. It worked. Thanks guys.

Been doing this for 3 years now, couldn't even finish when i started and now its my "easy" work out mixed in with weight lifting and running. Lost over 40 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. Never too late to start!
This workout is perfect for me! I feel like once I master this, I can do your harder workouts without passing out lol. Thanks, Pamela!
I thought i was almost done ... turns out I was only 9 minutes in 😭😂
same but i was at 8 mins
@@fatimasthings SAME
Same and till last year had training 5 to 7 times a week! I managed with realy hard selfcontrol to 17:35 and after that I just couldn't do more. I think I have to build up some strength again😂😅

No skip.
Hopefully that I able to have same result like yours 😍
Ja dzisiaj pierwszy dzień😀 też liczę na takie efekty jak u ciebie gratulacje🎉
@@SL-ze9mfand how is it today? 😊
Now let’s play “try to walk like a normal human that can feel their legs”
Haha I lose 😂
I was so sore for 3 days straight that I walked like a stickman the whole time and struggle to walk the stairs, sit down and get up like if I were a 105 years-old great-grandma 😭
That's the worst part 😂😂
@@AudeRompre You're lucky that only lasted 3 days, I've experienced this before and I think it lasted a whole week or two
hahaha
*Pamela hands down has the best workouts here’s why*
1. It’s *FREE!* You could do all her workouts anywhere and anytime without paying a dime
2. She doesn’t put ads in the middle of her workouts like some fitness gurus do. (Which annoys me when I’m in the middle of a workout and an ad starts playing out of nowhere)
3. Her workouts are genuinely *INTENSE* and are actually quite fun to do
4. There is a lot of variety, there’s workouts for beginners or if you want something more advanced
5. You could really feel the *BURN* (I’ve been doing her 7 minute plank challenge for months now and I could still feel the burn)
thanks sooooo much
So accurate
I totally agree, I see people do other people’s fitness and I’m like have u seen this one, it’s so hard and omg the burn and the effort and the pay off is everything
The only thing I think is bullshit is to not put atleast 5 second rests in between the workouts.
YES!
How this is beginner version 😱 it was so difficult 🔥
Omg this is a must try.. I can see results since day 10 😍
I'm proud of myself. Yes, I did take more breaks than she included in the video... but I still got the workout done. I didn't know how to do a few of the exercises, but I tried to follow along with her as best as I could. Feeling great lol
that’s so good omg, don’t give up
@@melanie-xd7tb thank you so much:) your kindness means the world ❤️ you got this too!!
I started to fall apart at the mountain climber and plank
@Batman DAMN I'M JUST TRYNA LOSE SOME WEIGHT
@Batman ... what, no one ever said anything about injections & bigger glutes i'm just tryna lose weight like the other dude said 💀
As a "beginner" - im dying right now. BUT - to be honest, this should be beginner. The fact that Im so not ready for this is just the fact that im not a beginner. I'm worse. So its a quick reminder where I should be right now. Even if it pisses me off.
Im a beginner too, i’ve done this workout on and off like 6 times and im still dying. Just do it consistently a few times a week then increase to almost all week then once you master it move on to more normal or even advanced workouts.
so trueee, I could never do the planking with jumping jack haha
I haven't even seen the workouts yet but from comments like this I know I'm going to die lol. I haven't properly exercised for years
Right
im dying too those walk out plank things kill me
After years of hard practise I can finally complete half the begginer's workout
Miss girl fr tried to kill me😚
So after 6 months of regular workouts with Pam (aiming to do at least 30min 5 x per week) I felt today that THIS became way too easy for me now! I was literally starting from fitness level 0 and being at least 10kg overweight. I lost about 5kgs now and feeling so much more fit. If I can do it, everyone can! Don't give up, people!
Awesome. Thanks for inspo.
Did you diet Also ?
Me too, I'm 43 and noticed the difference quickly. The first time was really difficult and I only got ten minutes in. Now 3 weeks on I'm doing it fine. A little bit every day does it.
6 months 11 pounds? Did you diet?
Can we do it for weight gain?
me the whole time: WHEN IS IT TIME FOR A BREAK???
LMFAOOO
Oh wow. You just made me laugh out loud 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I stopped like 10 times holy shit

My heart is coming outta my chest rn
