wow, i started working out with pam at the time when she released the R&B dance workout and i remember i was literally DYING during the last part. now, about 3-4 months later i did this entire thing and it wasn't a big problem for me, i'm just a little (a lot) sweaty and my heart is beating like super fast but i still have energy and i'm not dead like i was after just one song a few months ago. i find it amazing, i'm proud of myself and i'm so thankful for everything pam has done for me and us
Saaaaame, for me it was the Happy workout (the first one, with hey mama). I couldn't even do it without a break at first. And now, a few months later, I can do it without breaking much of a sweat 💪 and do this one without any breaks 😁 this feels so good
This is so much fun it puts me in the mood to dance around the house even in my most miserable and tiring days! Had a busy day at work, did tons of housework, got the covid vaccine, ate too much at once and then vomited :)) and here I am working out with Pam at 1 am. I struggle with social anxiety and depression and because of it, I have barely moved my body at all the last month or two. same if I do the plank jump I won't be able to do it three times in the song and I'm trying to work myself up to the plank jumps one day by doing the jumping jacks :D
You might have already masterd them but here is what I changed and I still keep doing. I start the Jumping Jack in the wide foot stance ➡️ jump in ➡️ jump out ➡️ plank jump So when I do my plank jump my feet always land slightly outside my hands, in the wide foot stance. It feels much easier on my joints and really helped me to get the exercise up tempo. Maybe it can help u as well 🤗

I struggle with social anxiety and depression and because of it, I have barely moved my body at all the last month or two. As a result, I've gained a bit of weight and feel even more uncomfortable with myself. Today, I finally managed to find a spark of motivation to do a couple of your workouts and I'm totally wrecked rn but it was worth it. I've saved some of your videos, and I'm gonna work on getting better at them. Thank you so much!!!!

when i first started working out i couldn't do them either but now i do the plank jumps without hesitating. you'll get there :)

You might have already masterd them but here is what I changed and I still keep doing.
I start the Jumping Jack in the wide foot stance ➡️ jump in ➡️ jump out ➡️ plank jump
So when I do my plank jump my feet always land slightly outside my hands, in the wide foot stance.
It feels much easier on my joints and really helped me to get the exercise up tempo.
