I loved it, but maybe I’m getting older, when I seat for long period of time and tried to relax, I feel my back hurts and as I try to relax it doesn’t feel good. Maybe because I usually practice in the morning right when I woke up, it was great before, but now I feel I need to do some stretch before I can seat still! Was good anyway to have a moment of pause!

I absolutely adore this youtube channel. Yoga saved my life. I was so depressed and anxious and nothing I did helped until I discovered yoga with Adriene. She's nurturing in her approach and has taught me so much in so little time. There truly is no better medicine than practicing yoga. We are all humans on this earth stuck in the soul sucking cycle of capitalism, but with yoga i can wash that all away. Nothing here but me and my body and a computer screen that transports me to peace. Thank you for all that you do, it is so greatly appreciated.
My family of three is moving cross country on Tuesday with only what we can fit in a Prius and for checked bags on an airplane. I’ve never been stressed like this, stillness was exactly what my body needed now. Thank you Adriene

i vividly remember when this video was released as it coincided with a life saving decision to dedicate myself to all things mindful. I was just becoming familiar with the basics of the practice & had only a slight grasp of what it meant to drop into stillness, never mind what stillness actually meant.Your other meditations as well as your yoga teachings baffled me when you used terms like "see what comes up." I wanted to let you know that you were highly instrumental during the start in my quest for awareness and I'm sure I'm not the only one with whom you resonated. I appreciate how you Incorporated your knowledge of mindfulness into our yoga practice. That said, I felt I had struck gold when you told me us we'd be ending with my a body scan. I come back to this all the time thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for being you how often do you hear that a lot yes? Well I hope so with you deserve it ❤️
We always want to speed things up and fill in all the gaps...This is something I've been thinking about lately. I'd like to work on my tendency to always rush. Thank you Adriene!
This was a perfect way to slow down my thoughts. I have been experiencing a lot of panic attacks due to the anniversary of my father’s passing coming up. This practice helped me realize I just need a few moments to be able to gather myself and acknowledge my feelings at the same time. Thank you Adrienne!

I did this beautiful stillness practice before, and loved it. This time I feel it was even better, then before. I feel calm, renewed, and ready to get on eith my day. In doing this practice today, I felt myself slowly with each breath, slipping in to exquisite bliss, with just you, me , and my breath. WONDER ❄ | December 16, 2023 | Such a perfect practice to still the rush of the holiday prep. The body scan is particularly effective in bringing in the stillness. I was so relaxed after that I felt like taking a nap, alas I did this mid day and have things to do, but I feel I will do them slower and more mindfully after this. 🙏

Breathe day 9 December 2022 - I did it! Meditations are so hard for me but I did it laying on my back and I made it through the end. Truly felt like I was meditating.

What a lovely practice to do before bed. While I'm not a newbie to meditation nor am I an expert, I found it relatively easy to still myself, choosing to sit with with my palms up) and felt my body grow heavy and present, bringing my attention back to my breath when my mind wandered. I definitely take my body for granted when I'm not practicing yoga or participating in a meditation, and I know I should and can do better, so I feel less stressed and anxious during the day. With your help, I know I can be and feel better. Thank you, Adriene.
I don’t know why but I really dozed off for some minutes during the practice. Adriene’s voice was so calm that I just can’t help. It felt so good when I paired it up with fiery practice of upper body flow of May calendar. I just can’t express how much I love you Adriene! You and yoga are the bestest things that happened to me. I am so so much grateful for that🙏Namaste!
WOW!!! This was everything. It felt like my body took a huge sigh of relief for giving myself this meditation practice. After Adriene guided us through the scan of our body I felt like I was floating. I decided to do this before bed in my dark room laying down and I feel so calm and thankful. My goal is to incorporate this at least once a week. In such a busy world being still for just a few minutes can do wonders. Thank you so so much for this Adriene!

When I have so much stress or chaotic mood and surroundings, I just play some of your meditation videos and that brings so much calmness and peace to me and now you brought me an amazing meditation video again. I recently retired from my job after an unusually stressful couple of years. I’ve been doing yoga using your videos since January and this has been a life saver for me. I want to control everything, I need to DO to feel that I'm achieving but I also know that's not the way. I feel amazing...and peaceful..thank you for this video (and all your videos!), Adriene.

I had to go to my VA Hospital for some work on my knee…..the meditation helped me to be composed and balanced and not afraid….thank you so much 🌸

What a lovely practice to do before bed. While I'm not a newbie to meditation nor am I an expert, I found it relatively easy to still myself, choosing to sit with with my palms up) and felt my body grow heavy and present, bringing my attention back to my breath when my mind wandered. I definitely take my body for granted when I'm not practicing yoga or participating in a meditation, and I know I should and can do better, so I feel less stressed and anxious during the day. With your help, I know I can be and feel better. Thank you, Adriene.
I don’t know why but I really dozed off for some minutes during the practice. Adriene’s voice was so calm that I just can’t help. It felt so good when I paired it up with fiery practice of upper body flow of May calendar.

WOW!!! This was everything. It felt like my body took a huge sigh of relief for giving myself this meditation practice. After Adriene guided us through the scan of our body I felt like I was floating. I decided to do this before bed in my dark room laying down and I feel so calm and thankful. My goal is to incorporate this at least once a week. In such a busy world being still for just a few minutes can do wonders. Thank you so so much for this Adriene!

I recently retired from my job after an unusually stressful couple of years. I’ve been doing yoga using your videos since January and this has been a life saver for me. Adjusting to a slower routine has been great. Today I did one of your morning flow videos first thing, went for a long swim, did some gardening then this one. It’s great, thank you! Life is good 🙏
