The thing about at home yoga is, it’s all you, baby. The orchestra of science and soul that play out when you choose to show up, press play, and just... Begin again. Wherever you are, With whatever you’ve got. It’s heroic. Really. And you have it in you.
I work as a copywriter (and it's professional bug🤣) but you put together these few words in such a phenomenal way I'd buy whatever you offer for this message only! So genuine, simple, encouraging...from the 💖. What a touching message ... Thanks for all you do, dear friend!
Her voice is soft that gets me like I watched few others before coming across her and I was like nope can’t do it so happy I found Adriene she’s helped me a lot through my anxiety and specially during pandemic 😊
Just wanted to let you know, amiguita, that I’m constantly referring this channel to my patients, who are all struggling with metabolic syndrome: diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and everything that comes with that. Of course, stress exacerbates all of it, increases blood sugar, contributes to mindless overeating, prevents good sleep. The response to your channel is excellent. You’re helping more people than you know. Thanks for being my partner in helping people get healthier and happier. ❤️
Just found out I may have some serious health challenges ahead. Had spent the day thus far with a few tears, and many wandering thoughts. Still trying to process. Hubby of 41 years suggested that I find a good YWA video - and I came across this one. It's a good practice for just this kind of day. Feeling a bit more settled. Thank you all for allowing me to share, and thanks as always to Adriene. Namaste!
Tomorrow I start my first ever full-time job. I can't say I'm not filled with nerves or anxieties about beginning my professional life after university, but having this as today's practice and doing it now before bed was really what I needed to reassure me that stress is something we can heal, sometimes just with a simple breath. Thank you Adriene
This video being uploaded was a good sign for me to practice tonight. Struggling a lot with my health lately and just trying to find a way to relax my mind.
Fewer pleasures and more things you need not the things that make you feel pleased. Meditate, read, sunset, help someone, write,... May you feel better in no time.
I have really terrible anxiety. I feel like YWA helps a lot. Of course, I have my days where my anxiety is so bad that I am even unable to do some simple yoga. But I also definitely feel the powerful benefits it has when I do manage to complete it. I originally started with the 30 days of yoga last year. I managed to pull through for 30 days and I actually completed it to my own amazement. After that I felt lost, and sadly ended up doing yoga as in when ai wanted, which was almost once a month. Now I'm currently trying to get back into the habit of yoga again and started the playlist TRUE current made it to day 6. As Adrienne says, a little goes a long way. Even if I give up at least I know I can always come back to yoga. ☺️💚. I can't say my anxiety has improved, it may have but maybe I haven't noticed. But I can say that it has made me established more goals such as being able to do the splits and be flexible. I can finally almost touch my heel to the floor in downward dog!! This is definitely thanks to Adrienne. Also, after doing 30 days I was very much strict to what she was doing, but now in true I like to add my own stretches if I feel it's missing something. Which I love. Also, because of my anxiety and OCD I sometimes give up 5 minutes in, but I'll leave it an hour or 2 and try again and carry on 😂 it may sound a bit like a cheat but I feel accomplished if I at least complete the video. Another thing I really love is Adrienne's way if talking about yoga. This may sound stereotypical of me but a lot of the yoga teachers of YT I find talk as if they are some enlightened spiritualist who believe they are also psychic healers or act like fitness instructors and are sort of full of themselves in my opinion. When it's Adrienne she is so comfortable and calming and down to earth with it. Explaining don't worry if you can't do this or that, or everyone starts somewhere. It makes me feel so much at ease knowing i don't have to push myself or work myself to hard. I feel like imthis has taught me life lessons to not push myself to hard. So THANK YOU so much Adrienne. I hope to carry on my journey with you. Can you please do yoga sessions for students? I am a student teenager and would love to see one on exam stress or students stress which could work things like the back, the neck, wrists, feet, cramps. Things to keep you awake but also things to help you sleep because a lot of students panic beforehand. Maybe even a back to school/work yoga session? etc. This was long I'm so sorry to who reads this 😂🙏
I've done yoga for flexibility, then I went for a run, did yoga for tired legs, and now before I go to sleep this :) Benji's paw was the perfect ending to this day. Thank you ♥
Wow!! Somehow I showed up very ready and deliberately. Yoga wasn’t a chore or another thing on my to do list today. I was so willing to start. And the experience was wonderful!! Way deeper and more fulfilling than usual. And don’t get me wrong, I love these sessions always! I feel like I’ve unlocked a whole new level that I didn’t even realise existed. It really matters how you show up. I know you say that regularly and it made sense before but now I feel it too. Thank you!!
Wow what a calming yoga practice, I feel so chilled out after doing this. Thank you Adriene, for such a gorgeous yoga practice. Also I absolutely love little Benji, doing his own calming yoga. I think you've both, just helped to make my Saturday. 😊 see you again tomorrow, Namaste.🙏
Awe, my darling friend! You couldn't close the July calendar off better! Not enough words to measure up to the importance of such a beautiful work. ❤️ Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Dankeschön, liebe Adriene. Nanaste. 🙏🏻
I have an anxiety disorder, and especially lately I haven't had the energy to work through it. Although I have to admit what I'm currently stressing about isn't very dire (I have to make an appointment with one of my professors), but reading everyone else's comments who may have worse circumstances than me but who are benefited by this practice too helps. It makes me not feel so alone 💞
I’m currently here trying to escape stressing about a low stakes dnd game that I signed myself up for. Have been staying up til 5 multiple nights over it. You’re not alone and your struggles are real. I see you
Have been doing yoga here and there as part of my COVID recovery. Tonight for whatever reason I was feeling very emotional. Stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, etc. At first I wasn't really sure what to do. I was just stewing. Then I thought "why not do a quick yoga session?" Even though it's late at night. I grabbed my mat and completed this video. And now I feel much calmer. So happy to have Adrienne and yoga in my tool kit of how to help myself calm down, relax, and do some self love. Thank you!
Yesterday was a particularly stressful day. Since the beginning of the lockdown, I've come to notice that I've reached a point in my life where I'm comfortable in my own skin, in my professional environment, and where I want to keep going on the directions that I've discovered through my regular introspection. At 28 years old, I'm extremely privileged, lucky and grateful for everything life has come to offer me. And I shall never forget this. Yesterday might have been harder, to the point that it turned my stomach to stone, but I'm alive. I'm happy. I want to do my best for me, my family, my friends, the people I can help and this planet. I feel at peace. Thank you, again, Adriene 💙🙏
I love this video: it's long enough to feel the positive effects of dealing with ptsd and stress but short enough that I can do this every day, low energy or not
This was a great start to the day. Glad there was a yoga strap segment in that - I very rarely use mine outside of recreational purposes. Day 445 of the current run.
This is sooooo healing! Wow Reminder about Balance indeed! WE / I kinda 'rush' thru to-do bfr NEW YEAR .... (why?!) this flow just set the tone - why? heal / balance All the stress I/we put upon self Namaste to all practising and finding the soothe ;)
Greet, May 18, 2024. Definitely needed this for the morning with stressful days in the mix. Was good to put everything on pause and have a more chill yoga practice today. Stretching is always welcome. Felt called out while thinking of the next meal, the next task, the next, the next, the endless next. 🙄 But soon focused on breathing and de-stressing. Namaste 😌💙
I love Everything about Yoga with Adriene! I've been participating for several years and I love Adriene's joy in what we're doing with her. I'm from the north and I always enjoy her Texas references and sense of humor. I love her awareness of where we may be mentally - "if you're thinking about your next meal or next task - focus on your breath and Commit to the Video"! She's speaking to me! Thank you so much Adriene for everything you do 😘🙏❤
So glad I saved the return to this one for the evening. Simply perfect. Still some tightness behind the knee (tendon?) during pulses, but I went easy and it did not lock up. Balance day 29. 451 days in a row.
Process Day 31: When I began the YWA calendar in January I was planning on committing to do yoga every day for that month, but it's been seven months and yoga is now part of my morning routine! I'm looking forward to Cultivate.
My path is similar. I started the daily calendar in late April to treat chronic pain. The chronic pain is now a distant memory and I was able to lower the dose on my SSRI. Today makes 96 consecutive days of doing YWA.
GREET 🌅 | May 18, 2024 | It's been two years since this was on the calendar and I'm for one is so glad it's back! It's sweet and gentle, loving and supportive which is exactly what I need right now during a high intensity work period. Perfect to take my mind off work for a bit. 🙏
Left hamstring barked during the pulses but overall I really feel a difference in openness within the poses since the last go with this sequence. The left hip which has been tight for years experienced some space right before the pulses; the right leg moved out to the side more freely. This was a wonderful calendar. Let's get ready to BALANCE tomorrow and all throughout December. Nourish day 30. 422 days in a row.
Thank you Adriene for a whole month of extraordinary Yoga, you always deliver and keep in good form. God bless and stay safe. Totally indebted to you for your commitment and support, most specially sharing you talent, skill, knowledge and expertise with em and the World around me. Much Love ❤️I prayer Mom is doing good, God bless her too. Namaste 🧘🏽
Just completed YWA Process July 2021 - thank you Adriene for guiding me to practice every day through July - made a transatlantic house move in June and lost my yoga way a little with all the packing and jet lag, very thankful to be back on track and looking forward to August - sending love to the YWA community, happy Saturday from Suffolk, England. xox
My God, Adrienne - today I just wanna tell you how much I love your channel, and appreciate your teachings and your approach to yoga and to us ❤ You have changed my life and I am forever gratefull 🙏 Namaste!!
A lovely calming practice before work here on a dark Scottish morning. Namaste Adriene, Benji and fellow yogis. Anyone doing 'buy nothing Friday' with me? ❤️
I did it, 30 days in a row with yoga 🙏 Nourish was really good, can't wait for December and then starting 2022 in January with a new video every day 😊 thank you, Adriene and all others helping us all keeping it up 🤗❤
Can’t believe Refresh April 2022 is complete. Super soothing practice and I LOVE when they end with cuddling up. So the journey continues, with a new month and a new calendar x
Just hearing Adrienne's voice grounds me in safety. I have been avoiding this mat time as the stress has built to record levels. So good to be back. Thank you.
Tomorrow is the last day of Nurture. I can't believe that I've followed it for 29 days. I have a huge sense of accomplishment. It's been a long time since I was so comitted to myself.
Ahhh, about time I got this type of practice to combat the overwhelming load of stress that has been pounding upon me particularly over the past week due to a struggle with getting my schedule in order after being bed ridden for a couple of days. Thanks, Adriene, for reminding me that there's still hope to heal no matter how messy things get. Knock knock Mr. Stress, i'm coming to get you off my head and out of my body because your rent is overdue. You've got this everyone. Much love. Namaste.
@@carenhope I appreciate the encouraging words. Yes, I have tried some of Adriene's restorative yoga videos and they've proven to be practical. I guess i'll have to learn to catch myself being stressed and kick the stress out or else it will constantly be creeping up on me every once in a while. Yoga in bed is a great idea i need to try though. Thanks alot.
Shadan Zahrooni You’re welcome. Yes, stress is definitely something to continue to sweep out daily so it doesn’t sideline you. I teach restorative yoga, and have found that I need to stay consistent with my practice to truly receive its healing. Small, daily commitments add up! 🙏🏻
The timing is amazing! My ming has been racing already and I almost started beating myself up for it, smth that I promised I'd never do again. So I gave in to this practive and it helped me melt and wind down. Day 29 Balance
Beautiful way to end our month of process. See everyone tomorrow. Get ready to cultivate. The calendar is out! Process day 31. THREE HUNDRED days in a row.
I swear you're a mind reader. This couldn't have come at a better time. I lost my job on Friday because my anxiety has gotten the better of me for the past few years. I'm trying to reduce my stress levels and use this as an opportunity to heal and reinvent myself in a more mindful way. This practice is step one. ❤️
I'm sorry to hear about your job, Emily. That sounds really difficult. Have you considered Restorative Yoga? I can be a game-changer for anxiety. Just thought I'd toss it out there as a tool on your healing journey in case it's helpful.
Thanks, Adriene you always know what I need. My son who I had at the tender age of 19 and who has always been my greatest gift in this life, is leaving to work in London tonight and I am overwhelmed with emotions. Your voice, your smile, your compassion, your support, your teachings, your practices and most of all YOUR LOVE, has got me through SO MUCH these last 8 months since we found one another. You are a rare and exquisite human being, whom I rave about to everyone who cares to listen. I love you dearly and truly hope mom is well and recovering and enjoying the warm, swimming weather you have. Me in SA ..you in Texas, never having met, I feel so connected to you, like we have journeyed many lifetimes together. THANK YOU Namaste treasured Soul xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
My ninth YWA session - loved it. I'm putting a comment on the ones I have done so far. It is now the 21st of December which means I'm always a full month in with yoga every day!
Here at last but not stopping 30/04/2022. I have lost 4kg, felt great each and everyday diligently showing up here throughout since January and the calmness, stillness, softness, gentleness and most of all the silence has been amazingly refreshing and spot on for me..😃😌😌😃Thank you Adrienne from the bottom of my 💖🤗🤗💖 & for your beautiful gifts and for all in this Yoga community, for joining along... it's been a pleasure. Looking forward to another month.🙏🏾🥳🎉🧘🏾♀️🧘🏾♀️🙏🏾🥳🎉....I am pleased. Namaste All🙏🏾🍀🌸🌸🍀
I think my favourite thing about your videos is how quiet and peaceful they are. A lot of exercise videos, or even videos on stuff like how to crochet have music playing underneath. When I do your videos, I feel so much more connected to the yoga because of the quiet and just listening to your voice. I love it.
Oh Adriene. After getting my covid booster shot yesterday, I felt like absolute garbage today. Could barely move! But somehow, divine timing crawled into my day today and sent the perfect practice to me. Any other video would have been restricting, so I am beyond grateful for this. Thank you Adriene
After a stressful day, and week, the timing of today's video practice on July's "Process" was perfect. For 20 minutes, I relaxed, let go and breathed, and I REALLY need to take the tools off the mat and into life. Tomorrow is another day to choose to show up for myself, to be less anxious and stressed, because I hold the power to do it. I'm going to try. Thank you, Adriene and Benji. Namaste.
Refresh: Day 30, 17 days in a row. I've been dancing around yoga practice all day long, feeling moody and anxious and down and while I'd love to say it actually helped now that I've done it, I feel even worse. I don't know why but the prompt to relax sent my pulse racing for some reason. Still I'm looking forward to coming back to this video once I'm ready to commit to it. Thank you♥️
Wow, just about to get back on the mat for my daily practice, choosing this one because I need much healing for stress, anxiety and just my whole nervous and I popped into the comments and saw my own from 10 months ago : "Got diagnosed with Anxiety disorder today, the appointment was awful, knew I already had it but these rough past few weeks I could barely get on the mat for my daily practice, I am just glad I am coming back to this, back to Adriene. It is amazing what yoga can do to heal us. Thanks for everything, as always." I've been feeling pretty similar, or so I thought, to around that time but this is just a beautiful reminder of how far I have come since then and I'm so glad I'm heading to the mat with a smile for day 400 something?! when I almost skipped practice today
This isolating yogi swapped today’s practice for Healthy Body Yoga. I need to keep body fit Adriene 😉 see you tomorrow on the mat for our last day of Nurture 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💞🙏
Always find myself coming back to this practice time after time and I know why! This never fails to sync me back with breath and feel relieved from all stress. Thank you Adriene! xx
what a LOVELY restorative practice. Your tone of acceptance and love and care (and your voice, as someone commented below) is so restorative. Just what I needed today. Thank you for the November Nourish. I totally felt nourished, especially today. I hope your mom's health is improving. It can be unnerving when one's parents show frailty/vulnerability.
Got diagnosed with Anxiety disorder today, the appointment was awful, knew I already had it but these rough past few weeks I could barely get on the mat for my daily practice, I am just glad I am coming back to this, back to Adriene. REFRESH 💦 | April 30, 2022 | What an amazing month of practices Refresh has been. Spring arrived later than usual up here on the Canadian prairies, and this calendar helped me stay calm and patient, and focus within rather than without and on what is (or isn't) happening there. I think it put us in the perfect position to flow 🪷! See you tomorrow!
I stayed a little longer on my mat and had a full on laughing fit for a few minutes for now reason haha, just positive energy that had to go somewhere... :D Thank you for this month, I cant wait for the next! I send love your way, Namaste ☀️
Thank u! so silent and quiet of this flow becomes so healing and powerful. Been hectic / stressful / and a lot of autopilot mode. so this is soooo timely :) Namaste to all practising and am grateful for this PROCESS!
Blessed Beloved Beauties! The final Day - 30 of the Refresh Journey was the perfect way to end the month. It has been a stressful one. I adore this practice. I fell asleep 😴 and chose to practice at 10:00 PM. It was awesome to end my day this way. Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
I didn't get nearly enough sleep last night, so this slow, gentle practice was perfect for me (though that last pose was dangerous; I was so comfy and zenned out that I nearly fell back asleep! 😅).
My practice with Adriene is my daily dose of me time! Every time I see Benji , I cannot help but smile. Thank you for including real life into the practice. Namaste

Thank U x your positive vibes and yoga lessons. Really appreciate your time and effort. Loves ❤️
You are a hero. You even have a trusty sidekick, Boy Wonder Benji! Thank you, and Thank you for being my hero. 🐺♥️
One of the reasons why I absolutely love YWA is that she doesn’t have background music in her videos. I love the silence.
Ooh it is nice
Her voice is soft that gets me like I watched few others before coming across her and I was like nope can’t do it so happy I found Adriene she’s helped me a lot through my anxiety and specially during pandemic 😊
And no adds ❤️
Her bedtime yoga music is super lovely though! ❤️

This is one of the best stress melting yoga i done in a while. Really much needed, thx!
Absolutely perfect for me today , been cleaning out the family home of 60 years with my siblings, will repeat this week
Totally chilled session for both dog and human!
GREET 🌅 | May 18, 2024 | It's been two years since this was on the calendar and I'm for one is so glad it's back! It's sweet and gentle, loving and supportive which is exactly what I need right now during a high intensity work period. Perfect to take my mind off work for a bit. 🙏
U posted this at the perfect time, it’s exam week rn 😔
goodluck!
yasssss
Yes I was going to comment this too😬 I'm taking a break from my studying to do this. Good luck✨
Good luck to all of us! Mine are next week...
@@TonyaBallman CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I appreciate you and your work so much! Thanks Adriene, I watched your videos for the first time 6 years ago and am still here often ❤
Namaste 🧘🏽
12:48 "relax your jaw"
*unclenches jaw* caught me
EVERY TIME!!!
angela n
“relax your jaw”
- me who had clenched jaw for the past 19 years.. : :ooo
Me, always haha
Me too! I clench my jaw so much sometimes I can barely turn my head.
Every time!!! lol or “if you’re feeling tension in this area, let it go”
Ope- caught me again.
Her voice is a stress reliever for me.
Greet Day 18 great practice for the end of the day. I had an overwhelming day today and this really helped me relax for bedtime. Namaste 🙏🏽
Just completed YWA Process July 2021 - thank you Adriene for guiding me to practice every day through July - made a transatlantic house move in June and lost my yoga way a little with all the packing and jet lag, very thankful to be back on track and looking forward to August - sending love to the YWA community, happy Saturday from Suffolk, England. xox
My God, Adrienne - today I just wanna tell you how much I love your channel, and appreciate your teachings and your approach to yoga and to us ❤
You have changed my life and I am forever gratefull 🙏
Namaste!!
Adriene, I love you. Thank you for the gift that is this channel
A lovely calming practice before work here on a dark Scottish morning. Namaste Adriene, Benji and fellow yogis. Anyone doing 'buy nothing Friday' with me? ❤️
Wonderful! I LOVE that idea. Yes, buy nothing Friday and help save the planet. Thanks Laura. Xx
Such a beautiful reminder to come back to the breath. Thankyou, Adriene... I needed this, this morning xxx
LylsUniverse congrats!!!
You’re a rockstar ⭐️!
Much love. Namaste.
Shadan Zahrooni 😊✨
Love your rent analogy! Have you tried restorative yoga for stress? Some poses could be practiced in bed, if you're feeling well enough.
Good sweet morning to all of you out there! I Love you! Thanks Miss Adriene 😊❤️
Felt crazy tight today and could really feel this stretching my upper back oh my gosh greet
Love ❤️ lovely. Very calm. Thanks very much Adriene. Blessings family.
OMG 300!!! Monumental moment! Congrats William!!
@@astridlim5512 I typed the 300 out in order to make it seem more real to me! I cannot believe it.
💯💯💯 🎉
I think this is my new favorite! The twenty minutes flew by and I feel relaxed.
Melted my stress like butter.. thankyou A
A nice way to end November , thanks for the Nourish calendar, so appreciated.
Thanks for another great month, Adriene and Benji! Looking forward to December's BALANCE.
And my 38th YWA😍
And my 159th YWA on April 30th 2022
Namaste All🙏🏾🍀🌸🌸🍀
Every day that we make it to the mat is a GOOD day!!
The NOURISH calendar was absolutely beautiful, a masterpiece collection of yoga practices
A wonderful way to end November. Happy Nourish everyone, and congratulations to the amazing journey we’ve all stuck to and gone through :,)
I think my favourite thing about your videos is how quiet and peaceful they are. A lot of exercise videos, or even videos on stuff like how to crochet have music playing underneath. When I do your videos, I feel so much more connected to the yoga because of the quiet and just listening to your voice. I love it.
If you’re reading this, I remembered to bring you a pillow! 💕
Thank you♥️
I NEEDED THIS 🙏
Honestly, I almost skipped this and sat on the couch eating tortilla chips until I saw the title. So glad I did it.
Also, Benji ❤️
Actually done this before! Tortilla chips and salsa for the win!
Day 30 of November ❤️🙏🏼 month 9 is officially complete for me! Here’s to month 10 starting tomorrow!!
This isolating yogi swapped today’s practice for Healthy Body Yoga. I need to keep body fit Adriene 😉 see you tomorrow on the mat for our last day of Nurture 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💞🙏
Happy day Gill, hugs 🧘🏼♀️
Good call. After heal stress yoga I needed more. Healthy Body fit the bill. Now ready for a more positive day!
See you tomorrow Gill!!!
Thanks dear, thanks to YWA team ❤️ Namaste 🙏
Thankyou Adrienne 😊
I have started a new job partime & I have been feeling a lot of emotional swings.
Thanks for this one.
Lots of love. ❤❤
I am so grateful for these practices.
Me too!
Thank you Adriene, Daily Yoga is required for stress, tension and anxiety. Perfect practice to do daily when life is stressful. 😊💜🙏
Adriene, I'm ALWAYS thinking about my next meal )))
Finishing a month of yoga, again, and it always feels like the first time, I always get emotional. thank you very much, Namaste to all!
Thank you Adriene. You’re a bit of a hero to me since this helps me so much with managing my PTSD.
Always find myself coming back to this practice time after time and I know why! This never fails to sync me back with breath and feel relieved from all stress. Thank you Adriene! xx
Refresh Day 30: This has been my favorite month of yoga 🙏 I’ll miss this chill month as we move into Flow 🥲
Even hugging the pillow to my body and smiling felt like yoga today! I love how you end each class.
what a LOVELY restorative practice.
I find so much peace with Adriene's yoga.
This was sooooo restful on a Friday evening right after work!
Got diagnosed with Anxiety disorder today, the appointment was awful, knew I already had it but these rough past few weeks I could barely get on the mat for my daily practice, I am just glad I am coming back to this, back to Adriene. It is amazing what yoga can do to heal us. Thanks for everything, as always.
Good luck with your healing journey, Sabrina. Therapy, yoga and mindfulness can all be of great help, but it takes time.
Celebrating 365 days with Adriene and Benji! I am so grateful for these videos and all they have taught me, both in mind and body. Thank you!❤️
Happy anniversary!
Shanti Shanti Shanti, to all of you in this season. Thanks Adrienne.
Didn’t want to sit back up at the end. Need to do this one before bed!🙏🏻
Thank you
Blessed Beloved Beauties!
Namaste
Just completed three months in a row of yoga, so happy to be a part of this lovely community & I cannot wait for more :D
