And now i weigh 78 kgs. Lost 5 kgs in 25 days!! And i feel so much stronger and confident now too. There were terrible hard days but there were also awesome days where I absolutely demolished the workouts. im so so thankful to chloe.
I’m so proud to say that this is my last day of this 2024 program and I’ve come to learn that Chloe Ting has allowed me to feel like I’ve done something productive with my day even on days when I haven’t done much at all!!! To those still doing it you can do it!!!

Today I finished the 2024 25-day challenge. Biggest thing Chloe taught me was take it slow, do what you can, just show up. My work schedule it crazy so I ended up taking 39 days instead of 25, but now 14 pounds down and 3 inches off my waist!! Can't wait for the next challenge :)

No one tells you how much your body changes between high school and college. I gained so much weight in college. Between classes and working I never had the time to put into my body. Graduated this December and I’m ready to get back into it 💪
Chloe, I am so grateful for your workouts! I come from a background in gymnastics, which surrounded me with the message that you should push yourself as hard as you can, no matter if your body is telling you not to (which led to a lot of injuries 😢). When I quit gymnastics, I still kept up some fitness, but I missed being as strong as I was. Recently, I started doing your workouts again! I'm so grateful for your videos, because you always have such gentle messaging around pushing yourself; you tell us to "take extra breaks if you can," and "it's okay because it will get easier over time!" I'm on day 2 but I can't wait to do this workout tomorrow 💪 During COVID I lost a lot of weight and became the most fit I've ever been following your workouts but I got busy with my final year in university and because I have PCOS I gained back all the weight I lost and more and I was very demotivated to loose weight for a few years after that. Right now I am the heaviest I've ever been but I'm gonna do my best again. 😊 Thank you so much for everything Chloe ❤
@@Emilyy.04 Educated guess here, but when you start doing thigh exercises, your muscles grow, making your thighs bigger. However, as you continue working out, you burn the fat around your legs and ultimately have leaner thighs.
I finished the 2024 weight loss challenge today and I lost about 13Ibs. I went on OMAD (one meal a day) but some days i ate more, my diet didnt really change except for avoiding fast food(sometimes i did eat fast food) but i moderated my intake. I didnt measure my waist, hips, etc. and i did stick to low impact workouts as well. This is the first challenge ive officially completed and now I'm gonna start the 2021 weight loss challenge, good luck to all of you guys❤️
Day 5 here! Ur videos quite literally changed me For background; I have a long and kinda complicated history with exersise. I used to be a gymnast when I was a child. I did like it at first, but I started feeling like I wasn't improving and my coaches weren't great at all, making me eventually quit. In high school my pe teacher really sucked. She was so unfair to me and many others who were just trying to do their best and pass the class. She'd get mad at me for not being good enough, but didn't bat an eye to some of my other classmates when they were lazing around. Even worse was how they got way better grades than me, because they did sports in their free time and learned things faster. I have pretty much hated pe classes ever since that teacher. Most of my friends during that time liked exercising though. Pretty much all of them were in a sport team or something like that. It made me feel like I didn't fit in. Like I was weird and different for not liking exercise. I tried going to the gym but I felt uncomfortable around so many people, who were way better than me. I also tried many different sports but they all just made me feel even worse and demotivated. That made me realize that I also really hated the competition in many sports. Recently I came across a video on tiktok, where this girl was talking about how she always hated exercise until she started doing home workouts. A bunch of comments were talking about their own experiences, and I felt so glad that there were other people like me. I decided to look up different home workouts, and I'm so happy and proud to say that I'm enjoying exercise properly for the first time ever in my life. I know this comment might sound a bit cringe to some people, but honestly I don't really care. Good luck to everyone else taking part in this challenge or just simply trying to live a healthier life by importing exercise into their daily routine. Remember to eat well, drink enough water and rest when you need to:)

@@Young-poetess At first I found it extremely tiring and I had stopped exercising, but three months ago I started doing them again, I tried to motivate myself by focusing on the goal I wanted and telling myself not to give up and it was the best decision I made, in two months I've already had incredible results, I've always had lean legs/arms and a large amount of fat accumulated around my waist and just by doing these exercises at home I've managed to gain triple the muscle mass I had when I started, and I've gained a slim waist just like those belly dancers, plus I feel much more energetic now, it helped me a lot during the depressive phases I went through and made me feel much better about my self-esteem, but I have to say that just doing the exercises are not enough, I I needed to stay focused and exercise every day, eat the necessary amount of carbohydrates and proteins for my body, avoid foods with excess sugar/salt and drink lots of water, but I swear the results are worth it :))

I did it! Ive finished the 25 day wieght loss challenge. I dont thin i loose weight because i didnt make changes in how i eat or what i eat but i can see the difference in how i feel. I feel stronger and more relaxed. And thats a huge improvement! Im happy with the results!! Im going to keep doing other programs, add more healthy habits and keep the consistency
I started the 2024 weight loss challenge on January 13th and finished it today on February 8th. I took a few additional rest days but overall I finished it at about the same time I would if I didn't take those rest days. My starting weight was 55,1kg and body fat 26,3%. My current weight is 53,8kg and body fat 25,2%. I've also gained 1% of muscle mass. So I didn't lose much weight or body fat but I do notice a slight difference. Most importantly I notice how much stronger I've gotten and how much better I feel. Thank you Chloe :)
I hated working out it was never a thing I’ve had to do or cared for. I gained a bunch of weight these past few years and the only thing motivating me is Chloe. The workouts are wonderful easy to at least try and complete. I’m on day 25/26 for the weight loss challenge and I don’t see too much of a difference in me look wise but I feel damn great. Just did one workout and I was like no way am I actually doing this without struggling and falling over! Love all the help and energy from you Chloe!! Thanks for boosting us all up and at least getting us to love working on ourselves and not be miserable :)))

I go to the gym regularly, I've always been a very active person. Lately I've been at a low point with my mental health and today after a long day of battling myself over going to the gym or not I decided to go, only for my car to break down so I had to come back home. I come and go with Chloe's workouts since COVID and today after feeling like absolute doodie I come back once again, I'm planning on doing a few today since I'm used to lifting rather than body weight but I'm feeling much better now. My last day of this 2024 program, was living a really sedentary life. Decided to hop on this challenge for my 2024 goals as I want to live a more active life, even tho I didn't follow the program daily due to my work schedule, only working 3 days a week with this program and at the final I see so much progress on my strength and flexibility. When I started this workout program I couldn't even do 3 squats without feeling my legs weak. Right now I do these squats and exercises like nothing, my body feels healthier and stronger and only doing it 3 days a week!! Thank you so much Chloe! Can't wait to start a new program and continue my journey!
2024 Weight Loss Challenge weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts. Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..! Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though... Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~ Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha. Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;; Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging! Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪 Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew* Day 12 ✅ Rest Day Day 13 ✅ Rest Day Day 14 ✅ I somehow feel really tired and sweaty todayyy......... aughhh Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚 Update: yall i'll be taking a week break cuz i sprained my ankle while trying to pick a fruit smh this is so silly 😂 Day 16 ✅ I AM BACK!! Phew I am sweating all over!! I'm much better now but not fully recovered though. Today I feel like I'm doing the exercises in a more proper form. Probably cuz I try not to mess up the moves in case I sprain my ankle again lol I thought I would be weaker since I didn't work out for a week but I actually don't feel that tired~ Day 17 ✅ I love abs workouts! I can really feel the burn. Well tbh probably cuz lying down feels great!! 😂😂 Today's workout wasn't as tiring. I can do side planks way better now 🔥💪 Time for additional 30 min aerobic workout! Day 18 ✅ Oh my god I'm sweatyyy AF! That was pretty hard nglll I even mostly did low impact versions. Well mainly cuz I got no more energy for em + my ankle situation + not wearing shoes 😂😂 Day 19 ✅ Rest day Day 20 ✅ Rest day I've been a bit busy and forgot to update so i'll just say the result. I only lost about 1kg, not much but it's probably cuz I still ate a lot like usual. My waist did get smaller, about 5cm. Also, a bit if abs forming right below chest area. Don't see any difference with my arms, but that's okay cuz it's the hardest part of my body to slim down. It's a fact that I definitely got stronger after doing this workout and I live my life healthier! You can also do it!
I have been doing the weight loss challenge pretty much everyday for almost a month. I can assure you it will get much easier with time. At the beginning, I was struggling to keep going till the end and I stopped a lot. I have lost about 3.4 lbs in almost a month, and I am in it for the long haul. So many times in the past I would go hardcore and quit not even a week or two in. This time around, I am being gentle with myself as well as healing my relationship with food. Progress not perfection!
@@Anesthesia_meow I only lost about 2lbs or 1kg but I slimmed down a lot. I lost fat and gained muscle so it looks like I lost more. All my clothes fit better. I did not modify my diet and actually ate pretty bad (lots of pizza) so I would probably have better results if I had cut back a little on calories. Still, very happy with my results.
I just finished this 2024 weight loss program and I just want to share my results. I went from 67.95 to 64.75, I basically lost 3.2 kg btw I'm 5'2 Other workouts I did with this program: 10k steps (sometimes I don't reach 10k coz I'm lazy haha) Diet: Fasting, but!!!! I was not that committed to it because when I'm really hungry I'll break my fast and eat haha. But I did fast most of the time. Additionally, I didn't eat rice for the whole 25 days and I also tried my best to avoid carbs and eat more fruits and vegetables. I was not really strict when it comes to my diet, so I think if I was more strict maybe I lost more weight. But I'm really happy with my results coz this is my first time finishing a workout program. This is a big achievement for me. Thank you so much chloe ting! I will try her other workout programs and will update if I finish it. Pray for me HAHA btw sorry for my bad english
on my last day of the weightloss 2024 challenge. im so proud of myself that i stayed consistent! i feel much stronger (and ive been told i allegedly look thinner). i cant do measurements because of my menstrual cycle messed with my water retention, but trust me, as long as you stay consistent and eat a healthy diet, you can lose weight!! ive always thought that the reason i was always "fuller" than the rest of my friends was because of my slow metabolism and genetics, but now ive come to realise that it wasnt necessarily the amount of food i was eating, but rather the quality (and variety). i went through some mental health issues a little over a year ago, and my meals consisted mainly of buttered toast and snacks, which really deteriorated my health. i took some time to work on my mental health after realizing thats not the right way to live, and after i got better, i decided to try working out, and ive been loving it ever since! the feel of accomplishment i get after each workout is amazing and makes me feel productive, even if i didnt really do anything else during the day. the key is to stay consistent. whether you complete part of the video, the full workout or multiple ones, as long as youre getting exercise on a day to day basis (with occasional rest days), youre going to get fitter! results take time. this is my 2nd program that ive completed (the first being the 2021 weightloss) and i have seen results! my stomach shrunk, and my legs arent as wide (even if the scale didnt show as much results as my physical appearance)

I gained a lot of weight in a year , I don t feel comfortable in my body because I never had so much weight, and finally I got motivated enough to start working out with you again because you helped me a lot a few years ago. Now I am at day 3 weightloss challenge 2024, I started with 90.2 kg and now I am 89.1 kg, It s definetely working, I already started to feel better emotionally too, plus I started eating healthy again and not too much like before, even if i am tired I feel like i have more energy. @@SIMINAT. I was mainly looking to get back to working out consistently.. This program helped a lot in that perspective.. As per results, I lost 2kgs by the end of the program.. I have PCOS too so this drop along with increase in stamina compared to day 1 was considerably an improvement. You will feel great when you complete it!! And motivate you to try out more challenges ✨

Only this workout left and I will have completed the 2024 challenge, I have lost 5kg and gained so much muscle. For those wondering about the diet: I tried to eat the least amount of sugar I could, so no sweets and no fruits, no simple carbs only complex (brown pasta, bread etc.), start my breakfast with only good fats like avocado and protein like tuna or eggs. I also drank apple cider vinegar (diluted) before my breakfast and before my dinner. I also did IF and only ate from 11 am to 6-7 pm (sometimes I stopped earlier than that, basically I stopped eating after my dinner). This might sound extreme but honestly it worked great for me, I probably have PCOS and gained a lot of weight due to insuline resistance. When I quit the sugar and started doing chloé’s workouts the weight literally flew off me and stayed off me. I still have around 5-10kg to go and I’ll be back to my “normal” weight before I gained all of that. I am getting married in three months so this was the absolute worst timing to gain all that weight, but thank God for Chloé and lots of other youtubers that taught me about how to treat pcos symptoms because I am 100% sure I’ll be back to my regular self by the time I get married ❤😊 you can achieve anything you put your mind to!!!!
Love this workout! I have been doing your challenges for awhile and i was hoping to do at least some of your videos here and there while pregnant. Can't do the challenges anymore but at 25 weeks I'm able to a warmup and this video with resistance bands and your cool down. I also like your full body ones that are not too core focused! So happy I can continue with certain workouts of yours! I always feel so good after ❤

I began the Chloe Ting 2024 Weight Loss Challenge on June 22, 2024. Before this, I was very lazy, always lying on the bed or sofa like a couch potato, with zero motivation and stamina. Working out felt like climbing a steep mountain every time, but slowly and gradually, I climbed it. Though I panted heavily, I never lost hope and remained determined to get back in shape. I kept up this motivation until day 17, despite seeing no visible changes in my body, which lowered my motivation. I know the journey is long, so I will share my weight and stamina level at the end of the month.
just completed 2024 weight loss challenge!! starting weight: 63.5 kg end weight: 60kgs I lost 3kgs!!! also I did intermittent fasting for 20 days along with this workout and ate around 800-1000cal avg per day my goal weight is 50kgs so gotta work hard for that :(

Okay this might be my absolute favorite video. I'm going through a lot of stuff and really related to the second song so the workout felt like nothing at that point. The third song was a bop too. I just had a lot of fun with this one. Not even upset that it's 20 min. Didn't even feel like it.

I have been staying at home for so long so I started thinking about using that time in doing or learning something started from learning Korean to taking courses to working on my body shape while taking care of my family I need to lose like 30kgs and I have been failing to do that for years because I'm stuck at home like its not my decision so I have to do everything at home so I really hope this time I'm gonna have a healthy body and start working in a few years I really hope I can do that yesterday was my first day of this workout but like it wasn't my first day working out but today I literally feel so much pain in my lower body that I can't even laugh lmao that I had to rest but I'm gonna do it tomorrow wish me luck❤

Today I finished the 2024 25-day challenge. Biggest thing Chloe taught me was take it slow, do what you can, just show up. My work schedule it crazy so I ended up taking 39 days instead of 25, but now 14 pounds down and 3 inches off my waist!! Can't wait for the next challenge :)

No one tells you how much your body changes between high school and college. I gained so much weight in college. Between classes and working I never had the time to put into my body. Graduated this December and I’m ready to get back into it 💪

Chloe, I am so grateful for your workouts! I come from a background in gymnastics, which surrounded me with the message that you should push yourself as hard as you can, no matter if your body is telling you not to (which led to a lot of injuries 😢). When I quit gymnastics, I still kept up some fitness, but I missed being as strong as I was. Recently, I started doing your workouts again! I'm so grateful for your videos, because you always have such gentle messaging around pushing yourself; you tell us to "take extra breaks if you can," and "it's okay because it will get easier over time!" During COVID I lost a lot of weight and became the most fit I've ever been following your workouts but I got busy with my final year in university and because I have PCOS I gained back all the weight I lost and more and I was very demotivated to loose weight for a few years after that. Right now I am the heaviest I've ever been but I'm gonna do my best again. 😊

Does this exercise make thighs bigger or smaller?
@@Emilyy.04 Educated guess here, but when you start doing thigh exercises, your muscles grow, making your thighs bigger. However, as you continue working out, you burn the fat around your legs and ultimately have leaner thighs.
I finished the 2024 weight loss challenge today and I lost about 13Ibs. I went on OMAD (one meal a day) but some days i ate more, my diet didnt really change except for avoiding fast food(sometimes i did eat fast food) but i moderated my intake. I didnt measure my waist, hips, etc. and i did stick to low impact workouts as well. This is the first challenge ive officially completed and now I'm gonna start the 2021 weight loss challenge, good luck to all of you guys❤️

For background; I have a long and kinda complicated history with exersise. I used to be a gymnast when I was a child. I did like it at first, but I started feeling like I wasn't improving and my coaches weren't great at all, making me eventually quit.
In high school my pe teacher really sucked. She was so unfair to me and many others who were just trying to do their best and pass the class. She'd get mad at me for not being good enough, but didn't bat an eye to some of my other classmates when they were lazing around. Even worse was how they got way better grades than me, because they did sports in their free time and learned things faster. I have pretty much hated pe classes ever since that teacher.
Most of my friends during that time liked exercising though. Pretty much all of them were in a sport team or something like that. It made me feel like I didn't fit in. Like I was weird and different for not liking exercise. I tried going to the gym but I felt uncomfortable around so many people, who were way better than me. I also tried many different sports but they all just made me feel even worse and demotivated. That made me realize that I also really hated the competition in many sports.
Recently I came across a video on tiktok, where this girl was talking about how she always hated exercise until she started doing home workouts. A bunch of comments were talking about their own experiences, and I felt so glad that there were other people like me. I decided to look up different home workouts, and I'm so happy and proud to say that I'm enjoying exercise properly for the first time ever in my life.
I know this comment might sound a bit cringe to some people, but honestly I don't really care.
Good luck to everyone else taking part in this challenge or just simply trying to live a healthier life by importing exercise into their daily routine. Remember to eat well, drink enough water and rest when you need to:)

@@Young-poetess At first I found it extremely tiring and I had stopped exercising, but three months ago I started doing them again, I tried to motivate myself by focusing on the goal I wanted and telling myself not to give up and it was the best decision I made, in two months I've already had incredible results, I've always had lean legs/arms and a large amount of fat accumulated around my waist and just by doing these exercises at home I've managed to gain triple the muscle mass I had when I started, and I've gained a slim waist just like those belly dancers, plus I feel much more energetic now, it helped me a lot during the depressive phases I went through and made me feel much better about my self-esteem, but I have to say that just doing the exercises are not enough, I I needed to stay focused and exercise every day, eat the necessary amount of carbohydrates and proteins for my body, avoid foods with excess sugar/salt and drink lots of water, but I swear the results are worth it :))
It’s about midnight, got off work an hour ago and im sweaty, tired, and CRUSHED this workout gains NEVER STOP

I did it! Ive finished the 25 day wieght loss challenge. I dont thin i loose weight because i didnt make changes in how i eat or what i eat but i can see the difference in how i feel. I feel stronger and more relaxed. And thats a huge improvement! Im happy with the results!! Im going to keep doing other programs, add more healthy habits and keep the consistency

I started the 2024 weight loss challenge on January 13th and finished it today on February 8th. I took a few additional rest days but overall I finished it at about the same time I would if I didn't take those rest days. My starting weight was 55,1kg and body fat 26,3%. My current weight is 53,8kg and body fat 25,2%. I've also gained 1% of muscle mass. So I didn't lose much weight or body fat but I do notice a slight difference. Most importantly I notice how much stronger I've gotten and how much better I feel. Thank you Chloe :)
I hated working out it was never a thing I’ve had to do or cared for. I gained a bunch of weight these past few years and the only thing motivating me is Chloe. The workouts are wonderful easy to at least try and complete. I’m on day 25/26 for the weight loss challenge and I don’t see too much of a difference in me look wise but I feel damn great. Just did one workout and I was like no way am I actually doing this without struggling and falling over! Love all the help and energy from you Chloe!! Thanks for boosting us all up and at least getting us to love working on ourselves and not be miserable :)))

I go to the gym regularly, I've always been a very active person. Lately I've been at a low point with my mental health and today after a long day of battling myself over going to the gym or not I decided to go, only for my car to break down so I had to come back home. I come and go with Chloe's workouts since COVID and today after feeling like absolute doodie I come back once again, I'm planning on doing a few today since I'm used to lifting rather than body weight but I'm feeling much better now. Thank you Chloe, and to everyone who reads this, you got it.
My last day of this 2024 program, was living a really sedentary life. Decided to hop on this challenge for my 2024 goals as I want to live a more active life, even tho I didn't follow the program daily due to my work schedule, only working 3 days a week with this program and at the final I see so much progress on my strength and flexibility. When I started this workout program I couldn't even do 3 squats without feeling my legs weak. Right now I do these squats and exercises like nothing, my body feels healthier and stronger and only doing it 3 days a week!! Thank you so much Chloe! Can't wait to start a new program and continue my journey!
2024 Weight Loss Challenge
weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm
hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm
Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown
Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout
Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol
Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts.
Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..!
Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though...
Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~
Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha.
Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;;
Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging!
Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout
Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪
Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew*

Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚
Update: yall i'll be taking a week break cuz i sprained my ankle while trying to pick a fruit smh this is so silly 😂
Day 16 ✅ I AM BACK!! Phew I am sweating all over!! I'm much better now but not fully recovered though. Today I feel like I'm doing the exercises in a more proper form. Probably cuz I try not to mess up the moves in case I sprain my ankle again lol I thought I would be weaker since I didn't work out for a week but I actually don't feel that tired~
Day 17 ✅ I love abs workouts! I can really feel the burn. Well tbh probably cuz lying down feels great!! 😂😂 Today's workout wasn't as tiring. I can do side planks way better now 🔥💪 Time for additional 30 min aerobic workout!
Day 18 ✅ Oh my god I'm sweatyyy AF! That was pretty hard nglll I even mostly did low impact versions. Well mainly cuz I got no more energy for em + my ankle situation + not wearing shoes 😂😂

I've been a bit busy and forgot to update so i'll just say the result. I only lost about 1kg, not much but it's probably cuz I still ate a lot like usual. My waist did get smaller, about 5cm. Also, a bit if abs forming right below chest area. Don't see any difference with my arms, but that's okay cuz it's the hardest part of my body to slim down. It's a fact that I definitely got stronger after doing this workout and I live my life healthier! You can also do it!

I have been doing the weight loss challenge pretty much everyday for almost a month. I can assure you it will get much easier with time. At the beginning, I was struggling to keep going till the end and I stopped a lot. I have lost about 3.4 lbs in almost a month, and I am in it for the long haul. So many times in the past I would go hardcore and quit not even a week or two in. This time around, I am being gentle with myself as well as healing my relationship with food. Progress not perfection!

@@Anesthesia_meow I only lost about 2lbs or 1kg but I slimmed down a lot. I lost fat and gained muscle so it looks like I lost more. All my clothes fit better. I did not modify my diet and actually ate pretty bad (lots of pizza) so I would probably have better results if I had cut back a little on calories. Still, very happy with my results.

I just finished this 2024 weight loss program and I just want to share my results.
I went from 67.95 to 64.75, I basically lost 3.2 kg
btw I'm 5'2
Other workouts I did with this program: 10k steps (sometimes I don't reach 10k coz I'm lazy haha)
Diet: Fasting, but!!!! I was not that committed to it because when I'm really hungry I'll break my fast and eat haha. But I did fast most of the time.
Additionally, I didn't eat rice for the whole 25 days and I also tried my best to avoid carbs and eat more fruits and vegetables.
I was not really strict when it comes to my diet, so I think if I was more strict maybe I lost more weight.
But I'm really happy with my results coz this is my first time finishing a workout program. This is a big achievement for me.

on my last day of the weightloss 2024 challenge. im so proud of myself that i stayed consistent! i feel much stronger (and ive been told i allegedly look thinner). i cant do measurements because of my menstrual cycle messed with my water retention, but trust me, as long as you stay consistent and eat a healthy diet, you can lose weight!!
ive always thought that the reason i was always "fuller" than the rest of my friends was because of my slow metabolism and genetics, but now ive come to realise that it wasnt necessarily the amount of food i was eating, but rather the quality (and variety). i went through some mental health issues a little over a year ago, and my meals consisted mainly of buttered toast and snacks, which really deteriorated my health. i took some time to work on my mental health after realizing thats not the right way to live, and after i got better, i decided to try working out, and ive been loving it ever since! the feel of accomplishment i get after each workout is amazing and makes me feel productive, even if i didnt really do anything else during the day. the key is to stay consistent. whether you complete part of the video, the full workout or multiple ones, as long as youre getting exercise on a day to day basis (with occasional rest days), youre going to get fitter! results take time.
this is my 2nd program that ive completed (the first being the 2021 weightloss) and i have seen results! my stomach shrunk, and my legs arent as wide (even if the scale didnt show as much results as my physical appearance)
Day 1. I had a baby almost two months ago. I haven’t lifted anything since I was 13 weeks pregnant. I am starting from a beginner again but I am patient and determined. :)

I gained a lot of weight in a year , I don t feel comfortable in my body because I never had so much weight, and finally I got motivated enough to start working out with you again because you helped me a lot a few years ago. Now I am at day 3 weightloss challenge 2024, I started with 90.2 kg and now I am 89.1 kg, It s definetely working, I already started to feel better emotionally too, plus I started eating healthy again and not too much like before, even if i am tired I feel like i have more energy. @@SIMINAT. I was mainly looking to get back to working out consistently.. This program helped a lot in that perspective.. As per results, I lost 2kgs by the end of the program.. I have PCOS too so this drop along with increase in stamina compared to day 1 was considerably an improvement.

Only this workout left and I will have completed the 2024 challenge, I have lost 5kg and gained so much muscle. For those wondering about the diet: I tried to eat the least amount of sugar I could, so no sweets and no fruits, no simple carbs only complex (brown pasta, bread etc.), start my breakfast with only good fats like avocado and protein like tuna or eggs. I also drank apple cider vinegar (diluted) before my breakfast and before my dinner. I also did IF and only ate from 11 am to 6-7 pm (sometimes I stopped earlier than that, basically I stopped eating after my dinner). This might sound extreme but honestly it worked great for me, I probably have PCOS and gained a lot of weight due to insuline resistance. When I quit the sugar and started doing chloé’s workouts the weight literally flew off me and stayed off me. I still have around 5-10kg to go and I’ll be back to my “normal” weight before I gained all of that. I am getting married in three months so this was the absolute worst timing to gain all that weight, but thank God for Chloé and lots of other youtubers that taught me about how to treat pcos symptoms because I am 100% sure I’ll be back to my regular self by the time I get married ❤😊 you can achieve anything you put your mind to!!!!

Love this workout! I have been doing your challenges for awhile and i was hoping to do at least some of your videos here and there while pregnant. Can't do the challenges anymore but at 25 weeks I'm able to a warmup and this video with resistance bands and your cool down. I also like your full body ones that are not too core focused! So happy I can continue with certain workouts of yours! I always feel so good after ❤

I began the Chloe Ting 2024 Weight Loss Challenge on June 22, 2024. Before this, I was very lazy, always lying on the bed or sofa like a couch potato, with zero motivation and stamina. Working out felt like climbing a steep mountain every time, but slowly and gradually, I climbed it. Though I panted heavily, I never lost hope and remained determined to get back in shape. I kept up this motivation until day 17, despite seeing no visible changes in my body, which lowered my motivation. I know the journey is long, so I will share my weight and stamina level at the end of the month.

I lost 3kgs!!! also I did intermittent fasting for 20 days along with this workout and ate around 800-1000cal avg per day
my goal weight is 50kgs so gotta work hard for that :(

Okay this might be my absolute favorite video. I'm going through a lot of stuff and really related to the second song so the workout felt like nothing at that point. The third song was a bop too. I just had a lot of fun with this one. Not even upset that it's 20 min. Didn't even feel like it.

Today day 10 25 day weightloss challage i didn't want do it but mange find strength and I complete it definitely hard but push through mentel block !! Consistency is key keep saying over and over and diet too !! What put in body is refection help you grow
I have been staying at home for so long so I started thinking about using that time in doing or learning something started from learning Korean to taking courses to working on my body shape while taking care of my family I need to lose like 30kgs and I have been failing to do that for years because I'm stuck at home like its not my decision so I have to do everything at home so I really hope this time I'm gonna have a healthy body and start working in a few years I really hope I can do that yesterday was my first day of this workout but like it wasn't my first day working out but today I literally feel so much pain in my lower body that I can't even laugh lmao that I had to rest but I'm gonna do it tomorrow wish me luck❤
