    Today was my last day of the 2023 hourglass challenge!! After 5 failed attempts over the last year(starting over each time) I finally finished it! I feel so much stronger and got my butt back! Thank you Chloe💜💜

      Same 😭 I'd always quitted after a week or two, and this is the first time I made it to the end (even though I had 8 skipped days overall) 🎉🎉🎉 So excited to start a new program

    Thank you Lord…today is my last day workout on the 2024 25 days weight loss challenge,although it took me 32 days,I’m soo happy I’ve finally completed 1 full challenge and dropped from 93kg to 87kg…definitely starting another challenge. Love and appreciate you Chloe 🙏🏾🫶🏾💗

    I was able to finish one of the challenges (hourglass 2023) for the first time, before I always started and quit. -2.5kg, I already see changes in the shape of my body and I feel stronger. Chloe, thank you very much! ❤️ I'm ready to start another challenge. ✌️

      @@keevahwalsh6212 Not really. I made sure to drink more water and always drink 500ml when I woke up before eating anything, although it is difficult to drink that amount at first. And I started to pay attention to the amount of protein I was consuming (instead of eating cheese for breakfast, I now eat a boiled or scrambled egg with toast, and I avoid processed foods like empanadas for meals, simple chicken is good and cheap ). For the rest, I have been eating as usual. I didn't stop consuming bread or dough in general (I just don't eat it daily or with every meal), I didn't give up sugar and if I feel like it, I eat a dessert after one of the meals. I rarely consume sugary soft drinks and, alcohol or fast food (and if one day it happens, I won't die). I have lost 6kg (the 2.5kg in my original comment included) and I haven't gotten it back. I could have lost more if I was more regular with my exercises and, above all, slept well.

    Really enjoying this routine so far! I’m seeing some cool strength parallels between these functional strength workouts vs the normal weight lifting I’m doing. It’s all about getting strong ❤

    Today is my last day of the 2023 hourglass challenge. I didn’t do any measurements at the beginning but I totally see abbs now! Arms are totally less flabby. I weighed in and gained a few lbs. not only is Chloe helping with fitness but helping with relationships people have with their scales 💕 THANK YOU

    today is my last day of the challengue, I was able to make the whole workout with weigth without feeling tired and actually enjoyed it. I feel way stranger than when I started the challengue, thank you Chloe.

    And with this video I have finished the Hourglass 2023 Challenge ! It took me a month and a half to complete it. I was doing 3-4 trainings a week. So, don't feel pressured to exercise 5 days a week. For instance, my body isn't getting rested well during a 2-day break only. Plus, I am happy to work with heavier weights now. Good luck to everyone !

    hello chloe!! ive been doing your workouts since i was 9, im now 13 turning fourteen this september. I just wanted to thank you for posting these workouts and for being who you are. youve helped me so much along the years and im so thankful for it. i took a 6 month “break” (😪 i know) but after seeing one of your videos pop up on my yourtube reccomended ive started working out again. ive never been able to really get into any other workout videos, or just be motivated/exited but yours. again thank you so much for helping me throughout these years, and for hopefully more years to come!! 🥹

    today is the last day of 2023 hourglass challenge. i did it. some days it was hard, i couldn’t even do 1 w/o, but i pushed myself to do SOMETHING. i never skipped when i started to watch w/o. my butty was at fire almost every butty day. actually i’d never wrote comment before, but i just thankful to chloe, to have her support and free w/o❤
    i started to do w/o in 2020 like almost everyone here. and i’m still doing them, i can’t imagine my routine without them. of course i have breaks))
    gays who reading this throughout w/o KEEP GOING, I BELIEVE IN U
    and who afraid to start, don’t be, i was like u 3 years ago, all of us have to start somewhere, i promise u will feel better next week

      Keep in mind that results are différent for everyone...
      I did had great results, her challenges works well if you manage to go through all of it :)

      @@Надя-д1р1м I have become much stronger. I gained muscles, my back and neck stopped hurting. I feel much more confident. I was also able to lose 3 kilos combined with a healthy diet.
      Я стала намного сильнее. У меня появились мышцы, у меня перестала болеть спина и шея. Я чувствую себя намного увереннее. Мне также удалось сбросить 3 килограмма в сочетании с здоровой диетой.

    This! I loved this one out of all of the ones in this 2024 weight loss program! I loved the active use of dumbells instead of HIIT!

    3rd day part 2. i took a longer break due to shortness of breath after the 1st workout. this was challenging, i have to change my dumbbell to a lighter one.

    Just started, 24 hour glass. It’s my 3rd day, been doing all the workouts and not really sure, if I’m doing it the right way. But I’m trying. I am not able to complete this one today, but I will try and continue.
