i started working out nov last year to make myself feel better and motivated, did the 25 days hourglass, the hourglass challenge, 2 weeks shred and im currently doing the 2023 summer shred challenge. yesterday i wore tight jeans and my lil sis asked me if i really wanted to wear it to go out, i got confused and asked her why, she laugh and said my booty looks juicy and people will keep staring at it💀💀🤣🤣🤣 i eat whatever i want and as much as i want, i didnt workout when i feel like my body not doing it. we can do this guys!!! for the sake of our mental health and also for the great bodyyy😋😋😉😉😉 thank you chloee!!!❤❤❤
When I did this on day 2 I remember laying on the floor wanting to give up in a pool of my sweat with every other second “I hate this so much” leaving my mouth. Less than a week later I’m feeling pumped and good and I got through the whole thing without pauses and extra breaks.. so quick! I also changed my diet and drink more water and it’s helping my body feel better than it has in a long time!

Day 2 of Summer shred!!!! Almost didn't do it today cause I'm sore and my period started, but so so glad I did!!!! I'm using Chloe's videos to help me get back into the habit of working out (I stopped for 2 months because of a musical production I was in, the rehearsals were too frequent to have time to work out) And I'm so happy to say that her videos are so much more easy for me then when i first started my fitness journey in 2020 (Still hard though haha!)

I could feel the burn since minute 5, omg im amazed how a week ago i was struggling to complete a 10 min workout and now i am able to do the 20 min. the strength that my body is gaining is absolutely notorious. Thank you!!!

I didn’t have to take any extended breaks, and I focused on my form and that mind-body connection Chloe reminds us about. Feeling good! 230614: day 9 is over with - I definitely feel stronger and like I have more stamina than when I started. 230624: day 17 completed and feeling super strong and just overall more energised 💪🏻 230703: day 23, my glutes ㅠㅠ but my form has gotten so much better.
On day 6 of summer shred challenge and i have no motivation to keep going. I have to lose weight and change my diet but i live with my family so its hard. I don't even stay hydrated. I feel like a failure to be honest. I will keep going because i have to. Heyy on 14 now. I am feeling much better. Don't stop everyone trust yourself💗
Heyyy guyss! Day 9 of the workout and definitely see an increase in bootay size!!! Stomach also got sightly smaller! I didn't skip any days but didn't change much to my diet either; I only ate less sugar and sodium, and ate a little less in general! I still eat 3 meals a day. So for those of you who are wondering if these workouts are effective or not, they definitely are! Keep going guys!

Я выполняла этот комплекс 2недели и за это время моя попа выросла примерно на 1.5см, скажу что тренировки по началу давались не легко, но не смотря на это все равно продолжала это делать, хотя на некоторых упр я не чувствовала ничего а где-то только ноги, в целом комплек мне понравился но я хочу найти что то полегче, надеюсь вам как-то поможет мой коммент 🙃

Anyone on day 2 of the summer shred and can't do the squats coz of how sore the muscles are from day 1? I don't know how you're supposed to get through this workout 😓
I usually dont have time to exercise when its school time but ive been doing challanges every summer holiday (3 summer holiday) when i first started them, i was 75kg. Last year i was 70kg and when last summer ended i was 64. Its my 8th day on this challange this year and its getting easier to lose weight! Thank you Chloe! ILY

To everyone, I don’t know if I’m the only one struggling with resistance bands (not the intensity but the handling lol) 😂 but I’ve found a good option a long while ago to use if you have similar problems 😅 So really I don’t know if it’s something for you but ankle weights are a great option to use if you (I) don’t want to use resistance bands 😅 But yeah I love you so much Chloe for every new workout and challenge you drop ❤️ I became so much stronger and more toned because of you so thankssss ❤️❤️
