as someone who works ten hour days but also broke my leg two years ago and never fully recovered, these shorter workouts are great for my knee and for making sure I dont over-exert myself (as I could at a gym or doing traditional circuit workouts). much appreciated Chloe!

I am BACK with day 17 of the daily 20 challenge. I took a fee days off because those cramps were awful this month, but I am back, slightly weaker, but I AM HERE 🎉
Also unrelated but does anybody have any tips for weak weak weak weak wrists? I fell probably about a year ago and am pretty sure I fractured the bone on the side of my hand as I no longer have a grip with the pinky/ring finger and have a terrible time doing planks. Just didnt have money or resources to go to the hospital and i am suffering now bc of it 😅
Back at it after a *lonngggg* gap of 23 days. Not following the schedule. Will be doing the abs routine everyday & 10 min full body HIIT, arms & legs on alternate days. Lets goooo!! *Day2. 31-07-2024:* ✅ It was much more intense than i thought it would be!!
Day 10 I am dead I only had dumbbells who weight 6 kg each and this workout really killed me I can't even stand up at the moment I have been laying on the floor for 5 minutes now after completing the workout. I except huge results at the end of this challenge haha thank you Chloe for providing me with your free workouts really 😘
Hi, Chloe! Thank you for all of your workouts and programs! Your content is great in general. The only thing I can say as a critique is that the last couple of programs the exercises for lower body are pretty repetitive. It will be great if there is more diversity.
guys try to focus more upon your form than the number of reps u do. the better the improvements in the form overtime helps u do the more number of reps overtime. i think this applies to everyone who focus on reaching a certain number of reps w no good form. we got this guys, we’re all on it tg! 🤩 also wanted to add: the better form u have, the more number of reps i will be able to do!!🤘🏽
I have two questions for the right execution: In the exercise stance squats - where do I put my weight there? On the front leg or both legs? And in frog pump, I feel I am not using my butt muscles but rather my back muscles. So, I feel I am doing something wrong. Do you have any advice on this?

Just my first time doing exercise for my butt & legs. However; when I did these exercise; I start to feel pain from my knees. I guess I have some knee problems since my weight can’t lift my body up.
Did all!! Booty and legs are the easiest still my glutes tickle so much that It's hard to keep going 😂😂😂😂 I wish I had weights to add. I Don't rn. I will buy in future when I get a little more used to the workouts. Once i do well without, i will add weights.

What if your knees are bad and you cannot get on them or put too much pressure? Are there alternatives?
Maybe try doing the motions as best as you can on the wall? It might remove some of the pressure on your knees, plus you can use the wall as support 🫶

Had to skip set 2, i did something with my right leg. I don’t know what’s wrong but it hurts like hell when I do the lunges
Take rest for a few days, do them slowly, focus on your knees, do other workouts, maybe walk a few miles, and you will be good. I hope this helps.😅
