Dawn dish soap, a generous squeeze. Then use a scotch pad to wash the plate and dry. Works 100%

I haven't printed with ASA, but for PLA and PETG, all I've ever done is wipe with 91% IPA before every print and that's done the trick for me. I think the key is wiping before every print. How often were you wiping the bed?

so frustrating when the plates fail... thanks for this I will try it. For ASA its a pain, but super high plate temp 95-110, door closed, fans OFF and the vision miner stuff works but still a full plate span can still lift up. I use lots of brim and cross my fingers.

Have you seen the new Cool Plate SuperTack? its designed for PLA/PETG, may work with ASA but I have not tried yet (wait I'm actually out lol) Thanks for watching!

What bed temperature is Bambu using for ASA? I find it sometimes needs a hotter bed than people usually give it. I go as high as 120C.
PETG benefits from having something in between the filament and the PEI because PETG can stick too well to PEI. Your Vision Miner nano that works pretty well. I tend to not use hair spray because it leaves a thicker residue.

I believe the default profile they have for "Bambu ASA" is 90C on the bed. I increased it to 95 and 100C already with no luck. Thanks for the info.

I've had great success with FlashForge ASA (white and blue from Amazon) on my P1S. Nozzle temp set at 260 and bed at 100. I used to clean my textured PEI sheet with alcohol pads but learned about the residue they cause. Now it's dawn dish soap only. I use purple glue stick (Office Works brand from Kroger) for most of my printing now. Hardly have any adhesion issues anymore. I also print in PLA the same way. Hope this info helps!
