Cook your spinach separately from your eggs and when your eggs get to that point where you can take them off the heat and they’ll finish cooking the rest of the way throw your spinach in there and it’ll mix up beautifully. P.S. tastes great with Franks original red hot
Thank you, I've literally been searching for the best process of which to cook first and it's all just videos like this where they don't even scramble the eggs or season them (or they season them while they are mixing wtf) a lot of them say to add the spinach to mixed eggs and cook both, just seemed wrong.
I like my spinach raw so I make my eggs first. Then I get my spinach and cut it up and once my eggs are done I mix them together in a bowl. Sometimes I put some bacon in there and boom. Breakfast bowl. Best part is I don't need more than one or two eggs for it
You shouldn’t. The metal fork will damage the pan and in most pans scratches in them meaning they release toxic from the material into the food you cook in them.
I know you made this comment 2 years ago, but what if you wash it with very hot water? Is it the change in temperature that warps it or the act of washing?

Even though this comment is 5 years old...I doubt he washes the skillet when it's so hot that it will warp when warm to hot tap water is run over it. Cold water will solidify egg remnants and make it more difficult to clean. I inferred that he was trying to make the point of easy clean up and less to wash.

just wipe it with a paper towel while it's still warm so that the shit doesn't solidify
