Thanks for sharing. Looks so delish. I should try this I'm looking for ways to increase my intake in fruits and veggies and I scramble eggs often so I can start adding spinach to my eggs this would be a great way to add veggies and even fiber as well along with toast or waffles or French toast lol
Adding a little water when whisking makes eggs even more fluffy 🐔- - Well well well, I decided to check out videos on scramble eggs. Gordon Ramsay does not put salt in while wisking, he says it'll break down the eggs (whatever that means!) & it seems no water added is done by most..To each his own!!💐💐
That's what I say...to each his own. I love Gordon alot but I don't love his version of scrambled eggs FOR ME. It's beautiful but that level of doneness and texture is not for me. As I said in the video, sometimes I do add the salt before, sometimes I don't.
