  • BreatheRight is a patented nasal strip that allows you to breathe efficiently and maximize airflow. The BreatheRight has multiple applications including snoring relief, allergy relief, and nasal congestion relief.
BreatheRight is not for all types of snoring. The strips will not help conditions such as sleep apnea or extreme snoring. The BreathRight can improve airflow and works as a nasal dilator without insertion into the nostrils.
You can keep your mouth closed while you breathe easy with the BreathRight eliminating dry mouth that is often the result of using anti-snoring products.
Certain nasal dilators for snoring have been tested in clinical trials and have a 75% success rate, with couples noticing a decrease in snoring.
In this video, I unbox the BreatheRight and demonstrate how they work.

He didn't show exactly how it goes on..even though I think I know. He was applying it vertically for some reason.

can you put that over your nose and then put the glasses on top so the nose pads don't touch the skin? I find wearing glasses very irritating to the skin on my nose.

The instructions are literally on the package for each nasal strip. Also - he shows the most important part, placement: top on the side of your nostril

@@victorjperez9384 i don’t think that’ll happen, sometimes I wake up and the tape isn’t there anymore; I must have removed it unconsciously. So I guess if you ever get into that situation, your unconsciousness will take over and remove the tape to save you from suffocating.
To prevent even getting to that situation, I’d advise you to tape your mouth like 30-60mins before going to sleep; 1. You’ll get used to having to breath through your nose before going to sleep and 2. By forcing yourself to breath through your nose, your nasal cavity will clear and you’ll be able to breath much better.

Wow just bought a box of these to see what it does and trust me it does NOTHING I guess the adhesive is supposed to open up your nose holes because it's strong stuff but to me this is the equivalent of putting some gorilla tape over your nose and letting it "Open up your Nostrils by pure glue strength" no I do not advice that either.
