I just started using them. I find it’s best to use rubbing alcohol to wipe my nose, then dry with a paper towel, before putting it on my nose. I have no problem getting it to stick. But I worry I’m not getting it on the right part of my nose. Thanks for explaining where it should go! That helps a lot.

well you sure explan it so well and thank you for that I,m going to buy it see if work for me because my nose is little narrow to breath when I wake up I feel more tired and get bad dreams I cant seem to focus doing the house work as well wish me luck cheers
I normally use a CPAP machine which I don't have right now. My snoring is very bad. So bad it wakes me up out of my own sleep. I'm gonna go buy the nasal strips. I pray that they work and stop my snoring.

My nasal turbinates are enlarged and the congestion gets worst at night.So will this help people with swollen nasal turbinates too?? Hoping for a reply from you soon.

Okay I put two of them on my nose cuz I'm sick and in the morning I woke up and they weren't there so I checked all over my room and couldn't find them. So then I put one on last night and woke up again and it again wasnt there so I was wondering. do they melt?
They don't melt, so I would guess they fell off and got stuck to a blanket or something. My suggestion for getting it to stay on is to wash your face, especially your nose, before you put it on...If you have make up or oily skin before bed, it won't stick as well.
