    Great review. I learned the importance of face washing with soap when putting on a CPAP. Funny how none of the cpap reviews I found on YT mention that. Anyway, good to know the oils are an issue with this too!

    Good to hear about Instaclear. Any issues with removing the adhesive from your nose afterward? Breathe-RIght adhesive is horrible. For what it's worth, here's my mini-review of Breathe Right Extra Strength vs CVS Extra Strength nasal strips:
    I've tried both the Breathe Right Extra Strength and CVS branded Extra Strength nasal strips (I wear them daily for better sleep) and I noticed that Breathe RIght leaves a VERY sticky and hard to remove adhesive residue behind on your nose. Soap and water will NOT remove it easily. The CVS branded version does not leave behind so much sticky residue and is easier to clean off. Also, the CVS product is a bit longer and the tabs are spread a bit wider, making the product work just a tad better, especially for larger noses. Price-wise, Breathe-RIght is much cheaper, especially if purchased at Costco in 72 ct size, but the CVS product functions better IMHO despite costing 56% more compared to the Costco pricing.

    Need a review on the new zzzquil strips.
    I have tried them all, even ones that are supposed to go in your nose.
    I have deviated septum but also a tiny nose.
    The ones that fo in the nise, instant no my nostrils are too narrow.
    My nose is both short and narrow, not a lot of real estate. Breathrite s/m is too big for me still. They end up lying on my lower eyelids. The juniors are slightly too small. I found that the lavender scented ones are just right, plus the bonus of lavender. They are harder to find, Target is my best source, in there sleep aid section.
    I have been wearing these for probably a decade. I do have a permanent indentation on my nose and sometimes one spot experiences skin irritation.
    Hope this help others with little button noses.
    One last thing, the clear BR adheres way stronger than the tan... Like rip my face if stronger.

      I'm using Airmax Nasal Dilators (sports medium version, sports because they hold better) which are similar and I'd be really curious if they are better than the nasal strips you recommend. All I can say is that I use them all the time and I'm close to going insane if I lose them, so I'd say they definitely help. Downside is that they can hurt wearing and get you red bruises inside your nose. Also they are see-through, so it might appear to other people as if your nose is running (idk if you say the expression like this in english, but what I mean is that it looks like a drop is coming out of your nose). Also they change colour just after wearing them for a few weeks, they turn yellow'ish which looks pretty disgusting. I'm not sure if you can clean them properly with the colour going back to see-through, maybe I just need the right product for cleaning them. Maybe there's another label which produces them in a solid colour. I tried the non-sports version which is orange and obviously they are way more recognizable for others (looks like an orange nosering) but I don't feel like they are as good, also they can fall out more easily, but at least they don't change colour. Also the version I'm using can fall out during exercise when the nose starts running, but you can readjust them pretty easily after cleaning your nose and the nasal dilator. Anyway, I will definitely give your best nasal strips a try, just to see if they are even better or par with the nasal dilator I'm using. I also saw a RUclips video about "intake breathing nasal strips" which seem to use magnets, also looks pretty interesting and I wonder if they are better than your nasal strips.

    breath right strips don't glue well. The start releasing after an hour on one side. They really suck. Could be because I have a very straight nose and the curve is too sharp for the strip to hold well.

  • @Pyro-01
    @Pyro-01 6 месяцев назад

    Not really an equal comparison. The Instaclear brand is considered an extra strength brand that's why its so much bigger and doesn't compare equally with the other 4 brands in your review. Extra Strength brands have 3 layers of Strength vs only 2 in the other 4 you should of compared it to Breathe Right Extra Strength , Clear Passage Extra Strength and even the Clear Passage Performance Strips.

    • @corymorgan3108
      @corymorgan3108 4 месяца назад

      I mean, I appreciate having different strengths in the comparison, maybe the extra strength didn’t actually do anything extra. He’s reviewing what he tried he’s said that many times. If you want an equal comparison, maybe try a different video or idk compare them yourself? Not all comparisons have to be equal, they’re still a comparison and still have their place.

    • @CinnabarCalisthenics
      @CinnabarCalisthenics  2 дня назад

      🤷‍♂️ One tip with the adhesive is to make sure you fully wash and dry your nose before applying it. Any oils on your face will cause issues.
