can you put that over your nose and then put the glasses on top so the nose pads don't touch the skin? I find wearing glasses very irritating to the skin on my nose.

I tried this product recently and it's very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend using this at all.

Just received the same pack and as I write this have got one up my nose now. As someone, due to a cliff fall as a child and resulting badly damaged nose and several resulting plastic nose restructuring operations, had a life (now 70) of not breathing through my nose. Three months ago was prescribed Sleep Apnoea and now having lots of problems due to bad skin sensitivity of coping with a full face mask. I am hoping that with diet, losing weight and exercise, I don't need a CPAP at all or move to using pillows while wearing a Mute. BUT amazingly, as with yours and all the other videos on here, the instructions of the actual technique of opening up the circles via the very tiny grips I just can't see how it is done - thus making the main point of the Mute academic, i.e. adapting the mute for each nostril which is very much my case, is very hard to do. Just can't seem to open and change diameter. ALL such devices being made and trying to sell is the complete ignoring of the fact that the inner cavities of the nose are very sensitive and soon become very irritating as now after only about 10 minutes of having it in my nose, I want to take it out, it itches and having similar items up my nose, certainly stopped me from sleeping, thus ended taking it out and made me sneeze. WHY? do companies just ignore such basic obstacles to their products. No way would we all use cars, if manufacturers had never invented windscreen wipers and de-misters because no way could we have seen to drive. As far as I can tell, just as with my RESMED face mask, users are told just to keep on wearing them and putting up with the discomfort that maybe after many months or even years you get use to, which I 'personally' feel and I can't just be the only one, that is the attitude with the manufacturers with Mute. Also, all well and good, I expect paying Doctors or experts to promote them on here, of which there are quite a few but no ACTUAL instructions, (received printed ones in typical tiny size these days , are useless) especially that a thumb and finger is much bigger than the tiny adjusting grip to change the size. If anyone reads this, knows of a video which shows how to change the diameters of the rings, WITHOUT snapping them loose, please let this grumpy old man know.

What he is saying is totally the opposite of what I learned from using the Air Snore and what I’ve learned about snoring. This device forces you to breathe through your nose Not your mouth. In fact it doesn’t even allow breathing through the mouth.

I tried this and while it does work, it bothers my teeth.

I used my pillow years ago and my neck pain went away. It seemed interlocking then but it did sink down and had to be adjusted so much that I bought new pillows. Then the pillows were giving me neck pain and I finally got my pillow again and the neck pain went away. It your damned if you do and damned if you don't pillow.

My nostrils are long and thin, so this device keeps falling out. I've already been using spent adhesive nostril spreaders in this fashion.

You don’t have to replace a good down pillow that often. Just put each one in the dryer, individually, on low, for 20-30 minutes. Try this about every 6 months or if you want to pamper yourself. It comes out full, huge & kinda lush. Sometimes it’s bigger than the dryer door. You can do this with the case on. This will keep feathers out of the dryer and you won’t have to smash it back into the case.

Wow just bought a box of these to see what it does and trust me it does NOTHING I guess the adhesive is supposed to open up your nose holes because it's strong stuff but to me this is the equivalent of putting some gorilla tape over your nose and letting it "Open up your Nostrils by pure glue strength" no I do not advice that either.

These are the best I've tried. After purchasing (wasting money) and trying several different ones such as Mute, Venyn nasal tubes, Airmax, Snore Stoppers Set (tubes). Was really dissatisfied all of them. They were all hard to keep in place. Found myself waking several times to adjust or find them after they fell out. I found the Sleep Right aids a youtube video. They stay in place all night and do not cause nasal pain. Super easy to clean and easy to put in place. It has improved my breathing and sleep so much by keeping my collapsed nasal open. Highly recommend.
