My older TempurPedic Rhapsody pillow (queen) is pretty heavy too but I stopped sleeping on it years ago. Now, it's just a back rest for sitting up in bed.

The design is top secret. I betcha somebody out there has one to reverse engineer it in order to make a knock off version.
