i NEVER GOT THE SEPARATOR EITHER
. JUST SAID TO USE TONGS - MY INSTRUCTIONS WERE TOTALLY DIFF. BOILING WATER FOR 60 SECONDS.. COLD WATER FOR 3 SECONDS THEN BITE FOR 30 SECONDS

OK, MINE DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THAT ! HARD PLASTIC HOUSING WITH THE MOLDING MATERIAL INLAID.. SMALL IS LIKE FOR A CHILDS MOUTH.. WAITING FOR MY REFUND

Vital Sleep is a shady company. Do not do business with them. I followed their instructions to return the device yet they did not issue a refund to me. I had to dispute the charge through my bank.
