I just got one. Seems to be working quite well. I adjusted the screw two marks on the sides. Small adjustments first. I feel some pressure on my front teeth when I take it off. I don't choke anymore but did when I first tried it. I'm a gagger so its my problem. I seem to spit it out a night sometimes, but my partner says I no longer snore!!! So that is what I wanted. It works.
From my point of view 1st set advance and then perform teeth print. Using this devices sporadically or to test if mandibular advance works for you maybe is ok, but for regular use and if you want to care your mouth go to a dentist and get a premium customized device.
I love this but man that screw part and the rear end is kind a sharp, the good thing about this is it doesn't separate like Snore RX, Snore RX is good but the lower tray separates after few weeks after adjustment, the silicone part separates from the hard tray. VitalSleep doesn't since its got a main tray that contains the silicon part but i wish the screw and rear end needs some upgrades.
Definitely reminds me also of forming mouthguards when lacrosse season started! I wonder though- if snorers wear this at night, do they have an increase of dreaming about playing sports? Lol.

This is not a review. This is an instructional video on how do use the device
My boyfriend bought this and it is the BEST!! No more snoring!
Is it still functioning? I’m planing to get it. Thank you
@@OH_IO_777 yes still works
I have been told that I snore very loud, I have never heard it, but this seems like I should give it a try.
Also I suggest you to do a sleep analysis to discard apnea

That's a great point! Thanks for your insight.

Agreed re: the SnoreRX separation issue. I experienced it TWICE, with two separate devices. I bought a VitalSleep and am about to use it tonight.
@@tommyapocalypse6096how did it go? Would you recommend?
Would u explain more the adjustment function. Thanx.
I love the idea thats it has a small profile. Would this work for someone with tmj, headaches, etc from jaw clenching?
