I somehow tripped across your channel last year. I quit fishing a couple of decades ago, just kinda drifted away. You, Ron, Matt, and Brant have reignited my interest through y'alls videos and now I am back at it and having a blast! Thanks man!
Glad you caught some new species! Good to see you fishing again
You did pretty good for your first time on the bridge. I would of recommended you move to some water that’s more blue. Good job!
That looks like a great fishing bridge. I'd take that over the crowed pier any day. Great video, thanks!
Great trip Brad nice snapper's congratulations on the tackle store, nice video to start the year off, tks man take care may god bless you and family.
That was a graysby grouper, there’s no size limit but there’s a season for it
That first little Grouper was a Graysby Grouper super cool little guy, sweet catching man I’m never bored of watching your channel bud
8:00 Speckled hind aka strawberry grouper. They're very tasty. They don't get too big. That's about average size. Good video!
Awesome Brad, fun watching you and your channel grow
Welcome to my neck o' the woods Brad! Glad you had such a good day for your first time, the bridges can give up some good bounty at times. Keep on keepin on! 😎🤘
I live in florida, and have never fished the keys yet! This video inspires me to take the trip to that coast! i’m on southwest side, cape coral 🤙🏼🎣
My guess on the cut bait would be a stingray, the way it was pulling. Great video Brad. Let us know when the tackle shop is open, I'd like to purchase some tackle.
The Schoolmaster snapper is among the very best tasting snapper. Definitely a fish to target. Good job!
Tip for you as a new fishing store owner. List the equipment you used in the video along with links to where to buy it from your store!
Nice to fish the Florida Keys. My back yard for many years. Last time I was on the bridge you're fishing I spent the night there with my son's mother. Happy fishing.
Great video Brad. Thanks for taking me along.
Looks fun. Hope you had a great trip!
I thought that was you. Surprised me waaaay down here. I gave you the typical miami "YO , WHAT UP" as I passed ya Friday afternoon. Lol.
Nice fish B.B. I am looking forward to all the exciting things going to happen with you guys in 2023. Happy New Year...🐟🐟🐟
You need to get a ride runner that holds five or six rods this way you can have all the rides you need set up and you got a tackle store just give you a bucket and throw a variety of material in there
Damnit Brad, how many times I gotta tell you, a dollar bill is 6”. Compromise and use it as a tape measure. Unless you’re broke after buying the bait shop.😂👍
Your post, caused me to go measure 3× $1-bills... I got 6+1/16"; all three times! (¿Close enough for "Government Work"?)
@@Able-Man close enough!
Lol
Thanks for that.....I never knew that .
@@charlesljones2454 it’ll work as long as we still have a buck to our names.😁
OUR TRIP ENDED NICELY. LOL, THANKS FOR SHARING, BRAD!
Awesome video Brad!! Happy new year
Hog fish are awesome man! So is that school master! Nice vid 🤙🏽 Always cool to catch something you never caught before
Thanks brother I used to fish there alot when I lived in marathon now in Cincinnati n great to see again
Holy crap Brad, those are some stud mangrove snapper! Awesome content to start the year, keep up the great work.
And mangrove snappers are quite tasty ......caught a lot of them in Panama City .
It's called hog snapper throw every thing back and keep them cant beet for taste.
Love the content today, nice Mangs, makes me want to go down there sometime, ive had a great time flipping nice fish onto the dam a few times
Very nice mangrove snapper! Once the tide started coming in, they got fired up. I have heard you can get really big ones there. Happy New Year Brad!
Great job. Beautiful place.
💘 it great catch
Hog fish and a stud mangrove let’s gooooooo
The little grouper was a strawberry hind I believe. They don't get very big. Some people just call them strawberry grouper.
The Keys are really cool, there's a lot of ways to get your line stretched there. Next time bring a tape measure 😉. I'm sure you'll bring a bunch of stuff when you go back.
Happy new year!
Nicely done Brad
Banger catches!
Awesome video man..
bro caught the best tasting fish in the keys first try lol. Way to go man
Nice catch and video content keep it up the great work 👍💪💪
Thanks for trip
Classic bearded Brad dominating fishing
Great Snapper @ the end
Beautiful 1
Happy new year, go get them wishing you some great fishing 🎣
That was a big ray just holding on to the bait that's why there wasn't any damage to the leader and why the bait was intact. Also by the steady run it was doing too.
Great catches!
Cool video brad. Iv fished those bridges many times. Them mangrove snapper are a blast when to there hot. I have found they are more active at dusk especially if it's light rain👍
Several beast mangroves. Pretty work
One of your best
Great video, am a South Florida Native, and use to fish that bridge alot, now living here on the panhandle ,u almost limit out on the mangroves, the later u would have stayed the bigger mangroves would have started bitting , next time that u get down there , try this , use a number 1 long shank on the shrimp all the way through, and for the grunt a use a 3 or 4 bait holder hook , cut the grunt into chunks,, just a tip, will see u at your store when it opens,,,Stay Safe God Bless 😀
great day brad nice fish
Nice catch that last one looked more like a young cubera snapper happy new year 👍
Nice fish, Brad!
Love watching your channel, good luck with the store.
Thanks so much!
Love your videos nice fish
that was a little red hind grouper or graysby ,great eating , no closed season , great video..
Last one is definitely a Cubera. Nice bonus species.
Happy New Year. Cool video. I am going to the keys in June hopefully hogfish will be in season by then.
Nice ones 💯👍🔥
Great video! Never made it that far South, would sure like to!
Boy I sure do mis me some fishing, Can't wait to move out of this desert and back somewhere near a big body of water again, Great fishing!!
Nice Mang, man
Just Brad being Brad. Nice job buddy made my day. New subscriber. Thanks!
Gotta love the keys man
Awesome catches I would love to fish with you brant Ron and beach bum one day
Nice catches!
Just a heads-up , Brad, you can get a fish measurement app for your smartphone so you'll never be without a tape measure. Keep up the great videos and Happy New Year!!
New sub man lol love it
Thats a stud 😊
A beast!
Brad, the fish in question was a Graysby grouper. Cool catch
Jeez a graysby
Nice 👍
Way to go brad and get your fridge set for fish-taco Tuesday
Great video Brad I watched the Landshark video last week in the same exact place you're fishing at and they could not keep the bull sharks off their hooks there were so many of them they did a cash and cook bull shark
Good job sticking it out
EXCELENTE
That's some good eating right there 👍👍🇺🇸
You should get a measuring tool for your Engel , like one of those stick on rulers. Even though it took a while, you found your fishing groove down there! Wish them mangroves only had to be 10” back here in ‘Bama!
Been there 3 times. Amazing fishing experience!!
What's the name of that bridge . I thought the Skyway bridge in Tampa was the longest bridge
@@darrelldennis2835 the south skyway fishing pier is the longest fishing pier. But you can’t fish off the skyway bridge itself. The skyway is the 2nd longest bridge in Florida with 7 mile being the longest. You also can’t fish off the 7 mile, only off the walking bridge on the south side. The bridge in the video is the pedestrian bridge that parallels long key bridge which is about 2-2.5 miles long.
We were down on Conch Key for Thanksgiving and had a blast catching mangrove and grunts off the dock where we were staying. Even got a nice tarpon on a slam shady too.
Love the video man! I can't wait to get myself out there in 2023! I think you have a tape measure app on iphone, it's in your utilities cluster!
Nice
nice spot sir

Hogfish is soooooo good!!!!
What a mangrove bite.
I think that last Snapper may have been a Cubera Snapper. It's hard to tell juvenile Cuberas from Grays sometimes. The overall size, vertical bars, and tail shape are indicators. I'm about 90% sure. They are also more abundant in The Keys.
Little grouper is a strawberry grouper. Also called rock hind.
Mangroves are some of the best inshore eating around!
Brad any time you go fishing do what we do measurements on rod's saves no doubt thanks 👍🙏 what a catch 🪝🪝🪝🪝🪝
Now that some fine eats good vid.
God bless.
Cast next to the pilings next trip .
Holding fish
Them hog fish sandwich’s are amazing too
Strawberry grouper
Good to eat and that was about as big as they get
Gotta keep moving on the bridge Mangs are the best eating fasho.
That was an awesome video Brad! Mangrove snappers must be a delicious type of fish?
They are amazing!!
Happy new year brad.
Damn man from malaysia
Looks like a strawberry grouper
RES ROCKHIND GROUPER.... I LIKE YOUR JUDGEMENT CUZ🤝🏾🙏🏽✊🏾👊🏾💪🏾🫵🏾👏🏾🤎😎
Good old fisherman out of Florida 👍🪝😂
11:20. I think maybe a ray seeing that your bait didn’t get destroyed
Hey Brad here in Tx there is no size or bag limit on the Mangrove snapper.
