I watch your videos all the time and being from SW Florida myself, I am especially loving these Keys trips, awesome to see something local. Keep it up, excited you got 3 weeks here!
bro 22:15 your reeling, talking, A FREAKIN SHARK IS DARTIN RIGHT TOWARDS U, and im yelling "RUN" while having a bowel movement in my chair. thanks alot lmfao
Those big ones were probably BIG nurse sharks. Classic slow steady and unmovable pressure. They just kind of sit on the bottom and drag you around. I've hooked into many of them around here. And yes, sharks of all kinds are unavoidable fishing The Keys, they are EVERYWHERE and at all depths.
Great adventure fishing Elias. I love fishing 7 Mile Bridge, but it can be punishing on your gear and body. Lots of sharks means a healthy environment for all fish, we need our top predators in the ocean as much as on land. I paid the tax man at the 7 Mile Bridge from a 20 ft boat and we were happy the spinner shark's jumps didn't put the fish in our laps. The best stories of that trip were close encounters of the toothy kind and no deaths on either side.
You and John Skinner both in Florida at the same time, it's going to be great content for the next few weeks. Looking forward to your fishing adventures.
Pin fish are the best bait for bouncing some tarpon around the Keys bridges. Try nearby Vaca Cut bridge at night. I have seen sharks around the bridges that are bigger than your kayak. Wire leader is a must.
Noice video! Ever try hooking live bait behind dorsal fin? It's more natural....the bait can swim, fish take the bait head first, better hook set without the fish swallowing.... ??? Try it , and let us know if it's better for you as well!
One of your best. Playing with fire with those bull sharks but I think you know what you are doing. Along way from the dogfish of Jamaica Bay. Somebody put in a link to a video that was hilarious. I couldn’t stop laughing. I hope the guy didn’t get bit too bad. I think he was ok
Using pin fish that size you need a size 6 to a 8 for grouper fishing. Some guys swear by 100lb but it all breaks the same if your not quick enough to keep them out of the rocks. As soon as you feel it you have to start pulling a reeling
The yellow jack are excellent sashimi, great video. Make sure you have some crabs with you there, never know when you'll come across some permit. What type of battery do you use with your trolling motor?
Elias , Did u see Blue Gabe & co. get those Universe Class Mangrove Snapps in Louisiana Offshore Manmade Structures ,,?,,, These were in the 15/20 # Class ( mind bending size ) on Pins n Finger Mulleys & da like ) ,,,, Wow 🤩 🌴💥🤙🏼🐟✨
I always snail my hooks and off style them from 12 to 2 a clock so hook ups on tough and roof of mouth I'm listening to u know watching but few seconds at time where I'm working but lost a lot of fish
What type of equipment do you have on your kayak and how much would a full kayak like that cost with the equipment that you use on your kayak. Look like the weather was beautiful that beats a day in the office anytime. God bless enjoy
Wow, land of the monsters! Blasted sharks ruin a good day, whether there or up here off the coast of NH. Great video, I enjoy your hands-on learning labs for Florida fishing, as I do the same exploratory fishing when I'm there. Those Goliaths fight like an anvil.....Thanks for great content, as always.
I had a mutton snapper latch onto my thumb once, had about a 60 second staring contest with him until he went to reposition his bite and I extracted myself. Better than a blue doing it.
Covered up with "rainbow runners". Hope you didn't buy those pins. Small grunt work as good and you can catch 'em as fast as you can get the line in the water. That's the Keys...sharks (plentiful and everywhere), cuberras, muttons, hogfish, cobia, really big snook. Now a days lots of jewfish. When I was your age not many at all. They tend to keep the other grouper species thinned out...like that little black you caught. I would think you could see the fish on. I know years ago visibility was 60-80 feet but that was on sunny days. Anyway, GOOD SHOW!
Loved living down in the Keys before the days of hurricane Andrew. I used to dive down near 7 mile bridge. Great fishing most days as well.
Florida, absurd amount of big, powerful, lovely fish; a real fisherman’s paradise.
Great video lots of action throughout that area and I like the variety of quality fish there as well
I watch your videos all the time and being from SW Florida myself, I am especially loving these Keys trips, awesome to see something local. Keep it up, excited you got 3 weeks here!
Awesome fishing with naturals sounds and your timely comments , Superb !
Been so long since I got a chance to watch your vids. Glad to see you ripping it up. Tight lines my friend.
You've created a relaxing channel. Thanks for this lesson as well.
bro 22:15 your reeling, talking, A FREAKIN SHARK IS DARTIN RIGHT TOWARDS U, and im yelling "RUN" while having a bowel movement in my chair. thanks alot lmfao
We always caught Mangrove snapper by free lining pinfish on the slack side of the old bridge pilings when the tide was running out.

The sound of ripping reels never gets old, thanks for sharing great job as always 💪
Right!?!?! I'm not a big fisherman,..but when I was a kid and went with my pa, that sound was always great!
Elias, Wow the fish won this round. Keep at them. God Bless
Every body is fishing that bridge this week. Surprised your not fishing in an armada
Showed my wife your sand flea catch and cook video from years back, i think it convinced her lol
Talk about having a whole spot to yourselves! I would not want to go for a swim there...I might not even want to be in a kayak! Nice job as always.
That Florida Keys video was a hoot to watch. Already looking forward to the others you post while there for 3 more weeks…you lucky dog! 👍👍👍
Sometimes you're the bug, sometimes you're the windshield. Today my friend, you were the bug 🤣Still great vid, love the Florida stuff.
Tough outing, but you caught some fish, that was a giant shark that must have eatin what ever was following your top water... Huge shark. Nice Video
It's the life-cycle of Keys Bridge fishing. Catch lunch, serve lunch, be lunch.
I am from the Great Plains. That puts a chill down my spine.
Awesome footage... keep the video coming... 👍👍👍

I don’t usually comment on a lot of videos, but I gotta say, this is my favorite channel. Keep up the great work!
Storm search bait is a killer. That rattle in the jighead makes them go nuts
I'm going home when the shark swipes at my top water and I see he's bigger than me boat lol you have balls of steel my friend.
Great action! All mental patients and witch doctors south of Del Ray Beach, but still good people in the Keys...!
Love how u say you don't know what you're doing out there...lol....👍
I love the Florida Keys. Makes me want hook up the Autopilot and drive down. Get out of my frozen wasteland for a bit and warm up. Enjoyed the video.
fantastico e emozionante è con grande piacere che seguo i tuoi video vedere prendere pesci che da noi non esistono!!!!
Bro! Time to beef up and hit that ledge again. Love to see what’s down there. Great content thanks!
You and John Skinner both in Florida at the same time, it's going to be great content for the next few weeks. Looking forward to your fishing adventures.
would be cool to get them both fishing together, the jigging dream team
can you do a video on how to find places to stay in the keys for 3 weeks plus for a small craft fisherman ?
I will say this man you have ultimate faith in your line I'm used to 8-15 pound test this has me beat by a few pounds
gotta love the glasslike seas
Man, I wish I knew a fraction of what you know . Awesome!
There be monsters down there. Way to keep grinding
Awesome adventure! Thank you for sharing it with us. The seven mile bridge offers some amazing fishing opportunities. Tight lines.

Dude..it looked like you were trying to pull up a car off the bottom…haha.
Good job man!!!

Να είσαι καλά σε ευχαριστούμε για το βίντεο σου. Καλή χρονιά σε σένα και στους φίλους μας εκεί.
I'm just back enjoying some reruns That's the only scary part of the keys. Sharks are everywhere.

Nice kayak fishing🎣🎣🎣🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
Have you a video , on bone fishing on the keys. I watched Kurt Goudy when I was kid , that is something I always wanted to do.
Nice day on the water. I dont like any sharks but Bull sharks are the worse, cannot imagine them while in a Kayak .. Thank You & Happy New Year
Try green backs or Marjas they work better than pin fish or use smaller ou fish like 3-5”
Nice!!!! Need bring back the Ghost and Venom shirts 🤘
Dang that was a nice mangrove snapper on the jig
Good one dude, keep them coming
Good video share, glad the sharks stayed off the yak 😅
Love those heavy bites! Great video E

Great fishing!
Sweet video!
You and your equipment got a workout! Great vid. What is the tat on your right forearm? I cannot place it.
I’ve seen huge hammer heads right there. Seen one that had a 100lbs plus tarpon in its mouth and it looked like a pilchard the shark was so big...
What type of equipment do you have on your kayak and how much would a full kayak like that cost with the equipment that you use on your kayak. Look like the weather was beautiful that beats a day in the office anytime. God bless enjoy
Cheers buddy Ricky 🎵😎👌🐠
Wat kind of jacks were you catching at the beginning of the video?
Love the Florida content, cool to see all the species I don’t have access to catch around me

Jewfish
Great video , I'll be in the key west in April, hope i don't run into sharks . Lol
What is your kayak setup? I noticed a small motor in front, so you have no self-paddling?
Thanks Elias
Get Fishaholic out there. He "loves" kayak shark fishing. 😆
I always learn so much from you, love the videos!
A dream come true…having to leave an area where the fish are too big!! 😂
"I don;t know what i am doing"...yet some of us cannot even find the damn fish...lol
I believe that first fish is called a bar jack good table fair
I had a mutton snapper latch onto my thumb once, had about a 60 second staring contest with him until he went to reposition his bite and I extracted myself. Better than a blue doing it.
Hay dude did you see that big fish. Dude.
Hay dude I need my spikes. Dude it's friggin massive dude.
Florida Keys easily in my top 3 places I want to fish...
Never fun to get a visit from the Tax Man when you're having a good time fishing
what is the hand held thing on a landyard in your vest?
amazing I really like to see videos that are very interesting
Dude those goliaths are no joke. Such incredible, raw power behind them. If you have a heavier rod go back for round 2!
Jewfish
@@11bravo18 Oy vey! Shut eeeeit down!
Need to use 1/8oz naked jig head and live shrimp on it and let it slowly sink down. It’s the trick for snappers
great work
Did Justin bring his lucky red weight 😂

You're going to change your life with a musky rod and an Avet reel 👌
