Just dont talk to the cops. They are not your friends, never. Stay quiet, get a lawyer.
Depends on what country you live in.
Also. Even if you have the right to remain silent, a jury can still be very much affected by how willing you are/were to cooperate.
This is why getting a lawyer is really good because that lets you cooperate (or at least pretend to), but in a manner that doesn't self incriminate.
“As soon as you’re done tasering that cop, I want you to make rational decisions about your legal defense”
@@Sich97 Only if you have a judge that is trying to give you a fair trial.

@@Sich97 nope. It doesn't depend on the country. Police is police, you have a right to reman silent untill consulting with your lawyer for a reason.
People need to realize that crime analysis videos that show criminals lying while being interrogated isn't the standard. They're the outliers on a sociopathic spectrum which is fairly rare to be found in humans. Just because someone is crying doesn't mean they're faking it. These stupid true crime shows makes people think themselves an expert on the matter, and in turn makes anyone they don't like into a sociopath in their naive minds.
of course he is crying, he's terrified? idk i have talked to people who say they never cry, even if they are upset & would love to cry for the relief. & i know i cry more than average, any fairly intense emotion can make me cry.

In the teaser, Destiny made the claim that just a few stories would be enough for someone to feel they had a holistic understanding of the topic. There is actually a psych term that describes that pretty accurately: the availability heuristic. If you hear a story about a plane crash, that will make you worry about plane crashes more. It is a memorable story you used to draw a conclusion.
We know this, pretty intuitively. If you want to convince someone that planes are dangerous, providing examples where there was a minor error with checklists, or where pilot training wasn't up to spec on descent, isn't necessarily enough. The image of a plane crashing into the ground... that's memorable.
You're describing something different than what Destiny was talking about.
planes are much safer than most forms of ground transport though
Yeah that makes a lot of sense. It's basically the same thing with the BLM riots too. Since the media always highlights every case of police brutality against black people, it caused a lot of people to think that cops are just out there in the streets hunting black people. They had enough examples for them to believe the entire narrative that the system is corrupt from top to bottom. All it takes is 1-3 news stories for someone to believe an entire narrative.
It's actually been proven that there is a small amount of fraud in every election. The question is really "how much?" The 2020 election audit results have been showing several states with relatively large numbers of irregularities. But to be fair, I don't actually know if those numbers would be considered "large", or just average. But either way, the more people see examples of voting irregularities, the more it convinces them the entire thing was rigged. I think a lot of it had more to do with social media algorithms and coordinated efforts on the big tech/media front. Theres an interesting article by Time magazine called "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election". There was definitely stuff happening behind closed doors that wasn't talked about. I would say some of the ethics were a bit questionable. But idk if I believe the whole thing was rigged.
@@PhilMihaly I agree, the left and right (authoritarian and libertarian is probably more accurate) live in two difference realities. However, I think the right is closer to the "truth" simply because they seem to be more correct in regard to fact, news, etc. The left seems to fall for ever hoax, manipulated by mainstream media hysteria, and have adopted an identity dogma. The right has its issues as well, but in regard to deviating from the "truth", the delta is far greater on the left.
@Michael Knight Dude, like 60% of the right think election fraud flipped the election. Whoever told you the right is “closer to the truth” was lying to you. Methinks someone’s being manipulated by mass media hysteria...

If he was coached by anyone competent this video would include a lawyer sitting next to him or more likely this interrogation would have not have even happened.
@@matt291 I don't know if he was coached by a lawyer because I agree with you, it just seems like someone gave him tips ahead of time for going into an interrogation because most people would definitely fall for that in the moment
I am in law enforcement so don’t trust me!
So there is value in talking when your defense is mitigating factors. There is no value in rambling about anything unrelated to the elements of the crime. That being said, sometimes we’re not bastards.
If your defense is “Yes, I did this.” Your statement could be the difference between a narrative that says, “kicked in the face with boots.” Vs. “Struck in the upper torso and head with foot strikes.” Which can be the difference between attempted GBI and battery. Which can be the difference between the DA feeling like they can win at trial or if they should just release the suspect “awaiting further investigation.”
If you tell me that you lost control, I must assume you can lose control again. Personally I would rather someone say, “I did exactly what I intended to do, it went poorly and I won’t do it again.”
Fed’s are a different story though. If I went missing, I would want an attorney present while talking to them about trying to save me.
I think the agents are sincere. Because we are in the encampments as the Bentley drives by. We are “jaded” because we visit the bare fiberboard that is under the veneer of society on a daily basis. It is worse than my experience growing up in the underbelly, because I see everyone’s shame in an unexpected moment. We get why people would be upset. We wonder why everyone isn’t upset. We just know that it would be like Chicago when they removed the war lords from the gang violence. Prison is a microcosm, or the cosmos is a prison? Right now we’re on a yard where, in general everyone functions together. The crips, the bloods, the CIA, and the KKK all want the yard to keep working and by a miracle it is. We don’t hold onto the landing gear of a C5 as it takes off. We don’t believe city hall would win an unplanned uprising. We believe groups that have a history of loyalty and sacrifice would have an advantage.
We are sympathetic to the justification. That’s why we sound sympathetic. We just think the action is silly and harmful. We also aren’t happy that you are the kid who shot your eye out. Now we can’t have nice things because you went full “storm the gates.” I can’t mention statistics and actuarial tables intersecting in regards to a medical treatment without being lumped in with a guy who dressed like a Buffalo on the most important day of his life.

A California man who drove a stun gun into a police officer’s neck during one of the most violent clashes of the U.S. Capitol riot was sentenced on Wednesday to more than 12 years in prison.
Daniel “D.J.” Rodriguez yelled, “Trump won!” as he was led out of the courtroom where U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced him to 12 years and seven months behind bars for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack. Only two other Jan. 6 defendants have received longer prison terms so far after hundreds of sentencings for Capitol riot cases.
The judge said Rodriguez, 40, was “a one-man army of hate, attacking police and destroying property” at the Capitol.
38 years old? That is very sad. Get your life together bro.
Got 'em
Destiny has transcended doing commentary on JCS, to becoming JCS lmao
22:00 This guy is proof positive why this country needs organizations like the old CCC (Civilian Conservation Corp). People get to points in their lives where they want, they NEED, to be a part of something. And it can be positive helping their fellow humans doing good work, or it can be destructive tearing down their fellow humans. And its largely based on what is immediately available to them and who will treat them like they aren't garbage.
Its an empathy problem that makes people think everyone who cries is lieing.
I understand cops wanting to get information out of people for their case but the procedure of how they go about it and use it against you, not even to your face, in court or for the arrest just seems like a used car salesman. Most people that haven't had their first interaction with police will 99.99% will cooperate hoping their story explains what happened and that they will be released.
is that bad? we caught the bad guy lol
@@cheatyhotbeef2636 Are they really considered the bad guy if our system is supposed to be innocent UNTIL proven guilty?

I'm 2 mins in and Destiny is just screaming at chat for the 3rd time. Did yall need to add this in there? LOL
I tried to watch this, I really did, but I was much too distracted by the thin grey border around Destiny's webcam feed.
The black bars around the feed soy the opacity soy.
This is so unbelievable its ridiculous!! Open your eyes and see what you are seeing.
Thank you destiny, this will help me when I get caught for committing war crimes and breaking the Genova Convention
The moment he opened his mouth he already fucked up. There is ZERO to gain from talking to the cops during an interrogation. Get an attorney and discuss with them first.
If you’re expecting these people to take legal advice, I’d lead with “don’t taser a cop” then you can avoid the interrogation entirey
1:06:00 Also when they lie about evidence it can be a way of making you double down on what they need from you. For instance saying that he tased him twice makes the suspect confirm positively, without any equivocation, that the suspect did in fact use the taser on the subject at least once. Makes you concrete your story for later use.
Thanks for the mention. It’s appreciated
I don't blame Destiny constantly calling this guy "kid". Man sounds younger than me and I'm 21 yrs old
I'm glad this exists
Also, stop talking to the cops. That is, unless they offer you 100% immunity. Even then, I still think I’d be suspicious.
Could cops even promise immunity verbally? I wouldn't trust it unless it's in writing
@@unsatiable3860 Is that even up for the cops? Isn’t that for the prosecutor to determine?
@@LesterBrunt so basically always get a lawyer
@@unsatiable3860 If you are considered a suspect by the police 100% the only reasonable thing to do.
this is why you don't talk when you are arrested. Cops sometimes try to gaslight you into a confession
I had a lot of sympathy for this kid until I saw video of him blocking a cross-road with his car and shouting at the people he's blocked.
No idea why this arrogance gets a very visceral reaction out of me.
This dude is 20 years into adulthood lol
Reminds me of when the BLM protestors would block traffic on busy highways.
Bruh, it sounds like there's a jack n the box deep fryer timer in the next room
You were preparing for a civil war WITH NO GUNS!? How the FUCK were you going to "save the country" with only a tazer? Shits glowing hard AF.
Civil war? Hmm, Tim Pool rhetoric...
You don't have to be a Tim Pool fan to see that society is on the verge of civil war. We're already in a cold civil war. Well, mostly cold. BLM and Antifa have already killed people.

Destiny, can you add more of a musical score to these uploads? The content is good but lacks a certain potential for a nod from the Academy.
How are people still talking to police in 2021?
how is this dude 38 and literally sounds looks and has the demeanour of a teenager 💀
Destiny can you tell me why my parents softly weep when i wear my fursuit in public?
They jealous
Because they don't want to weep too loudly and make a scene. Just trying to be considerate.

Ok so as far as rounding up President trump supporters, maybe they got that idea from the democrats who have ACTUALLY talked about putting them in “reeducation” camps.
42:52 = I quite agree with you, Destiny, in regards to that viewpoint on good, evil, & whatnot. (Albeit with a few very particular exceptions...)
that buzzing noise gave me a migraine
That ending gave me blue balls! Need part 2!
This seemed really boring to me actually. Basically an hour of "I watched Alex Jones, I thought it was the right thing to be there" and the detectives go "yeah I getchu"
I couldn't focus on anything in the video bc the frequency wasn't tuned to 441hz I have to tell destiny.
9:48 JCS absolutely did talk about that in the Jennifer's Solution video. She was willing to spill so much info about her relationship with her parents because she felt that she was never listened to before.
I read this transcript when it first came out and your assumptions are just wrong. They already talked to the people he traveled with knowing he drove from Cali to DC with tazers and went through training for warfare. The video absolutely shows him tazing him twice. They catch him in a number of lies. And he’s 38 not a kid as you keep calling him.
He got 12 years prison
I was interviewed by the FBI after being actually beat up by police for staying at a protest late. FBI is way way nicer than the regular cops. So yeah it's a little difficult to feel bad for baby's first terrorism over here.
Them investigating police abuse and them interrogating you on potential federal charges are totally different.
Them being “nice” is to get you to let your guard down and say some dumb shut
Is the video of the tasing on RUclips? I searched his name and tases cop and didn't find anything other than videos of the interrogation
I wanted to see the pizza :(
Yo anybody got the link to that pizza pic chat roasting tf out of it 😭 😂
No but honestly he has a point.
Wheelchair people are the most privileged class. Special parking places, special ramps, super big bathrooms, they get to take up like 3 spaces on the bus, the bus driver even uses a machine to lift them up why do they need help it's not like they walk around all day, don't even know why they'd be mad life is easy for them.
Hot take, but ur right and it's not like you can tell them something, cause it's uncomfortable to call them out
@@1349-o2m Exactly. Stop frowning wheelie at least your alive.
What you're upset that I called you wheelie? You let your friends call you wheelie why can't I?
Ok I have to take the bus and train all the time. I’m not joking for some reason where I live people in wheelchairs are always the biggest ducks. I saw this one one try to assault this guy for pressing the deploy ramp button for her.
LOL do you honestly think that makes up for not being able to use your fucking LEGS?!
Wow
Listen to this guy all soft spoken and apologetic. Let's hear what he sounded like on January 6th when he's shouting to take back the country back and tasering a cop.
Damn, the conservative boomers who watch FOX News all day would be upset that this person apologized for attempting to initiate conflict, heh.
38 years old... He was a fucking kid.
Crying is normal going from excited yeah dude that was me back to crying is... also sort of normal (for kids anyway). Like my daughter does that when she thinks she's getting out of trouble by talking about good stuff she's done but when I remind her why we're having the conversation in the first place she breaks back down.
Kids constantly search for a way out of trouble maybe some adults (he's 38 lol) hold on to that nervous acceptance. (I especially remember emotionally jumping back in forth from oh god I'm such a good kid to oh god they're gonna beat my ass within a 20 minute conversation.
Sounds like you're abusing the poor kid.
Psychologically torturing your kid. Epic moment.
How do you expect to teach them anything when they're so afraid of being beaten or punished?
If you think you could pull a badass interrogation moment in his situation ur delusional, being in his shoes would be stressfull af like unimaginably. Imagine ur boss calling u in for a talk and 20x that.
I think id just go blank & silent breakdown in his situation despite having watched this and all the other jsc videos.
@@thishandleistaken1011 I don't beat my kid my wife does the popping for crazy issues (hitting other kids, stealing). The beating was in reference to myself as a child and how mystep dad would absolutely man handle me (full strength punches and wet hands + belt) for everything.
She breaks down because when she's grounded or looses access to a videogame or tablet it's gone for 1 to 3 months at a time with no replacement (with the added caveat of if you get in trouble while I have it you just aren't getting it back ever).
@@normanwei529 My boss called me in for talk about a stolen juice (security guard job). I wasn't nervous because I had no Idea what he was talking about. I guess the fact that I haven't done anything as objectively dumb as he did in my life has put me in a position of ignorance.
The most serious trouble I've ever been in my entire life was with my parents when I played a harry potter game on my gameboy (witchcraft, Rpgs, and all manner of ungodly things were strictly prohibited).
Fools like this guy go to prison meanwhile the leader walks free.
This is a good interrogation. Surprisingly this guy is really prepared for it... but really he never should have been here, his Lawyer should have and told them they can only talk to Danny with the Lawyer present.
These guys did a great job of building rapport. They did a great job of giving him stories to latch on to, things to agree with. Then they did a great job when nothing surfaced to contradict the information they had to try to get key information. Things like how he got there, which could lead to evidence that it was a group... one with intent. Things like trying to get him to say he prepped for this... the most he conceded was if he had the means he might have, but he doesn't have those means and he didn't.
And despite the open confession of tasing the cop, which he comes right out and admits... they know that alone isn't enough, so they try the "Danny, we already have the information. We're trying to let you say it first so the Judge can take that into account... please don't make us say it, buddy. Do yourself the favor here." Because THEY know they don't have enough on this alone and they want an air-tight case. Danny has to give that to them.
We know this, because IF they had that 99% of the information they say they have they'd have the file there, open in front of him showing him EVERYTHING... to get him to flip on others and using his cooperation to get a better sentence for Danny. They don't have the file to show him, they don't have that leverage. They probably have a LOT of information, don't get me wrong. What they don't have is 99% of THIS story and a slam dunk on Danny that they are telling them they have.
But still, this is the play for them to make at this time.
This is a text book interrogation. You could use this as a Training Video.
By the way, GENERALLY it's in Interrogation where you get the 'You can't handle the truth' confessions, not the court room. And Defense Lawyers are there to object and suggest he doesn't answer anything ESPECIALLY once the Defendant starts to become agitated or emotional, because they understand the risk that poses for exactly such a break. This guy doesn't seem to be edging towards that. Doesn't look like they're going to get more on him. There might not be more to get, he might be telling the truth on all of this and there is no greater conspiracy for him.
That said, and I'm all about innocent until proven guilty, allow me to play Devil's Advocate here. This guy is TO GOOD at this, AND he was smart enough to not incriminate others (which could then link him to those others, showing a group, and thus possibly a plan and thus a conspiracy). That doesn't mean he was involved in one. But if he was, you couldn't be coached any better on how to handle this than he's done... aside obviously from just not talking to them at all.
Destiny at the beginning explaining Dunning-Krueger effect. Literally what every conservative political commentator has.
by definition we all suffer from dunning-krueger , no?
How the hell can you be 38 and be in this situation... jeez.
1:06:00 I dont think the agent is lying about the evidence, he's tricking the guy into admitting that he tased the cop because he wasn't answering the question about "where he tasted him" because the implication is that he tasted if he says where and he didn't answer the question to incriminate himself.
