Destiny roleplays JCS watching conservative activist crying and apologizing for using a Taser on a police officer during Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol in the first interrogation video of a riot defendant released publicly... Part 2 ►ruclips.net/video/wBcOF9w_jy0/видео.html
Could you please keep the timestamps in the videos, I really appreciate being able to skip the teaser "coming up" section at the start easily. I know plenty of people love it but I personally just want to watch the video in its entirety.
@@kalinsimovski5081 Well it's obviously political. That's why Antifa & BLM never attack the Rich & Government. Well they do, but they are quickly getting destroyed. So like in Kenosha or anywhere else they go after the regular people. Show me a single Amazon or Apple facility being burned down. Never happens. In Settle had a Summer of Love, until the BLM went after the mayor. Everytime when they go after rich & powerful they get destroyed within hours. BLM & Antifa & CRT ... wouldn't exist if they go after the rich. It's a fact.
BTW, Peterson HAS said as much about secessionists, in case you were under the impression that Peterson is a hack who plays politics like its a sport. He has repeatedly and harshly criticized ethno-nationalists.

@@1jhinojosa1 None of these terms are used that often in MSM, it's just that your side gets incredibly defensive when they are used in any circumstances. @@r.m8146 You have evidence to backup your claim of "full blown Nazi paraphernalia", or are you just "left-wing bat sh*it insane and you'll scream Nazi to a potato"?
People need to realize that crime analysis videos that show criminals lying while being interrogated isn't the standard. They're the outliers on a sociopathic spectrum which is fairly rare to be found in humans. Just because someone is crying doesn't mean they're faking it. These stupid true crime shows makes people think themselves an expert on the matter, and in turn makes anyone they don't like into a sociopath in their naive minds.
of course he is crying, he's terrified? idk i have talked to people who say they never cry, even if they are upset & would love to cry for the relief. & i know i cry more than average, any fairly intense emotion can make me cry. but if i imagine sitting in a police interrogation, knowing i am going to prison & this probably determines how long?? i would be totally dissolved, so i would think an average person would be crying.
Depends on what country you live in. Also. Even if you have the right to remain silent, a jury can still be very much affected by how willing you are/were to cooperate. This is why getting a lawyer is really good because that lets you cooperate (or at least pretend to), but in a manner that doesn't self incriminate.
Yeah pretty much. It’s crazy to see how far removed he is once he starts looking at the world like an us vs them and good vs bad with no doubt in what he fights in

In the teaser, Destiny made the claim that just a few stories would be enough for someone to feel they had a holistic understanding of the topic. There is actually a psych term that describes that pretty accurately: the availability heuristic. If you hear a story about a plane crash, that will make you worry about plane crashes more. It is a memorable story you used to draw a conclusion. We know this, pretty intuitively. If you want to convince someone that planes are dangerous, providing examples where there was a minor error with checklists, or where pilot training wasn't up to spec on descent, isn't necessarily enough. The image of a plane crashing into the ground... that's memorable.
Yeah that makes a lot of sense. It's basically the same thing with the BLM riots too. Since the media always highlights every case of police brutality against black people, it caused a lot of people to think that cops are just out there in the streets hunting black people. They had enough examples for them to believe the entire narrative that the system is corrupt from top to bottom. All it takes is 1-3 news stories for someone to believe an entire narrative. It's actually been proven that there is a small amount of fraud in every election. The question is really "how much?" The 2020 election audit results have been showing several states with relatively large numbers of irregularities. But to be fair, I don't actually know if those numbers would be considered "large", or just average. But either way, the more people see examples of voting irregularities, the more it convinces them the entire thing was rigged. I think a lot of it had more to do with social media algorithms and coordinated efforts on the big tech/media front. Theres an interesting article by Time magazine called "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election". There was definitely stuff happening behind closed doors that wasn't talked about. I would say some of the ethics were a bit questionable. But idk if I believe the whole thing was rigged.
@@PhilMihaly I agree, the left and right (authoritarian and libertarian is probably more accurate) live in two difference realities. However, I think the right is closer to the "truth" simply because they seem to be more correct in regard to fact, news, etc. The left seems to fall for ever hoax, manipulated by mainstream media hysteria, and have adopted an identity dogma. The right has its issues as well, but in regard to deviating from the "truth", the delta is far greater on the left.
@Michael Knight Dude, like 60% of the right think election fraud flipped the election. Whoever told you the right is “closer to the truth” was lying to you. Methinks someone’s being manipulated by mass media hysteria...

The "we know everything, if you don't tell us everything you're going to get fucked for lying by omission" is a very common interrogation tactic. That said, even knowing this, it's very difficult to stay calm and call the bluff in this situation, this guy has been coached for sure.
If he was coached by anyone competent this video would include a lawyer sitting next to him or more likely this interrogation would have not have even happened.
@@matt291 I don't know if he was coached by a lawyer because I agree with you, it just seems like someone gave him tips ahead of time for going into an interrogation because most people would definitely fall for that in the moment
I am in law enforcement so don’t trust me! So there is value in talking when your defense is mitigating factors. There is no value in rambling about anything unrelated to the elements of the crime. That being said, sometimes we’re not bastards. If your defense is “Yes, I did this.” Your statement could be the difference between a narrative that says, “kicked in the face with boots.” Vs. “Struck in the upper torso and head with foot strikes.” Which can be the difference between attempted GBI and battery. Which can be the difference between the DA feeling like they can win at trial or if they should just release the suspect “awaiting further investigation.” If you tell me that you lost control, I must assume you can lose control again. Personally I would rather someone say, “I did exactly what I intended to do, it went poorly and I won’t do it again.” Fed’s are a different story though. If I went missing, I would want an attorney present while talking to them about trying to save me. I think the agents are sincere. Because we are in the encampments as the Bentley drives by. We are “jaded” because we visit the bare fiberboard that is under the veneer of society on a daily basis. It is worse than my experience growing up in the underbelly, because I see everyone’s shame in an unexpected moment. We get why people would be upset. We wonder why everyone isn’t upset. We just know that it would be like Chicago when they removed the war lords from the gang violence. Prison is a microcosm, or the cosmos is a prison? Right now we’re on a yard where, in general everyone functions together. The crips, the bloods, the CIA, and the KKK all want the yard to keep working and by a miracle it is. We don’t hold onto the landing gear of a C5 as it takes off. We don’t believe city hall would win an unplanned uprising. We believe groups that have a history of loyalty and sacrifice would have an advantage. We are sympathetic to the justification. That’s why we sound sympathetic. We just think the action is silly and harmful. We also aren’t happy that you are the kid who shot your eye out. Now we can’t have nice things because you went full “storm the gates.” I can’t mention statistics and actuarial tables intersecting in regards to a medical treatment without being lumped in with a guy who dressed like a Buffalo on the most important day of his life. In the ultimate irony, January 6th, was the furthest thing from white supremacy that I can imagine. Possibly full of white supremacists, but not supremacy.
1:14:16 5 lol this is literally the prisoners dilemma, surprised Destiny didn’t recognize it. That uncertainty is a card any decent cop would play. You know stating silent is normally the best thing, but what if the other rioters are putting all the blame on you in their testimony, then staying silent is going to get you in more trouble.
@@julianw7097 It is the uncertainty that stimulates someone to confess to things they wouldn’t otherwise. Chances are far higher that someone is snitching than everybody staying disciplined and keeping silent. 100% legal.
I think it could be as simple as the cops were on 'his side' during the BLM protests but, in the Jan. 6 situation the cops were on 'their side'. I don't think it's ever really been about respecting the police as it has been about who's side are you/they on.
A California man who drove a stun gun into a police officer’s neck during one of the most violent clashes of the U.S. Capitol riot was sentenced on Wednesday to more than 12 years in prison. Daniel “D.J.” Rodriguez yelled, “Trump won!” as he was led out of the courtroom where U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced him to 12 years and seven months behind bars for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack. Only two other Jan. 6 defendants have received longer prison terms so far after hundreds of sentencings for Capitol riot cases. The judge said Rodriguez, 40, was “a one-man army of hate, attacking police and destroying property” at the Capitol.
People keep saying like that shit, but as soon as they’re in a room with a police investigator, let alone an FBI investigator, and they’d be crying like a little bitch too! Have a friend who was an investigator who, on multiple occasions, talked about how you’d be surprised how many ppl who act hard af in front of their friends/family get alone w them and just break down.
@@beepboopbeepp This is definitely just me talking out my ass but I think crying is sending a signal to others that you need immediate help. Evolutionarily I imagine the people that cry have a (slightly) better chance of attracting a hero to their plight then someone who doesn’t cry and now thousands of years later we cry when scared of being trapped by an authority.
Which is why you just start talking about random stuff when the investigator is trying to get information out of you. There's also the general rule that should be followed: Don't talk to the police.
The psychological issue of misusing the availability heuristic is probably one of the things that cause people to believe there are massive issues in our society based off a couple anecdotes. We think “oh I can remember instances of ___, but no instances of ___.” It’s a massive obstacle to being able to think critically!
Alot of people just want to feel special or feel heard. (Theyre not special, but thats not important) see how his eyes lit up when he talks about the 300 antifia versus him alone in the street? He wants to feel like some kind of hero, like hes doing something special, thereby making him special. Delusions of grandeur
Im a little confused as to why Destiny thinks this guy isn’t in a metric shit ton of trouble. I feel like assaulting a cop under normal circumstances could get you locked up for years and then on top of that this is in relation to Jan 6th… am i missing something?
Well, he wasnt acting alone he was acting in the situation of mass chaos so he is likely to have a less severe punishment as opposed to assaulting a cop while you're alone and being arrested. He is still in trouble but being a part of the riot is typically not as severe as acting alone.
Given that they put "Q-Anon Shaman" in jail for 41 month I'd say he, taser guy in this video, might serve a few years. As much as I think it maybe an oversentence in Shaman's case, I'd be crazy to call it his life is over.
Yeah, I agree. Idk why he thinks this guy isn't getting jail time. Obviously it comes down to the judge or jury, but tasing a police officer is gonna land you in prison for ~2 years in a lot of states
1:06:00 Also when they lie about evidence it can be a way of making you double down on what they need from you. For instance saying that he tased him twice makes the suspect confirm positively, without any equivocation, that the suspect did in fact use the taser on the subject at least once. Makes you concrete your story for later use.
JCStiny is Bestiny. Edit: Destiny's reactions have gotten much better than before, a while back he just played his games and barely said anything. Now he actually reacts and shares his thoughts and insights, bravo.
22:00 This guy is proof positive why this country needs organizations like the old CCC (Civilian Conservation Corp). People get to points in their lives where they want, they NEED, to be a part of something. And it can be positive helping their fellow humans doing good work, or it can be destructive tearing down their fellow humans. And its largely based on what is immediately available to them and who will treat them like they aren't garbage.
Geez I can't read the live chat feed without losing my mind. So many morons calling the interrogators "white nationalist" and all of the other memes because they're doing their job... they ALWAYS pretend to sympathize with the suspect to get them to open up and they think they're literally siding with them. If they were siding with him, it would be best for them to be confrontational and disagree so he closes up and keeps his mouth shut. I had to put the video on audio only when someone said in all caps "WHY ARENT THE INVESTIGATORS PUSHING BACK?!"
Yeah they’re not gonna sit there and tell him off, like that’s toottalllyyy how you get somebody to feel comfortable to start talking 🤦🏻😂 them “pushing back” is a sure fire way to make him immediately shut up and not say a word lmao
The moment he opened his mouth he already fucked up. There is ZERO to gain from talking to the cops during an interrogation. Get an attorney and discuss with them first.

Destiny gave good advice that you should shut up when being interrogated by cops, you should not do anything except ask for a lawyer. The only reason the cops would talk with you is to try and find evidence for a crime, that is their job.
@@dankrol7297 agreed like if you know the cops are trying to get something incriminating don’t trust yourself to determine what you should and shouldn’t say.
@@DaltonDaDigga Nah if you are innocent you should talk because it will become obvious that you are innocent. You should never ramble though. But like I said, most innocent people just talk to the police because they have nothing to hide.
9:48 JCS absolutely did talk about that in the Jennifer's Solution video. She was willing to spill so much info about her relationship with her parents because she felt that she was never listened to before.
This isn't hypocritical. You can't dehumanize sub-humans. They are not human. Ok I feel really bad typing that. I'm a bad person and I should feel bad.
Ok so as far as rounding up President trump supporters, maybe they got that idea from the democrats who have ACTUALLY talked about putting them in “reeducation” camps.
I think it's even more nerve-racking is that the way this guy describes the series of events on the 6th is that he had multiple opportunities to realize some not so good shit was about to go down and he never took advantage of any of those opportunities to simply walk away
I don't get it. Everyone has seen enough cop shows or been on the internet long enough and has heard or seen what you're supposed to do. All you say is lawyer, that's it. Taking to cops or feds will never, ever, ever, ever help you and can only hurt you. Just stop.
for real... i totally understand the need to talk & the fear, but "don't talk to the police" is so well known by now. ppl think if they refuse they'll look guilty, but it doesn't matter if they "look guilty", you can't penalise someone for not talking. plus you have an airtight excuse - it's well known police interrogation can only hurt you & they have often got false confessions or similar. i guess no one is a better listener than a police interrogator tho... that's the trick.
The problem is how many times have you been taken in for interrogation as a suspect? Most people never. Yet these cops do it regularly. They practice all kinds of manipulation and analyse all kinds of people in those moments.
1:06:00 I dont think the agent is lying about the evidence, he's tricking the guy into admitting that he tased the cop because he wasn't answering the question about "where he tasted him" because the implication is that he tasted if he says where and he didn't answer the question to incriminate himself.
This cat really thinks they saw his every move at these protests. "You saw me protecting the cops from the wheelers?" Yep. "You saw me standing off against 200 people?" Yep...

How are these people so delusional about how many people support trump vs Biden? Like, it’s one thing to see a bunch of people show up to rallies for Trump and agree that okay he has a shitload of support, but it’s another to act like just because Biden wasn’t packing arenas in the age of COVID that people weren’t supporting him. Like, did they not think all these antifa people and blm people that were literally, in their opinion, rioting were gonna support someone else? Did they not realize that probably half of their neighbors were gonna go the other way? I mean, sure, it was sometimes a frightening proposition to bring it up with Trump fans so many of us just quietly bade our time, but it seemed pretty obvious that Biden had close to, at least, the same level of support that perhaps we just weren’t motivated to go out and risk dying of Covid to see the man? Idk, obviously a lot of these people are delusional as it is, but like you have to purposefully be wearing blinders to miss that this election would be super close if not favoring the democrats.

This is a good interrogation. Surprisingly this guy is really prepared for it... but really he never should have been here, his Lawyer should have and told them they can only talk to Danny with the Lawyer present. These guys did a great job of building rapport. They did a great job of giving him stories to latch on to, things to agree with. Then they did a great job when nothing surfaced to contradict the information they had to try to get key information. Things like how he got there, which could lead to evidence that it was a group... one with intent. Things like trying to get him to say he prepped for this... the most he conceded was if he had the means he might have, but he doesn't have those means and he didn't. And despite the open confession of tasing the cop, which he comes right out and admits... they know that alone isn't enough, so they try the "Danny, we already have the information. We're trying to let you say it first so the Judge can take that into account... please don't make us say it, buddy. Do yourself the favor here." Because THEY know they don't have enough on this alone and they want an air-tight case. Danny has to give that to them. We know this, because IF they had that 99% of the information they say they have they'd have the file there, open in front of him showing him EVERYTHING... to get him to flip on others and using his cooperation to get a better sentence for Danny. They don't have the file to show him, they don't have that leverage. They probably have a LOT of information, don't get me wrong. What they don't have is 99% of THIS story and a slam dunk on Danny that they are telling them they have. But still, this is the play for them to make at this time. This is a text book interrogation. You could use this as a Training Video. By the way, GENERALLY it's in Interrogation where you get the 'You can't handle the truth' confessions, not the court room. And Defense Lawyers are there to object and suggest he doesn't answer anything ESPECIALLY once the Defendant starts to become agitated or emotional, because they understand the risk that poses for exactly such a break. This guy doesn't seem to be edging towards that. Doesn't look like they're going to get more on him. There might not be more to get, he might be telling the truth on all of this and there is no greater conspiracy for him. That said, and I'm all about innocent until proven guilty, allow me to play Devil's Advocate here. This guy is TO GOOD at this, AND he was smart enough to not incriminate others (which could then link him to those others, showing a group, and thus possibly a plan and thus a conspiracy). That doesn't mean he was involved in one. But if he was, you couldn't be coached any better on how to handle this than he's done... aside obviously from just not talking to them at all.
You don't have to be a Tim Pool fan to see that society is on the verge of civil war. We're already in a cold civil war. Well, mostly cold. BLM and Antifa have already killed people.
To be fair, I have talked to a scary large number of people that have talked about how they wanted all Trump supporters/Republicans to be round up and put in what are essentially re-education camps or much worse. I have to actively stop myself from going more right every time I'm told that I am the worst kind of person in existence and that by just living my life I am actively harming other people. I'm just a guy that lives in small town, works 40-60 hours a week, and is doing everything I can to be a good father. I don't hurt anybody, I'm not racist, I don't want anybody to get hurt. Sometimes it legitimately feels like we are very close to a kind of civil war. I have to remind myself constantly that just because I see these people everywhere doesn't mean they are ant kind of majority, but some days it's difficult tbh.
I’m assuming by this comment that you voted for trump? If that’s the case, how do you square the fact that trump was actively trying to remove healthcare with no replacement, and removed rights from trans people in regards to their ability to serve in the military with “not wanting to hurt anybody”? Or him talking about how “the second amendment people” should take care of someone during a rally? Or mocking a disabled reporter? Or mocking a war hero for being a prisoner of war? All of these things lead to a national attitude of mocking people being ok. I’m certainly not saying that republicans need to be re-educated or anything like that, but that when it comes to trump I don’t see a reason to continue to support him other than just being filled with cognitive dissonance.
@@ogolthorp let me address your points i guess. Bad, bad, mean but non issue, mean but non issue. You can't blame Trump for the aggression that's built up.
You're describing something different than what Destiny was talking about.
planes are much safer than most forms of ground transport though
Which can be the difference between the DA feeling like they can win at trial or if they should just release the suspect “awaiting further investigation.”
If you tell me that you lost control, I must assume you can lose control again. Personally I would rather someone say, “I did exactly what I intended to do, it went poorly and I won’t do it again.”

@@amagicallaura of course you can, just look at the prosecution from the Rittenhouse case... kek

How are these people so delusional about how many people support trump vs Biden? Like, it’s very obvious to us that like millions of people support Trump, how is it that they’re so oblivious to the fact that we support Biden… or at least the democrats or just anyone but Trump?

So here's the thing; from watching this you can literally envision this guy as an anime protagonist of his series. This video of the Danny could certainly be cinematized into it's own work of art, showcasing the effects of populism and the psychotic nature of crowds.
That is a fascinating comment. If this highlight the effects of populism what does the violence from the left highlight? I am genuinely curious.

@@JohnDoe-om8mj I would have said that 10 years ago, but I don't think that is case the today. There is too much identity ideology incorporated into the lefts belief system. It has become more of a religion today. Populist on the left and right could align if it were not for the identity dogma.
I would LOVE to see them unites. The left can get universal health care and the right can get secure borders, both should champion free speech, but sadly that may be tricky. Both would like to see big tech broken up, both would agree on focusing on US supply chains and manufacturing.

He educated me I’m convinced now. But In all seriousness it interesting to see his transformation and the product of what a social media education can do to a person
How are people still talking to police in 2021?

The actions of a population are the faults of the people who take part in the spread of hate and discontent. I was called a racist nazi because I am a white male back when Obama was still in office. This has been happening, and the argument that Trump started this is ridiculous at best. You can hate him, but he isn't at fault for something that was here before he took control. Also, to your question, no I didn't vote for him. I don't like him much as a political leader, as a person he can be hilarious, but I'm separating the office and the person.
@@Reallytallsocks I mean you can say the things are non-issues, but there was an increase in hate crimes after trump took office. That might have something to do with his rhetoric emboldening that sort of behavior. Now if you didn’t vote for him then that’s fine. I think there are plenty of reasonable republicans and potential presidents who are republican.
@@ogolthorp they went from 5.5k three years earlier to 7k. In a population of 330 million means that I don't believe it's statistically impressive. When the victims and perpetrators races aren't really published (i can't find the data, I will admit that I could just be bad at looking for it), it leaves room for interpretation with incomplete data. Not to mention that it's just reported hate crimes, and there isn't reallyany distinctionthat I can find that distinguish between verbal and physical. I've been accused of verbal hate crimes for having an opinion that isn't lockstep with somebody else. People can report a hate crime that legitimately didn't happen, and it isn't an uncommon thing.
Now I need to say that Ideally I would prefer zero hate crimes. Assaulting somebody is wrong, amd doing it because you hate somebodies race is disgusting. I hate that I have to share air with people like that. When numbers that are already that statistically low aren't explained to see where the issue is coming from, it seems disingenuous to push the blame on Trump.
