Btw, no one argued that people who weren't present at the protest can't understand what was happening. Rose and Destiny were misrepresenting them as contributing/inciting the riot. The actual argument was that they weren't involved in "storming the capitol," and that their demonstration was relatively passive.

Kinda seems like a VERY SMALL conflict of interest for Nick and Baked to have a debate on the specific topic that they're literally being charged by the federal government at the moment for they're direct involvement in said topic. If it weren't you'd expect other people to come in to blow this whole case open given that the independent auditors apparently opened such a massive hole in the count.

I dont know why no one contested the premise that just because "there could be fraud" would mean that there definitely was and that this is somehow proof of "the big lie"? If it could be explained the procedure for determining if these discrepancies match up with the early mail in ballots exactly vote for vote, most conservatives would be on board. Destiny is literally assuming without looking further into the procedure and many of you just follow along. That’s just one state. With nearly double mail in amount audits like this but more extensive upfront with their metrics should be done at every state.

He wasn't charged with conspiracy for raiding the capital because he didn't plan it out beforehand. But he did advocate, whether intentionally or not, for people to take action against the government during the riot. That's what Destiny and Rose are saying. Fuentes was saying he went there peacefully, and a majority of people were peaceful, but Destiny and Rose are saying that the words and speech that Fuentes gave at the riot were not peaceful, and Fuentes was trying to goad the crowd. Whether or not the court charges Nick isn't relevant because neither Destiny nor Rose is making that argument.
Like, when you say to "forcibly evict them from the capitol," it sounds a lot like you really want the congressmen out...
