@@markallen6433 nope, I still hear "a black one" MAYBE "a black one-yeah" He spent a fair amount of time describing the colour and appearance of the teasers, so it makes sense to me that he was trying to differentiate the "black Taser" from the ones he previously described

22:24 I do think he meant to say a black one. Could be either since he doesn't speak up louder. And because he also commented earlier on that Marcy's (or Ashley idr the name) taser was a light blue one? Maybe he tried to be more specific for some reason?
Yeah he was definitely trying to not incriminate the girl so he specifically brought up the colors. Which makes it so funny he knows to try and not incriminate his friends but doesn't know to shut tf up when being interrogated.

The 38 year old, sadly.
I can't get over the fact he's older than 16. It can't be.
Nothing makes me shudder more than hearing Destiny say "booty"
Split into 2 parts to stretch out the moving time to Miami i get it. Smart!
I don't mind it, I don't need a 2.5 hour video. Just wish it was more clear so I didn't have to do an investigation on why the video ended partway through on the first video.
If anyone is curious what stochastic terrorism produces, just watch this interrogation
okay at 19:44 he definitely sounds like hes saying 'A black woman' correct?
He could have stumbled over his words for sure, but i think that was pretty unmistakable
nah it's "a black one" referring to the taser. he specifies this, because he wants to differentiate it from the tasers they brought along.
you would have to be some commie leftist that sucks at guitar to mistake the two... oh wait
@@Zuron Look at 19:40
Stage Left Detective: "You got a taser from someone else. A random person."
Danny boy: "A black woman."
SLD continues: "... gave you a taser."
It's incredibly clear from context that he's saying a black woman at that point. The kind of taser is not being addressed. The personage of the taser gifting is at center stage, and he's also clearly saying "woman," it's a two syllable word.
@@markallen6433 nope, I still hear "a black one" MAYBE "a black one-yeah"
He spent a fair amount of time describing the colour and appearance of the teasers, so it makes sense to me that he was trying to differentiate the "black Taser" from the ones he previously described
I think he was saying someone gave him a black taser.
thanks for uploading pretty early usually august, i love listening to these videos before work in the morning
THANK YOU EDITOR FOR FAST PART 2 UPLOAD!!
If there was ever a textbook example of arrested development this would be it.
We’ve grown from “damnnnnn Daniel” to “Damn it Danny”
Dont forget "WHERES MY MONEY, DANNY!? WHADYOU DO WITH MY MONEY!?"
People in this situation should just shut up and lawyer up.
Never talk to the cops. Get a lawyer
Fun thing about miranda rights, that whole "anything you say can and will be used against you." That means anything you say to the cops CAN NEVER HELP YOU. They are not your friends, anything you say that might help you coming from a cop, is hearsay.
Never talk to the cops. Get a lawyer.
YESS that last video left me cliff hangin!
Read _You Have the Right to Remain Innocent_ by James Duane. He's the famous never talk to the police guy on youtube. Really short book but incredibly insightful about talking to the police.
"I didn't taser him to protect him officer, but I DID taser him so he wouldn't get hurt."
No way that dude is almost 40 years old.
I think it's a nice tactic. You first are friendly and understanding towards him, then get mad making him think that he said something to make them mad and have him trying everything to get them to be friendly towards him again.
Most basic tactic and he fell for it.
Danny done goofed.
Seems pretty straightforward. If all you have is a hammer (or 2 tasers) every problem looks like a nail. He goofed and saw a "nail".
Destiny's take on booty shorts discredits his opinion on everything else he has ever debated. Instantly you have no credibility.
Yep. I can't believe someone could be so wrong.
Booty shorts that come halfway down the cheeks are pretty nasty. To each their own nasty but yeah gonna be a yucky from me
@@Mrfuzzypants26 explain why u think that. I’m actually super interested.
WRONG. skirts are based
@@Mrfuzzypants26 I too am interested in why you think that.
“How did you prepare for Jan 6?"
“I don’t know. Jogging?????” 😂😂😂😂
Tased him because I thought he had static shock powers so I thought it would help him
He tried to revive him bro stfu
@@erikryan8663 oh my bad bro, like a defib yeah? just giving him a bitta juice to pick him back up i c
Instantly this dude should've said "I have a right to speak and I have a right to remain silence"
I tazed him to help him XD my god that's gotta be the shittiest lie ever
1:09:00 Ngl That's exactly what I was thinking the moment he started to hesitate about giving info on her lmao
Destiny: "The half booty cut off it looks like a bra that doesn't fit for your butt.."
I will never be able to unsee this now 😂
Just noticed how destiny's laugh can destroy your confidence
52:00 That kid is lying about the Walther he tried to buy. He said the DOJ didn't confirm or deny his 4473 background check so they gave him his money back and told him to go clear it up with the DOJ... If the DOJ does not give a final decision after 3 business days the store assumes the application was accepted and you get your gun. There is no way the store got no reply and treated it like the BG check was denied, which is what he says happened
Which makes it so funny he knows to try and not incriminate his friends but doesn't know to shut tf up when being interrogated.
no way they showed him a fucking youtube video and an ad started playing
also, good to know that deciding against brutally beating someone to death is "helping" people and should earn you respect.
Man, i sure am helping all these people out in the street by deciding to not kill them. They should be thanking me!
Logic and Danny are two things that were NOT made for one another.
No one was beaten to death
This is why this Tim Pool "civil war" nonsense is dangerous
why is Destiny calling him a kid? Danny Rodriguez is 38.
But he act like one
If you didnt told me that he is 38
i would belived that he is max 20
Im probably biased, but you KNOW this dude was absolutely crazed that day like everyone else in the crowd. It makes his blubbering mess of a story so detestable.
Why is it bad that Daniel brought a weapon to a riot, yet irrelevent that Rittenhouse brought a weapon to a riot?
Both are bad. Both ended up in a massive court cases. One had legal counsel and was ruled as self defense and the other did not and completely fucked himself.
This dude was getting ready for a nation-wide war using the One Punch Man workout.
"The proof is I arrested them during a riot." - Man in Portland who is definitely not in law enforcement.
I think the interrogators switched tones when they noticed he was starting to lie a bit. Up until then the interrogators could play friendly, but had to pull in the reigns once he thought he could get tricky
I think they let him talk, then they try "Antifa and the MSM are gonna control your story don't you want to tell it instead" which doesn't really work and then they finally make real progress with "we know you are lying and everyone in the van flipped on you."
Interagator: "who gave it to you"
Danny boy: "ummmm a man 👨 , ummmm not to old not to young, not to tall but not short, he had two eyes, maybe a mouth, and a couple ears, oh and hair too".
We’ll… good luck Danny nice knowing you. After this interrogation we won’t be seeing you for a long time. Totally tased himself in the foot this whole interview
@@phun54321 that doesnt even make sense.
Dude is legit in the corner surrounded on both sides with 2 detectives leaning in.
That’s a common interrogation tactic
Destiny's take on booty shorts is so fucking bad. He needs help.
The funny thing is I've seen the police use the exact same defense for their welfare checks and their department said it was fine
19:42 "A black woman"
22:22 "No, I never said a black woman"
LMFAO!!!. It was like not even 5 minutes later bro!
He didn't say a black woman, it's definitely "a black one", referring to the taser.
Edit: Ok, listening a couple more times, I'm actually unsure.
@@hafrepo In the end I don't think it mattered for Danny
@@hafrepo
He definitely said black woman. There were 2 syllables there.
He definitely said black one
@@NinteddyRose I agree that there is more sound than there normally would be if someone said "a black one", but he isn't exactly on point with his diction, so you can't really be sure.
Ok... Am I really the only one with a P100 gas mask I keep in my coffee table? Is it really that weird? Lol
He said a black one. Not black woman.
27:00
Destiny's Catholic schooling is showing with this absolute shit-tier take
I don’t think championing thongs is the Catholic schooling take
why tf did part 3 never come out?
Biggest difference between him and a guy like Rittenhouse is a good lawyer.
No, Rittenhouse had a better defense than him. He tased a cop for no reason on video unlike Kyle who had a reason to do what he did.
@@count7720 They both had solid reasons. They are morons.
@@carvedwood1953 Clearly Kyle had more of a reason than this guy. They are both morons in the sense of putting themselves in the position but Danny has way less of a defense.
34:40 even the interrogator laughs at his story

interrogator actually trying to help the guy at one point lol
Ever seen Kingpin?
"Take that you freaky piece-a shit! Ya don't mow another guy's lawn!"
Can it help you to be honest with the investigators? NEVER. Ask any lawyer. You can not help yourself at All. Ever. Every word is used against you. Investigators don’t go and tell the prosecutor, hey this guy did it but he was really honest with us. They go tell the prosecutor this idiot admires to everything. Put him in jail and throw away the key. Never say a word without a lawyer. Even if you’re 100% innocent. Plenty of innocent ppl in jail because they talked to cops
I love it when Destiny needs a Snickers
I have a problem that the FBI is only focusing on Jan 6 Rioters and not all the rioters from the summer when they took over state capitols
He really didn't understand how insane his whole belief system was until this interrogation. Sad.
Holy god, he's literally trying to deny bank activity. THEY HAVE YOUR BANK STATEMENT. Bro. I don't see why he chose that hill to die on.
Dude should've just said "I want a lawyer" from the get-go and let that be that. Jesus christ lmao.
He knows he's not smart. If he was going to try to lie to FBI agents, the lie should have been how remorseful he was, as he cooperated.
Terrible take.
