What symptoms were present to require replacing this? My 07 Tahoe randomly shifts itself into 4Auto/4Hi. A quick flick of the knob and she shifts back into 2Hi without incident, but it’s disconcerting to hear the front axle growling at 65mph (only indication it shifted until I see the light on the dash knob). No codes being thrown.

Mi pregunta es lleva aceite o grasa adentro donde lleva el actuador y si lleva aceite o grasa se le echa por dónde entra el actuador? Por que yo cánseme el 4x4 de mi chevi 07 se avía quedado atascada en reversa ⏮️ y la destrabe con una barilla pero me quede con eso, si por ahí se le echa aceite o grasa, la 4x4 o la Necesito la cancele el actuador se lo quite, solo necesito saber si lleva aceite o grasa y por donde se le echa, espero contestación ✌🏼

Do you have to have the transmission in a certain gear
Is this for the 4 speed transmission or the 6 speed?
When putting it back in place does it have to line up in a certain position at the end?
