What oil pan did you use as a replacement? One of my front wheel components is rubbing on the pan.

Couldn't you have just set it on motor mounts then move ac compressor.

Vehicle is 04 I believe the engine is also around 04.

Typical 4.7 degradation when you start it and get that brief knock. That means it won't be long before it spins a bearing . Heed the knock.
