I love bodyweight exercises, but A) without a high & low bar it's almost impossible to train back and biceps (e.g. pulling exercises); B) handstand shoulder press requires a greater amount of strength to perform, making it all but impossible for beginners and even "trained" lifters; C) without a weight source/something heavy you don't get benefits of any type of deadlift, shrug, delt raise, curl, etc.; D) it's very, very easy to overdevelop your front side because training the back is so difficult with bodyweight alone; E) just bodyweight will only allow you to progress so far without a means of adding weight/resistance to increase difficulty (otherwise you're stuck just increasing your rep range once you've adapted, and that can only go so far). You can do a lot with bodyweight alone, but it takes creativity and a few training aids to do it right long term.
Nero Wolfe I go to the gym twice a week and train these muscles groups: legs, core, chest, bicep, tricep, shoulders and my back. I do 4 or 5 different exercices for each muscle group. 1 exercies is 4x10. My back seems more muscles than the front... Any tips?

For me it is warm up. Only one arm push ups and wall push ups are hard for me. This workout is pretty effective on bodyweight. Nice job.
