Hey man, enjoy your vids. In terms of conditioning, I ride my bike (1.5 miles each way) to/from work and walk to the gym (1 mile each way). Only do weights at the gym. Does this count as cardio or do I need to do “cardio” cardio? Thanks man.
There’s a ton of videos on youtube from vocal coaches that teach you how to do that harsh vocal scream. It’s not too far off what you hear in metal, actually. And when you learn to do it safely you find it’s such a good stress relief. Can confirm; been doing it for a little over a year now :D

I would say that counts as cardio for sure! Whether or not you need to do more cardio on top of that depends on your goals!
