Bro, I knew Terry had used this move before, but I didn’t know he used it so many times. Nice vid!!
Which explains why Krauser easily copied it in the OAVs. LOL
Buster Wolf and Trinity Geyser were actually inspired from OVA3.
Trinity Geyser = Terry's first fight against Jamin. That part where they do their ground projectiles? Jamin slammed the ground with both of his hands.
Buster Wolf = Terry's rematch against Jamin. Remember when they clashed their fist? Terry did an explosive move to blow Jamin away (and killed him)
@@WhatIsMatter101Krauser saw it only once when he's watching Terry fighting Kim Kaphwan. After that he challenged Terry where Krauser won due to Terry's fatigue in the earlier fight. After losing his confidence, Terry managed to got back up and challenged Krauser again where Terry got surprised as Krauser also learned the Hyaku Seiken Senpuken which showcases Krauser being a combat genius. Finally Terry managed to beat him using his new move: The Power Geyser.
To be clear though, the version he's using in City of the Wolves is the upgraded version he made that he used against Geese to defeat him and as shown here, when he fought Wolfgang Krauzer...the "Hadou Senpuu Kyaku/Wave Motion Whirlwind Kick", instead of leading with his arms as in Senpuu Ken, he leads off with kicks as in his Hadou Senpuu Kyaku.
He also ends exactly the same as the Geese one. Staring into the screen while opponent falls behind to the side
Wow. Now imagine with swords or any weapons.
And Tung must have learned it from Master Taz.
And master taz must have learned it from master gas
Fatal fury City of the Wolves shatters my expectations with Spectacular action scenes
2:27 Esse final foi inesperado! Muito bom!!
Got to give points for Terry that he's still learning and mastered that technique over the years from his master. Terry, is it a true disciple
Im glad someone actually made this and pointed it out!!!! I instantly realized he was using the Hakkyokuseiken, fused with the power geyser. This is how I know they are truly making this game with love and giving Terry his due as the Undisputed G.O.A.T of Fatal Fury
Man created his own G.O.A.T technique and im glad SNK finally brought that back, would bebnice if they also added the Hakkyokuseiken punch and kick later on as separate moves for him but one can hope
Yeah buddy! First thing my mind went straight to after seeing his super combo in CotW trailer was the movies.
pô... agora eu queria ver o estilo de luta do Jeff Bogard ein!
In my opinion Jeff could appear as boss in Art of Fighting 4. Following the tradition of Art of Fighting 2 which had young Geese as final boss.
@@Vindrows that makes so much sense
After so long we got this officially
Tal pai tal filho
Good job!! As always!
Melhor tema do Terry ever, vindo diretamente do FF Wild Ambition 🐺
Perfeito.
Awww you didn't include the one from The Motion Picture. If anyone is interested, search for Terry vs Mars
I originally thought it was Rush Power (Power Beat). But if they’re going for Senpuuken, then it just looks bad.
I dunno which came first, Terry's Senpuu Ken or Top Man's Top Spin hahahaha
Kof Destiny...tenebroso...😮
I was excited to see him do another buster move tho😢
For Joe Higashi fans, what do you think about Terry throwing out a tornado?
Legal a SNK colocar a versão do Terry desse golpe.
As a KOF fan it really threw me off watching him performing this move in the animated films. Thinking that it was a wrong move since Terry does not use it in any of the games... Joe owns this move and it's his signature special attack, so I remember thinking, not only it's an out of character move, it somehow also minimizes the speciality of Joe.
That's why Terry created the Power Geyser. Senpuu Ken was like his starter move and since his creation of P. Geyser, he kinda rarely use it. (Or may he find it too flashy to use? Or.. maybe he realized that he's the type who defeats opponents with lesser but harder hits?) Now in CoTW, he found a good way combine both Senpuuken and P. Geyser.
(btw, you probably noticed that no Hakkyokuseiken practitioner fights the same as it is more of a Chi mastery rather than a fighting style. Terry, Andy, Jeff, Geese, Cheng, Shun'ei and Meiten fights with their own styles. )
this is a different move from joe tho
Estoy de acuerdo.
Terry usando un tornado se siente extraño 😐
Ahora Joe Higashi es menos especial
That is true, it looks strange after you know how those games evolved... but you can just take it as a display of creative liberties by the time that anime was made. If you pay attention to the timelines, Fatal Fury 2 (that introduced the super) is from late 92 if I'm not mistaken. And that first FF anime, I don't know the exact release date (only that it's also from 92) but there are chances the makers didn't have an idea of the super. Or maybe they knew it (if it came after FF2) and still wanted to force a connection between Terry and Tung through a move.
Also remember that SF2 anime where Ryu has the old Yamcha hair, that invented a total unique lore and redefined the Hadouken, the energy concept, etc. It's a romanticized exaggeration of fighting game moves that is a little similar to the style of those FF animes.
Uh no. Hakkyokuseiken is the master of the wind and Terry was a master of the style before he even met Joe, and he mastered the punch and kick variations in order to defeat Geese. He had to upgrade to Power Geyser because Krauser mastered the Seppu Kyaku, same as him but had greater control and mastery of the technique.
Joe has always been third string in the group. He has his whirlwind but it never never be on the level of the Hakkyokuseiken. You gotta upgrade your knowledge of Fatal Fury
La técnica del supertrompo
Yeah, but in Tung Fu Rue’s technique he is in the very centre, punching and kicking. It could also be a mix of Terry’s Power Geyser and Joe Higashi’s Screw Upper.
The 3d movies animation is worst than the worst of nightmares
Do you know the music that plays in 2:32
Faltou o Rakioku Seiken do Fatal Fury the Motion Picture contra o Gaudemus o Ddus da Guerra
The comparison video of COTW and KOF15 when?
just like ninjago
Is this the SENPUKEN ?
Yeah its ok and Is cool, bit still looks like a love a little out of chara
Explanation: Stealing Joe's moves.
It aint stealing. Hakkyokuseiken came first and that's the style of Terry and Andy
This move looks so stupid tho lmao
In the anime or in the game?
@@carlosaugusto9821 I hope it's from the game, because Senppuken is a movement coming from animation, does it cost so much to put this animation in the game too?
@@carlosaugusto9821 both, I think it looks super bad. Like put you arms wide and spin? Kinda dumb ngl.
Terry is way cooler ripping the ground open with Power Geyser
How does the move look stupid? Terry moves so fast the whether he is doing the punch or kick variation, he literally creates a whirlwind where you cannot even see his body at all. Even Ken and Ryu can't do that.
If you think that's stupid, then the hurricane kick from Street Fighter must be stupid as well.
@@2Good2BeTrue45 dude t posing and spinning while half squatting is dumb
