What would happen if Tony Stark built an Iron Man Armor which could withstand the power of all Ten Rings? How many of you felt bad that Iron Man is not going to fight against the real Mandarin in the MCU?
I am disappointed that they didn't introduce this in the movie, maybe in the sequal Shang will start playing around with the rings' powers and unlock these.
I liked the idea of the Ten Rings representing each major Ironman villain and as a way to connect them. Nearly all of the villains in the Ironman films wore rings.
This video makes it pretty clear comic Mandarin was meant to be the arch foe for a pretty powerful superhero like Iron Man. Shang-Chi, who has no powers, is no match for him. I wonder how they’ll depict him in the movie to make it a fair fight. I imagine the rings will barely resemble the comic ones.
A little side-note: the Mandarin's actual powers(I don't mean the rings, those are weapons-attacks, not powers) are fueled by mystic Chi. In other words, the Mandarin's powersource is what he named his son after. As for what his powers are: he can survive years without food or water by living on stored Chi, and use Chi to amp his strength to the point that he can damage Iron Man's armor with karate-chops.
I find it funny how some people get so salty over the rings cause its worn as bracelets.its like people forgot that those 10 rings were not made to be worn by humans but by the makluans themselves plus makluans were huge and it would make sense if their rings were made to fit them and not like human size rings.
In Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings, How do you think Shang-Chi is going to block the power of all Ten Rings so that he could snatch it from him and defeat him? And why are the rings bracelets in this movie?
I believe the rings were based upon southern Chinese martial arts Hung Gar Iron Rings which was used for training and conditioning the arms to strengthen them.

Yet again; we get another MCU movie that makes a joke of the mandarin. No actual rings for his hands but on the arms. Until they follow the comics more closely I will avoid MCU movies in the future.

I actually quite like the Live Action design of the Rings Of Power, it fits with the Martial Arts feel and looks cool.

From the looks of it, shang chi's rings have nothing to do with the mandarin's rings
So, the Remaker ring has the same abilities, and more, as the disintegration ring, without a cooldown.
