You can use cleansing balm like good molecules one but I see better results when I use oil. Jojoba oil from Trader Joe’s works really well.

No I don’t think foaming cleanser works because it’s more like soap instead of oil, oil let’s the gunk slip out But I’m not an expert so it’s just what I think
