I have the same case. It is over 4 months now. After our interview, they sent a mail to my spouse asking her to get a letter of attestation from her relatives. we sent all this letter back to them since February till now, I have never heard back from them.this really gave me a sleepless night.

My finances interview is not until June 2024. The question is can we still get married in December before visa interview without issues??? The paperwork she filed says single and can’t edit or adjust. Thanks.
Hello, I am petitioning for my wife, however on I-130A (parent’s information part) she doesn’t know any informations on his dad, should we just leave it blank? Are they going to investigate her dad’s? Or is it just normal case for when a beneficiary lose contact with their parent? We’re just worried we are going to ask a lot of questions about her dad.
I have a question …I received I-797 notice of action stating I have to fill I-485 . My question is …..Do I fill I-131 and I-765 together with i-485 or just I-485? Since the notice says I-485 .
