Thanks for the information...we are denied cos of late documentation but we are on track again by repaying all fees nd dey av accepted all our documents now one year wating for interview
Same thing happened to my case…they said they didn’t receive the divorce documents they received….our lawyer said she summited it…we are refilling again

What is interesting is that my husband who is applicant went to the interview than asked to provide more photos of wedding which we did than two weeks later the consular asks me the citizen to travel to my husband's country to go to interview with him which is unheard of. We provided evidence and all docs needed. I am confused why they need me the petitioner to go to the interview with him
It was family petition by my sister it take 23 yrs now my daughter who was 4 yrs old during that time was approved but my son who was 10 yrs old was erased and the comment was not available what are we going to do thank you

Hi Latoya, my case was denied back in 2018 because I fell under the Adam Walsh Act. The reason they denied us is because they said that I was a threat to my wife which is NOT TRUE. I sent letters of recommendation as well as all the great things that I've accomplished since that incident in 2008. My wife's dad just became a citizen. Do you recommend we refile through him? We've been married since 2016. I didn't ask for an appeal when we were denied. She been here through TPS since 2001 Thank you.

Everything was sent, and I got a message from NVC saying that I don't make enough money to be a sponsor, but at the time, I didn't send my 2022 taxes, then I sent my 2022 taxes and got a message saying that everything was approved but I'm still nervous about the first message. His interview is coming up and I'm a anxious and worried that he will get denied. Any advice? Thank you so much!
