Amazing info ... My cousin just got an intent to deny letter. She was getting green card thru marriage. Her marriage is bona fide and everythjng went well in the interview even when they were separated in the first interview .... The immigracion officer states in the notice that it was found that when my cousin asked for a US visa back in Colombia, she put "married" in her status ... In the online - visa applicacion back in colombia .... Truth is, she had a relationship with somebody back in 2017, and have a child in common. but she was never legally married to him, there is no divorce decree, they just broke and she left colombia and fell in love here in the US ... Now that mistake in her "status" is stopping her of getting her green card ... She got 30 days from now.. What can she do ? Thanks miss great content 🙏

That happened with my parents them I did not have enough evidence before 34 days up and then stuck in Guyana

The first time I applied for i130 was in 2018 and we got an intent to revoke notice in 2020. It was still denied and we ended up reapplying in jan 2021 now after being documentarily qualified we are still waiting for the IL. Its been almost 6 long years😢

How long does it takes for a I-130 petition to be approved?
Every case is different . My I-130 was approved 1 year after I submitted my application.
