I have this problem on my tourism visa by my agent who put I have married but I haven’t married but right now I am married to American citizen can that be a problem....And I told my wife everything and we are using an immigrant lawyer
If you pay attention carefully you can guess the reasons it was denied. Example: you have no job and paystubs, you have no assets in your country in your name, and many more
I agree with you but the problem is that they don't give you enough time to explain or prove your intention coz people get denied after just 2 or 3 questions
I was going to my daughter wedding was going to stay for three weeks bc I have my baby who is just $even month old plus 6 other kids and never give me we are not the type people to run off in America 9 of us is here and we came the right way I have my home I have a car and I have a Millon dollar in the bank she still never give me so is just money making

Jamaica embassy said she has to wait a year before she can apply again. What should we do. Mom has a clean record...

Even when tell you if any changes on application apply again them still don't give them when them apply people go all ten time still denied them I kn man go to prison still get visa I can't believe say that person who spend 7 years in a prison reach here and people who never get arrested can't get visa
I try to get my visa when I was 18..was denied..went back many year later when I was..40 still denied..that was in 2019..I went back 2022 still been denied..I dont kno what to do..I travel to the uk in 2001 n came back..they always ask me if I have travel before
My fiance recently visited the embassy where I submitted documents assuring I was her sponsor and wanted her to travel there with me and she was still refused. The CO asked her multiple questions then asked about my salary, then denied her. I only visit and have never passed 3 weeks.
Immigration don't kn people mind some people say has a get the visa them not coming back while others have them car house good job money and just want the experience and them don't give them immigration don't kn people mind it's a money making

How people going to prove it when them don't give you that chance more than hand you the denied green papers
