Or since it's no longer in public records and, there is no need to mention it as it may affect negatively on your application?

Sir, I am from Nepal. I am 2024 DV lottery winner. My interview was held on 22nd November and all my documents are genuine as per requirement. And the information I provided in DS 260 form is absolutely correct. I am a student, I have not done any criminal or illegal activities , But they kept me under investigation and did not ask for any additional documents. The visa officer wanted to verify my documents . sir what will be my chances, I am frustrated that I have to get admissions done for further study . I am yet to take any decision on whether to study further. The Officer does leave notes in the system for any future Officer's who will review your case. Your best chance at approval is to meet with an Officer at Argo to help you figure out why you got denied and then make a plan from there.
I highly doubt this. The visa officer didn’t asked me a single question, total time at the window was 10 seconds and she was like sorry I can’t grant your visa.

Total bullshit video! My friend was only asked one question by the visa officer, "What is your intended destination in the United States?" He answered "Miami for ten days." Officer then denied him immediately and gave him the 214(b) sheet. Keep in mind this is a guy with a high paying job and rock solid ties to his country. So don't believe for a minute what this alleged "former visa officer" is peddling on here. It's all a well orchestrated hustle that they hope you'll fall for.

The Officer does leave notes in the system for any future Officer's who will review your case. Your best chance at approval is to meet with an Officer at Argo to help you figure out why you got denied and then make a plan from there.
I highly doubt this. The visa officer didn’t asked me a single question, total time at the window was 10 seconds and she was like sorry I can’t grant your visa.

Total bullshit video! My friend was only asked one question by the visa officer, "What is your intended destination in the United States?" He answered "Miami for ten days." Officer then denied him immediately and gave him the 214(b) sheet. Keep in mind this is a guy with a high paying job and rock solid ties to his country.
So don't believe for a minute what this alleged "former visa officer" is peddling on here. It's all a well orchestrated hustle that they hope you'll fall for.
