This is exactly what happened to my wife in Hanoi over a year ago. She hired a company to submit her DS-160 in an attempt to come see me during the pandemic while her spousal visa was being processed. She did this because she doesn't speak English and figured it would be the better choice. Fast forward to 8 months ago when her case was approved by USCIS and now my attorney has been waiting 4 MONTHS for a FOIA request to make certain her DS-260 matches up to the copy of her DS-160 when submitting to the National VISA center.
This has gotten so destructive to our marriage that I got congressman Jim Jordan's office involved for this FOIA request last week. I'm no expert in this field but it's quite clear to me that our immigration system is broken. It seems to punish those of us who respect the steps and procedures.
Thank you for the video but I am in such despair!

My name is Latif from East Africa, I have seen that most of you guys have worked in Europe, Asia,.latin America, south America etc, would you please include someone that has ever worked in Africa or any East Africa or west African states. I would really love to hear their experience especially interviewing f1 students

I would like to ask. What if the applicant has an arrest history in the US for DV 8 years ago but it was dismissed ( no plea bargain etc ) is the applicant still eligible for a US visa?

I have a question: I am a former PR and a current citizen of the U.S. My parents and the only sibling live in my homeland country (HC). The officer automatically rejected my sibling's visa because of me being a U.S. national twice. How can we avoid this ? It is very unfair to have the doors closed on you because of your family member. I feel horrible that my status here is preventing my sister doing her masters in the U.S. She got the offer from a very good school and the HC government may sponsor her financially with the condition that she will have to come back right after graduation and work for the government for 5 years. I am hoping that this agreement between my sis and HC government would help as an evidence of strong ties to her homeland. Would appreciate your insights. It is very unfair she was not even asked anything about her education, plans or dreams- just DS160 question- do you have a family member who is PR or Citizen? Yes- who ? Sister-REJECTED!

It is better to do it yourself rather giving it to agent. If you don’t understand anything ask questions.

In the UK the wait time for the visa interviews said 110 days, I just submitted my form 2 days ago - so the interview date should have been end of june however the interview is set to be early august! what should i do
