The outcome of the consul's decision still relies heavily on their personal preferences and mood, rather than adhering to a strict set of guidelines.
Regardless of the effort put into presenting all relevant information, the consul may still disregard it and deem it as unnecessary blabbering. On the other hand, some individuals may opt for a concise answer, only to find that it falls short of the consul's expectations. It is challenging to determine the best approach, whether it is providing a straightforward response or elaborating extensively, as there is no clear right or wrong way to proceed.

Hi, My H1B visa was approved and stamped this year. Thanks to your channel. I have not traveled to US yet. Now, another company wants to sponsor the H1B(Transfer). I feel that is better offer than the current offer I have(The one I have been stamped). Can I opt for the new employer while I am in off-shore(out of US)? If the new petition gets approved, should I go for the stamping again with the new employer's approval notice? Please note, My existing H1B stamping is valid until 2026!

I think it still depends on the mood of the visa review officer. I was just asked three questions, the place to go, he confirmed my employment and length of service, and if I already traveled internationally. That's it. Almost those who lined up in his window before us were denied. sad

    I may help someone,
My advice's talk to them normally, normally as you talk to your mother the are just tired standing there all day and asking same que over and over again...Look i don't even think you
should pepare what to reply if he/she asks me this or that, if you do this they will know you prepared(rehersed) i mean can't you spot someone speaking from memory? especially for them it's much easy , remember this is their job! let me give example if the officer asks you "why do you apply to a university in minnesota?" yo it's not must to answer formaly as always as i told you above take the officers like your mother/father I red on quora hat one student replied "I like snow." the officer laughed hard and gave him the visa. yeah you shouldn't look dow n when speaking this simply indicates you are memorizing something...at the time when you speak the office is probably will be staring on his computer but yeah you can node look around move your neck...just don't stare to them as the woman you saw in this video, as long us you are a legit student you don't have anything to hide so don't be afraid to talk more this is the time you should prepare to know what not to say during the interview like they hate it if you tell them about your relatives in usa if you are applied for f1 visa, you should act like you don't know hem more you don't know their visa status what theydo.... other than such things talk more as long as you don't get ooff topic they are tired asking they just want to get answers to the critical points to issue the visa to you , like if you applied for f1 visa then they are looking for 3 things, is she/he a s real student? will he/she comeback after finishing class? does he/she has enough fund? if yuo tell them a proof for this 3 points indirectlly yeah they will give it to you, when i mean indirectlly you can make your mom/fther sick ... i have to comeback to help her...i have a gf i will mary...yeah
they love normal student that talks fast and to do that you shouldn't be a robot that memorized things even if it's slightly you shouldn't, when students are told to prepare they memorize and try to say the things they are prepared for and got denied . i think you will have a better chance of approval if you don't prepare at all tbh if you are a legit student just know what they don't want to hear what they hate...

I asked a girl how should i answer why you choosed this major question, and also i asked her to tell me more info about the major i choosed since she's already in usa as an international student. she saied "men just tell them why you choosed it." that's it just tell them why you choosed your major, i don't know if you get the vibe here, she told me not to worry much just to speak normally without any worries...you should answer like this
they are hungry of real student speaking with his real accent, with real behaviour, talking style...

My F1 visa was rejected by the same visa officer who rejected me two years ago in dubai and he still didn’t want to listen to my explanation and qualifications and had an absolute intention of rejecting me and ruining my life for good.
Everytime he asked bunch of absurd questions and didn’t allow me to explain and kept interrupting me cause he wanted to reject me as most of them hate iranians for no reason.
In the end he told me i had other options of studying in different countries and I didn’t take them.
If i wanted to go to other countries and set priorities,we wouldn’t be having this conversation.
I did exactly everything Argo visa told me and yet that visa officer had held grudge against me for no reason and that’s mostly because of my father living in US for past 7 years and they somehow manage to keep my father in my case which has got nothing to do with me and they have a say that my father didn’t come back.
My father is living in U.S legally and has a citizenship status and how come or why should my father return if he lives there?
That is stupid and it is clear that as an Iranian citizen,i am being discriminated and separated and segregated for no reason and im being bullied.
I was rejected for third times on august 30th 2023.
Hope you are all happy with rejection of applicants and ruining their lives.
Seriously, does rejecting a visa applicant make you happy and what will you earn by doing so?
What satisfaction is lied within this process?
    Im curious to know.
Is it fun and easy to ruin someone’s dreams and careers?
My people were crying when we met outside embassy.
    P.S.
I had an introduction letter for my visa from a US Senator and yet i was rejected.
This means that you even disagree and disrespect your own Senator and manage to see her as nobody.
