The late 90s - early 2000s had some of the best anthems, hands down. And I mean ANTHEMS - as in songs that just made you want to scream them from a rooftop as the world burned down. You really don't get alot of that these days, no matter how loud or how angry a song is. I miss that.

I've always been a big Anaa nailic fan since her first album. So privlidged to have seen her in concert and met her many times, a beauitul person, talent and soul inside and out. The new CD is all light, airy songs. I liked the first one because of more upbeat things like Paper Bag, Bleed, Satellite, and Consider This. At least last I checked, nothing like that on the new one. Its all Wreck of the Day. But she's still beautiful and a great voice.
