Day 6! Whew! Second time doing this one, but first time using the sliders on the carpet since the home gym was busy. Whew! What an adjustment! That finisher was rough! Fave part of this one is the burpee squat.
Sliders were so much harder than I expected. I enjoyed the burpee squat, which surprised me as I usually really dislike burpees. The finisher was tough, I can feel my increased heart rate! I loved it all, I look forward to more slider workouts. Earlier today I walked 4.5km whilst caddying for my husband at golf, it’s been a great day of fitness.

This was an awesome workout! I have had sliders sitting around for years gathering dust and this was the perfect workout to put them to use. Exercise were straightforward but challenging with the sliders. My weaknesses in coordination and core strength was definitely exposed and the finisher looked fun but was the tucks and pikes proved to be a bit impossible. I really hope you post more slider workouts in the future. This one is a keeper. Day6 ✅

This was great. The best part was the last! Until that point I was thinking, “ok, I can still do another 10 minute Workout to complete this”! Just until I started with the last part! That was the killer! Loved it! Just as it should be! Making every minute of it count 💪🏼💪🏼

All your videos are tough but this one for me was the toughest ever! Made me feel like vomiting so needless to say I wasn’t able to do all the reps. Then we got to the cherry on top and I thought I was going to die! LOVED IT! It has become my challenge to be able to do all the reps plus the finisher!!! I love that it helps you understand what it really means to put your weight here or there. Makes such a difference in the squats when you have bum knees! Also proved to me that my core is very weak and needs lots of strengthening. The only thing I didn’t like was the repeats. Bring on more of the slider routines please!💕👍👍👍
Today was catchup for me. I caught up on Thursday- Saturday. The finisher was a beast. I pushed thru it. Definitely love this slider workout. Would love to see more.❤️ just started incorporating these in my workout this year.
Yes! Slider workouts are been a while since I’ve done one of your workouts but glad this one showed up because it was awesome and 20 minutes well spent!! More slider workouts and maybe even some slider/dumbbell workouts ? 😉🔥
Went for a light, brisk walk early in the afternoon, then finished my Day 6 workout last evening and felt amazing! Never done a sliding routine before, and it was seriously a game-changer, especially for certain movements like the burpees and push ups! Can't wait for Week 2! (Meant to post this yesterday, but my 8-month old needed me right after, haha!)
My first time using sliders (well, washcloths), too. Great workout. At the end Juice said it was "super difficult" - I agree. Especially those knee tucks!
For this active recovery day, I did 30 minutes or so of biking on a park instead to relax some muscles. I enjoyed it a lot as much as I did when performing your workouts!
