    I did it! I did it! I'm so proud of myself! (I'm 56😀😀). I did 10 sets of each and I'm sweating like a pig.... I don't know how you did that but KUDOS to you dude. I almost stopped at 8 LOL!

    I've discovered that during the knee tucks that if you place your head against a wall/door this prevents you from getting the benefit of using your momentum to slide your knees forwards. Gave me a better burn!
    Cheers for sharing this, these are killer exercises that are massively making a difference for me

    I laughed my guts out for the entire 180 seconds. Tries knee tucks && mountain climbers after my workout today. Thought I was doing them wrong because my entire body was vibrating…Ta for allowing us to see you self-flogging

    I think 30 seconds, 10-15 seconds of rest. That would be all I could do. Hahaa! Just when u said "don't laugh at me" I was kinda chuckling! 😄

    I use to do the first two every morning and leaned out a lot..I need to get back to this. The last one I know I would go down and not get back up lol

    I just attempted this after a 2 mi. run...def ok w/starting out with 10 reps per set, I'm not ready for a full minute each set...way too outta shape for that. Gosh I hope I feel this in the AM!!!

    Before I commit to this, will it help burn my belly fat, I can only do a limited amount of exercises before I trigger my exertion fatigue, so I need to look at the best exercises that work multiple ground and burn fat.

      Just about any form of strength training or resistance training whether that’s with bodyweight, free weights or machines will help trigger belly fat burning. That’s just the area of the body where males in particular carry a majority of their unwanted fat weight but ultimately a huge part of this is nutrition. So combine this three minute routine with improved eating over a 60 to 90 day period and you will absolutely get results. How much depends on your commitment and consistency!!

      It helps train the obliques, but to reduce body fat you need a caloric deficit from your maintenance calories.

      The object you are referring to is a glider. They are great for legs and core. You can find them on Amazon.

    It’s funny how when you do a basic exercise with no weights and do it absolutely perfect and proper it can be the most painful experience vs just dead lifting a million pounds and feel like Hercules- Great job !
