Just 10 reps of each exercise, 5-10 secs off (resting while you watch how to do the next exercise). About 30 min workout. Enough for the day. Sweat, burn, pain and the feeling of mission accomplished. Just loved it
Great stuff. As a sequel, it would awesome to have something like a few 30-45min follow along videos with sliders. Could be full body core, just upper or just lower. New to sliders but love how these can be very challenging, but helps you lengthen and stretch out your muscles - great for runners, I think. Thanks so much - you're a life changer.
A nice little library of reminders. I find often I'll be creating a new progression for a client and have "forgotten" about a move that will be perfect for them so it's nice to have a place to go for inspiration!
I love this video I order mines and since I just started a cardio workout in 8 weeks I have lost 15 lbs and I'm looking for more great workouts thank you for this
Thank you for sharing. My sister couple years ago, gave me a pair of sliders, and now thanks to you I have some ideas on how to use them. Thank you again and keep sharing.
Right off the top, very inspiring. I had been sleeping on sliders, but being worn out from work. I would find myself experimenting on my new aquired sliders more and more. Next thing I know I'm sitting here watching you just nailing it on these things. Sliders have probably been my most bang for my buck investment so far. Great job!
@Redefining Strength Awesome. I'm def getting some of these. I live in a flat sandwiched between upstairs and downstairs neighbours. Guy in flat above does workout in morning... burps, star jumps, running on spot etc... sounds like he gonna come through ceiling any minute. I want to do sam sort of exercises but don't want to p off my neighbours downstairs. These exercises a/sliders are perfect solution. Never even heard of em before. Such a cheap device has just opened a world of opportunity. Thank you. Pleased I decide to give your vids a look. Got loads of em saved for my body blitz campaign. :D
It is nice to see an strong woman doing these exercises. You motivated me to get a pair of sliders, I think they are very underrated. In your experience, would you recommend using a weighted vest to increase the work out difficulty?
Bought a couple of sliders yesterday and have just tried this routine. I'm a sweaty mess and feel great! This workout will definitely go into my favourites list. There's a lot for me to work and aspire to! Thanks a lot for so many great fitness ideas!
thank you so much!! my HIIT class always groans (in a good way I'm sure) when they come in and see the pads - can't wait to show them a couple of new exercises!
@@redefiningstrengthOC Yes they definitely do! again thank you so much! I will admit that while doing some of your videos I'm not very fond of you, lol, but it's only because you're making me work my a** off! When it's over and I have made it, I adore you all over again!
@@redefiningstrengthOC you're doing it making a difference to me anyway. Them thunder thighs of mine are slowly going and toning up. My body is changing and l love it thanks to you. You don't realise how much you helping. Truly THANK YOU. May The Good Lord bless you always...😘 And Kiwi of course 💜
These are fantastic, so much variety! Your arms are my goals, your definition is amazing! I'm guessing I won't be able to get there without lifting heavy, but inspirational nonetheless! Thank you as always for sharing your skills.
hehe aw thank you! And actually I love bodyweight training. I definitely do heavy lifting progressions, BUT I would say that having lean arms is also a huge part about diet with workouts dialed in be those workouts bodyweight or lifting sessions!
Love all the movements. However, what kind of flooring are you using in this video so that your sliders slide properly? Where can I find that kind of mat?
Another fab video. I'm not sure if you do requests but if so, could you do some videos on combo training strength/cardio metabolic workouts please? Thank you:)
Hehe, that's because I went to school in the late Middle Ages far far away! The class room floors were made of wood and the kids had to walk around the floor after school on flannel foot pads to help sweep and polish the floor. Really, it's true except for the Middle Ages part! Sounds fun, doesn't it?😉
Is it better to use a slide board or sliders? I’d like to replicate the motion of roller blading but have a small space that is mostly carpeted. Thanks! You’re amazing!
They are definitely a great tool. But I don't feel they often make moves easier BUT they do reduce impact. Often they just make moves work "differently" :-)
YES! They are a great way to reduce impact but also reduce TRACTION! So much fun! On my Facebook page I did a live follow along burner with them today if you need more fun!
@@redefiningstrengthOC I love them!!! They only go well for my hands. I'm a size 12. I can't with my giant big foot feet lol. Regardless, my core, is on fire! Thank you for this product!
0:38 The body saw looks like it hits the lats. I need that, since I'm finding those hardest to hit w/o pullup bars or anything around me. 2:12 The flye push-up pretty much has me sold on getting some sliders. And 6:55 What exercise is this? Is this like a "slider mad dash" by a cutie pie? Hmmm
Hello ma'am I scrathed my sliders. Because I thought my floor was smooth enough but it wasn't can I still use then and for a home gym quick place matt Can you direct me to what type of flooring g to get?
No seal walk or reverse seal walk? They used to be my favourite conditioning when I was doing adult gymnastics - well, they were brutal 😂🤣 Thanks for sharing, will do some of these for sure!
No bs talking, no unnecessary ranting, great quality audio and video, clearly demonstrated exercise so how come there are dislikes

These exercises are really effective, especially the skater slides, not just my inner thigh but my core as well. Well done!

Anyone know what kind of mat the green one is? I want to buy the sliders but I have rubber stall mats, is it flat carpet taped down?
Very nice video.. Does it make it easy for heavier people to get the proper form.... ?
Uhm depends on your mobility more than your weight. They are great to reduce impact for moves that may traditionally include more jumping.
Lovely
How
Many reps and sets?
The dog at the end is so cuuute
Quick question...what part of the body do the slider plank jacks work out?
Shoulders, arms, abs, quads, adductors...
