    Again Love Love Love your video, the sliders gives perfect form so no injury 😀👍 I want to also say biiiggg thank you 🙏 for the information and exercises for glute medias and other glute muscles.. Due to flat feets and running with weak glutes caused alot of pain but after working on glute the way you showed it helped tremendously, Iam completely painfree now.. Really appreciate all your info you provide, Thank you 😘💕 God bless you 🙏

    I love these! You are so creative and easy to follow! I am trying to put together workout lists for traveling. I would LOVE it if you have any other strength-based moves that can be done in a tiny space! I do a lot of weight training and I am afraid I will lose muscle mass while traveling soon for 12 days! No access to gyms. Thank you so much!

    My faves are the Bridge jack and curl, and Trislide ab extensions. Not that all exercises on this video are easy, especially done with high reps. Great alternatives on non-weightlifting days for me. My legs feel like jello :) Just love Kiwi and that booty band!!!

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 лет назад

      Most are not easy at all especially when you really focus on engaging hard using that mind-body connection :-)

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  5 лет назад

      It's not a follow along workout. As I say these are variations so you can design workouts based on your needs. If you are doing them as a workout, I would advise against it. A workout like this COULD be a way to implement these moves OR check out my 4 workout videos. redefiningstrength.com/the-slider-upper-body-and-core-burner/

    LOVE THE UNIQUE EXERCISES! Does the T-sit up focus on the rear delt and/or rhomboids? Does the side lying slide focus on lat?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 лет назад +1

      It does get the rhomboids and traps a bit. And yes the lats and obliques. Thank you!

    On the bent over row - do you alternate the leg stance - 6 and then switch leg for 6 or just alternate between four sets of 12 - 2 with the right in the front and 2 with the left or does it not matter?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 лет назад

      I would probably alternate each round. While it does "work" it isn't really working so I do like to alternate but if you did a 5th round you could either do half and half or not worry about it.
